Items can be brought to the church basement during coffee hour. Please, do not bring electronic devices (tv, computers and similar items). We will accept items for the Flea Market, which is Saturday, June 2nd. (Please Note, the change of date), until the middle of May. Thank you! Дякую! --From Cindy: The parish board is seeking donations of bottles of alcohol for its raffle at the upcoming pig roast. Donations can be left on the kitchen island. Beers, wines and hard liquor as well as mixes are all welcome. Please be sure the bottles are clean, sealed and not out of date. A liquor basket is always a good fund raiser and we are asking for everyone s help for this project.

3 --A Special Thank You, to all those who have contributed to the liquor basket to be raffled at our Pig Roast. Thank you! Дякую! TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE NOW! PLEASE SEE CINDY FOR YOUR TICKETS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!! Please start asking your friends to join you at this event! It will be held at the Circle Laurier Club at 165 East School Street in Woonsocket on Saturday May 19 from 5 to 9 pm. There will be live music from 5:30 to 8:30 and dinner will be served at 6pm. There will be an additional raffle to see who will take the first cut of the pig. Dave Mallari of The Pig Kahuna (formerly of Woonsocket) is the roaster and chef for the evening. The pig will be on display all day if you d like to stop by and see it being roasted! Thank you! Дякую! -- We now have a Kitchen Giving Tree that will allow all parishioners (young and old alike because what child doesn t like to be part of things)?, to help. We have an item of the month donation box in both the vestibule and the church hall. The item of the month for May: Salt and/or White Vinegar --If you have any ideas for fund raisers for the church, please let a council member know! And a reminder, please consider our scrip program for gift cards and it s an excellent way for the church to benefit from your gift card purchases!! Remember, they can be used for everyday purchases. Sunday of the month is Ukrainian Sunday, when a majority of the Divine Liturgy is sung in Ukrainian. **Every 1st. Sunday of the month is, also, when we celebrate the Rite of Confession, before the Divine Liturgy at 8:30AM. **Every last Sunday of the month is Father Borislav s 15 mins with Father, a talk aimed at our youth of St. Michael s, in the church nave, after the Divine Liturgy.
