6 Greeting and Announcements Welcome to Westminster! We re very glad to see you in worship. We hope you will sense Christ s presence. If you are looking for a place to grow and serve, we d love to tell you more about us. Please turn off cell phones during the worship hour. The January/February Today devotionals are on the narthex cabinet. Youth and Children meet today after worship for lunch and a movie. Brown Bag Bible Study meets Tuesday at noon. We will be studying Amos chapter 4. All Men of the Church are invited to meet Thursday, Jan. 31, at 6:30 a.m. at Shoney s. William Carey Opera and Musical Theatre presents Thoroughly Modern Millie Friday, Feb. 1, at 7 p.m. To reserve tickets, call Connie Roberts is the director, Michael Ginn is the musical director, and Katie Ginn is the choreographer. The Youth will collect donations for the Souper Bowl of Caring as you exit the worship service Feb. 3. All of Westminster s donations will be given to the Domestic Abuse Shelter. Everyone is invited to Montague Hall to enjoy some hot soup and dessert after worship. PARIS CONSERVATORY ORGANIST TO PERFORM AT USM Marsh Auditorium on Tuesday, Jan. 29, at 6:00 P. M. The concert is free and open to the public. See bulletin board for more information. The session has called for an annual congregational meeting following worship on Sunday, Feb. 10. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect an officer nominating committee hear a summary of the annual statistical report to present financial information on how 2018 ended to provide a summary of the 2019 budget to make changes to the pastor s terms of call
