2 Pastor Antonio M. Matthews FREE - FRESH - FOCUSED December 1 st - December 4 th FREE : Prayer Focus: God will free us from anything that has been slowing us down and hindering our progression. God rid us of all toxins, bitterness, grudges and un-forgiveness we have in our hearts. If there is someone we do not like, have treated rudely, or need to personally apologize to pray and ask God to expose this to you. Also, ask God to give you the courage to make it right. If we are holding something in our heart against a brother or sister, family member or coworker detox yourselves for the promise land because this CANNOT go into your promise season! Holistic healing for all psychological wounds, emotional hurts, all church hurt, family issues, abuse, rejection and relationship problems. Pray for healing and the mending of families and marriages. Pray that God will expose any hidden issue that has not been dealt with. Pray that God makes you whole form any area of dysfunction that may be contaminating your destiny.*pray for your Pastor and church family every day! December 5 th -8 th "FRESH": Prayer Focus: To end apathy, increase drive, energy, vitality, fresh perspectives, fresh ideas, fresh dreams, fresh plans, ending the spirit of procrastination, laziness, fear, anxiety, apprehension, hesitation. Pray for the salvation of our children and spouses. Place someone in your family on the altar every day and cover them the entire week. Pray for all physical healing. *Pray for your Pastor and church family every day! December 9 th -12 th FOCUSED : Prayer Focus: We will not be hindered by distractions or swayed by attention taking elements that move us away from destiny. Binding all leeches and all friends and family with parasitic tendencies. Praying that we will recognize demonic spirits quickly and that nothing will attach itself to us that are detrimental to our future. Pray we make great decisions that will help promote prosperity. Pray for your career path. Pray that God opens windows that you have been secretly preparing for. Pray for financial management and budgeting wisdom. Pray for supernatural debt cancellation. Pray God will deliver us from undisciplined spending. Pray this will be the last year you struggle paying bills and living in any kind of lack. Pray that God gives you the mindset and the obedience to be a consistent tither and giver! *Pray for your Pastor and church family every day!

3 Thursday, November 30th Begin your personal prayer, mental, and spiritual calibration. What specifically do you need and want God to perform in the natural over the next 12 days? Be specific in your petition, write them down, and be prepared to see your requests manifested. Corporate Prayer - Each day our fast will begin as a church family at 6am (daily including weekends) on our conference line dial into (605) ; Access Code: #. Non Dietary Consecration Guidelines No television between the hours of 6am - 8pm for the duration of the consecration - (read books, write business plans, create vision boards for 2018, etc., spend quality time with your family, etc.). No non-christian music for the entire 12 days (only Gospel/Christian music). You can t help when you are out in the community; therefore, this guideline is only applicable for the music and atmosphere you control. No negative conversations, no gossiping, and no complaining for the duration of the consecration. No unnecessary cell phone usage for the duration of the consecration. We spend a plethora of idle time on our phones either staring it, filtering through apps, etc. if it s not necessary, then use this as an opportunity to train yourself to put your phone down. No social media the duration of the consecration. What am I saying NO to the next 12 days? What am I saying YES to the next 12 days?

4 Please consult your physician prior to commencing the fast if you have any health conditions or taking medication. DO NOT STOP TAKING YOUR MEDICATION! Dietary Consecration Guidelines WHAT CAN I NOT EAT? No land meats (turkey, chicken or beef) No fried foods No foods with processed or refined sugar (i.e. candy, chips, splenda, honey, agave, etc.) No dairy products (milk, cheese, butter, etc.) No eggs No bread No juice, tea, coffee, sports drinks, alcohol, pop/soda, etc. What am I saying NO to the next 12 days? Dietary Consecration Guidelines WHAT CAN I EAT? Only consume water Fresh/Frozen vegetables (can be sautéed in olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil) Fresh fish (i.e. salmon, tilapia, cod, haddock, perch, etc NO SHRIMP, NO CRAB) Fresh fruit What am I saying YES to the next 12 days?

5 Please consult your physician prior to commencing the fast if you have any health conditions or taking medication. DO NOT STOP TAKING YOUR MEDICATION! TIER 1 No food and water between 6am 6pm. Follow the dietary consecration guidelines after 6pm. TIER 2 Only vegetables and fruit consumed between 6am 6pm. You can consume fish, fruit, and vegetables after 6pm. TIER 3 Eat throughout the day but only what is permissible on the dietary consecration guidelines. IMPORTANT: Once you have selected a tier to commit to stick with it!

6 Consecration Sacrificial Offering: Not only are we fasting and giving of our first fruits of time, and selfdenial, but we are giving of our finances also, as we sow into fertile ground we expect a bountiful harvest/manifestation in We are asking that each member or participant of the fast give a sacrificial seed offering of $300. Soul-Purging: It is easy to get distracted by the cares of this world, or be involved with many soul-pleasures. Our soul is always in warfare to spend time with God! We ask that for the 12 days of the fast, you refrain from social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Social Cam). If this is a part of your job, please refrain from using these mediums on your personal pages. Fasting: Fasting is self-denial. It is you intentionally denying yourself the normal necessities of your day (meal time, comfort habits, shopping, TV, social media, etc.) in order to give yourself to prayer, reading/studying the Bible, praise, or worship to God. Fasting is both an Old and New Testament practice. Prayer: Prayer is communication with God. It is earthly access to the heavens. Prayer is a command from God and is a way He communicates to us and a way we communicate to Him. It is one of the most important instruments in the Christian walk. Daily Confession: Confession is our announcement from our own mouths. It is the scriptural practice of releasing life or death from your tongue. It is the believer legislating biblical truths in the earth to transform the will of God from the Heavens to the Earth. We will make daily fasting confessions to strengthen our will and release super-natural power to commit to this time of first fruit fasting and consecration. Daily Meditation: Meditation is Holy silence. It is the practice of attending and listening to God in silence or quit without noise or interruption. As we meditate on the word of God and listen to that small, still voice, meditating becomes medication for the soul. Prayer Postures: We asked that during your personal prayer time you take these different postures each week of the fast according to the calendar. Kneeling Kneeling is a way we express humility and reverence (Daniel 6:10); He got down on his knees and prayed (Acts 9:40); and a man with leprosy came to him and begged him on his knees (Mark1:40). Outstretched Arms Lifting up our arms or hands pulls our awareness toward heaven. It is a posture that opens the core of your body toward God (Psalms 141:2); May the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice (Psalms 141:2); In your name I will lift up my hands (Psalms 63:4). Prostrate Lying face down or bowing low to the earth reminds us that we were created from dust and to dust we will return. It is a posture of submission and obedient worship (Psalm 72:11); they bowed down and worshipped the Lord with their faces to the ground (Nehemiah 8:6); Abram fell face down and God said to him... (Genesis 17:3). Standing Standing is a way of honoring the presence of another and giving him or her full attention. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him (Mark 11:25); Abraham remained standing before the Lord. (Genesis 18:22)
