Cancer did not bring me to my knees, it brought me to my feet. Michael Douglas My cancer scare changed my life. I m grateful for every new, healthy day I have. It has helped me prioritize my life. Olivia Newton-John

Why Cancer? Cancer is growing at a rapid rate in today s world. Before long every other person will be diagnosed with cancer. The numbers grow every day. What is going on here? Why is this happening? What can you do about it? There are many factors that we will consider, and many reasons why cancer is now of epic proportions. This is why it is imperative, crucial and urgent that we all take heed and do all we can today, right here and right now, to set a straight path to health. There is no time to waste. Spend the time and energy now or you spend the short time you have left, fighting for your life. It is a whole lot easier to do this healing now, before the major sickness sets in. It can happen to any one of us at any time. So, when is a good time to get cancer? Never? When is a great time to restore your body to optimum health? NOW!

What Cancer Cannot Do Cancer is so limited It cannot cripple love, It cannot shatter hope, It cannot corrode faith, It cannot destroy peace, It cannot kill friendship, It cannot suppress memories, It cannot silence courage, It cannot invade the soul, It cannot steal eternal life, It cannot conquer the spirit. Unknown

A Body Burdened Our bodies are in big trouble. We have no idea as to the extent of toxins that pour into our bodies on a daily basis. Toxins are in our air, water, food, and in our home! For most people, toxins have become the norm in what they eat, the products they use on their skin, and the chemicals used to clean their homes. Our technological world has brought a host of electronic gadgets that emit electromagnetic chaos that affect our bodies. Our earth, once a resource for our bodies with it s plants, animals, forests and oceans, is now fighting for it s own life, which makes us be in a struggle for ours! We depend on our earth for optimum health. Our soils are depleted, the very place from which we get our vital nutrients. The earth is in trouble and so are we.

Cancer changes your life, often for the better. You learn what s important, you learn to prioritize, and you learn not to waste your time. You tell people you love them. Joe Siegel

The Emotions Along with the burdens on our body, from things we do, ingest, inhale, plaster on, spray, and more, there are internal burdens we carry. Cancer, it has been said, is an eating away, something eating you up inside. We have seen it many times when people are on their deathbed, they often say all that needed saying, from many, many years ago. There are emotional concerns, burdens and weights that people carry throughout their every day life. Their body bears this weight day after day and begins to wear away at one s health and wellness. It is a slow process and an insidious one, happening almost without notice. It may show as a pain in their back, often from what is behind them in their past, and in their feet, a stoppage in what moves them forward. The body feels every thought you think, every emotion kept in, every bit of chaos or unrest you might have, it all affects your health! In cases of cancer emotions, thoughts, feelings and perceptions must all be considered. Love never fails

Here is a conversation I had with a friend who has breast cancer. I asked her, do you see the emotional component in why you got it, if you feel there was one? Insight into the why? Because to me, there is always a space for it or it would not come. Here is what she said; 1. I was not honoring my souls purpose. I was in a job I was very unhappy with. I loved nursing but the politics of it became to much. I went into nursing 22 years ago to empower people to have great health. I did a lot bedside teaching along with the everyday nursing tasks. 2. The last 5 years nursing changed very much to you being on a computer instead of having time for patients. Management was terrible for support etc. I was afraid to leave. I was not honoring my body and training to hard even when my body was saying I am tired Paula 3. I had very high stress levels 3 years prior to diagnosis. My baby brother 31 at the time almost died from H1N1. 4. A year later my mom was diagnosed with esophageal cancer had a horrible surgery chemo radiation and she was in hospital for 3 weeks. I stayed with her day and night. We nearly lost her and would have if my husband and I were not present to tell them what to do lol. She had a terrible time trying to eat after that surgery. She passed a year and a half later. Jan It was Aug 2012 I had a lump removed. After mom passed I had another lump grow back in Feb. I still have it but it has grown to the size of a hard ball (baseball). It us shrinking and getting softer before that. 5. I shut myself off to people and had walls around my heart because I never wanted to be hurt. I am not sure where that came from. I was very hurt at 16 by a boy that I thought I loved and he dumped me lol. I think it effected me letting others in? Through all of this I have learned to ask for help. I would never ask for help before as I saw it as a sign of weakness. I would never cry either. Thus was apparent when I cried all winter even though I was happy. I would have tears streaming down my face. I was bringing up all the emotions I had blocked. 6. Forgiving people who wronged me and cutting cords. Forgiving myself for my divorce. Lots of stuff like that. I feel it was a combination of things but certainly not honoring myself. It was not food for me or being overweight etc. it was much deeper. I thank a God for my blessing because now my heart is wide open and I feel great inside. I have so many support systems now with like minded people. I am vulnerable and let people in. Thank you for sharing with me. I appreciate it so much. Love for yourself is key!

Cancer has changed, and so have I. Life goes on, even becomes normal again. I refused to let cancer wreck my party. There are just too many cool things to do and plan and live for. Kris Carr All suffering is caused by the illusion of separateness, which generates fear and self-hatred, which eventually causes illness. You are the master of your life. You can do much more than you thought you could, including cure yourself of a terminal illness. Barbara Brennan

The Cure People run for the cure, walk for the cure, race for the cure and wear lots of pink for the cure. There is a frantic search to bring an end to this insidious disease. Those affected are devastated, frustrated and want answers. Many times, all they feel there is to do is what doctors tell them after the results of their tests. Often they are told it is do or die, and they feel frightened into making choices, while being told there are no guarantees. The options given are a mix of cocktails and often experimental treatments that hold no promises. Some make it through these and they are ale to survive, while many others have one problem after another and it often leads to their death. They don t die of the cancer, but due to complication created by the treatments. So the race is on to run for a cure, another way to fight this and get well. People are not happy with the way this all goes. Yes, we have all seen it, time and again, and then we say goodbye to our loved one, as they fold under it all. What is the cure we run for? What can be done? Why is this the case? So many questions are present, without many answers, for the general public who simply do not know. Love for others is essential to life!

What seems to us bitter trials are often blessings in disguise. Oscar Wilde Love what blessings life brings you!

The Funnel Why is this? We have a system that is set up to funnel sick people into the medical system. The problem is, we are sicker than ever before and the medicines are becoming less and less effective to heal what ails us. In fact the very treatments designed to make us heal, are the same ones that are dangerous and unhealthy. Modern medicine and drugs is big business. Our society has gotten far from relying on the methods our grandmothers and mothers used to heal us and are turning to doctors as the healers of our bodies! How does a doctor know what my own body knows? My body knows how to heal by itself, when given the proper tools to heal. Most doctors are educated in drugs and surgery and not in true healing for the body. They use what they know. So if you go to a doctor, you will be funneled through a system, of what they know to do.

A strong positive mental attitude will create more miracles than any wonder drug. Patricia Neal

A Different Road We now live in a world where people are tiring of the standard way of doing things and caring for their health. More and more, people are seeking alternative healing and looking to heal in more natural ways. This is exactly what we need to turn it around. Not only to we need to learn how to manage the crisis of a disease, but it is overdue That we practice preventative measures to not end up in these predicaments of illness and serious disease. Given everything the body needs for optimum health, it can heal itself, by itself. When did we stop trusting our bodies, and turning it over to the medical care system? When did we stop eating well, sleeping well, living well? Our modern world, with all the advancements, have taken away the essentials needed for a healthy life. Now we need to do a lot of work to bring our bodies back around by taking a different road, the one less traveled.

It s not the load that breaks you down; it s the way you carry it. Lena Horne

The Prevention What to do? What can you and I do to dive into health assurance instead of relying on health insurance? We can do a lot! Most people who have seen all the drastic measures it takes when a life is in crisis are very clear they do not want to do that. Yet, after that has all faded in their mind, they go on to do the same things and get the same results in their health. Ouch! The time is HERE and the time is NOW to NOT GET CANCER. Why NOW? Because every single thing you do and are right now, can either be protecting your and creating optimum health or it can be setting you on a path to disease. Everything. What you; Eat Drink Think Say Do Wow, we have a lot of work to do together! We better get some ideas down here and make a plan! We must love ourselves enough!

One must not forget that recovery is brought about not by the physician, but by the sick man himself. He heals himself, by his own power, exactly as he walks by means of his own power, or eats, or thinks, breathes or sleeps. ~Georg Groddeck

What is the Cure? Well, we have alluded to some ideas already but we will need to dig deep and you will proudly need to stand up and declare I am now a high maintenance woman. Let s face it, cancer care is high maintenance isn t it? All the trips to doctors for testing, procedures, follow up visits, then it all starts again and again. Self care, well care, is also a huge job, yet one that is done when you feel good enough to do it, and one that that gets easier and easier, because you feel better and better. It has been said People spend their health getting wealthy and then spend their wealth getting healthy. Why expend your health in favor of anything else? If you have your health you have it all. Here we will present the cure. Notice this will be two parts, the prevention if you are not in cancer yet, and the answers if you are! At the very least, implementing plans that just might save your life! Now we are talking. Love can override cancer!

Opportunities to find deeper powers within ourselves come when life seems most challenging. Joseph Campbell

The Basics food It truly does start with nourishing food. Now people say oh, I eat very well. Very well is a broad and often misunderstood two words. In the world we live in very well has taken on a whole new meaning. We simply cannot afford to be careless with what we eat these days. We must learn to eat clean, organic, local, fresh, and food grown in healthy soil. Impeccably is the way I describe how we need to eat now. This means no puff-n-stuff, packaged, powdered. colored, flavored, GMO, additives, etc, you get the idea. Now mind you, there is a transitional period, as well as trying to figure out what is right for you to eat. There are many confusing theories out there and your health coach will teach you how to eat based on your own body to support you to wellness. No, one size food does not fit all!

Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants. Michael Pollan Love your body with food!

More Basics Here I am talking about some of the rest of what it takes to ensure optimum health. Yes, it is a lot, I will not fool you. But then again, cancer is a lot too. We are still in the basics for wellness. Here is a short list; Clean water ~ as pure as can be had Clean Air ~ as clean as you can have (your home) Sunshine Exercise Powerful and healthy mental outlook Emotions expressed outwardly Cleansing and detox regularly Restful sleep Happy relationships New view of stress Pets Meaningful friendships Amazing home space Kitchen goodness ~ where most of your food is prepared A career you love ~ you life s passion A higher purpose ~ spirituality Creative expression Joy Money in order Loving your life Jumping out of bed to greet the day Being in touch with family Being good with your parents, no matter what Saying I love you often those you love Loving those you might consider unlovable Being love Showing love Giving Making a difference in the world

Once you choose hope, anything s possible. Christopher Reeve The human spirit is stronger than anything that can happen to it. C. C. Scott Fall in love with hope!

Deeper Methods in Healing Cancer I will now tell you what I have told friends and continue to, every time I hear someone has cancer. Number one is to go to a healing center where they treat the body all naturally, in alignment with body systems. When cancer is present, drastic measures must be taken fast. If this means standard treatment that many undergo, then so it is. Some combine both conventional and natural healing methods to support their body at this drastic point. It is all up to you. Yes, these centers are expensive and not often covered by insurance. Life is worth a lot! Now I say this, as they institute may healing modalities. Healing is NEVER one or two but many! Here are other healing modalities; Colon hydrotherapy Far infrared saunas Vita C therapy Wheatgrass Gerson Therapy Hemp Oil Essential Oil therapy Love is part of the cure! and so much more Go here for loads of information

The Bottom Line The bottom line is this, what we all know. Death is the eventuality of mankind and so we get to choose how we live out our days. We can choose to live a long full life, provided no accidents occur, or we can choose one cut short by illness. We can choose to be pretty healthy All the way up to the end of our lives, or we can suffer greatly. By everything you choose now, you choose the end stuff, however that goes. Let s make it good! Choose healthy food and drink, choose to take positive action every day for good health and be well. If you have cancer now, you can choose to live too, despite all you have been told about your time frame. You always get to choose. You can decide that it will not get you and you can live. Where there is love, there is no fight. The cure for cancer is right in the palm of your hands!

At any given moment you have the power to say this is NOT how the story is going to end. Unknown Getting cancer can become the beginning of living. The search for one's own being, the discovery of the life one needs to live, can be one of the strongest weapons against disease. Lawrence Leshan

Stop Fighting Cancer Having had some serious health challenges, and minor ones, there is one I hear a lot and that is, keep fighting, don t give up. I am asking you to STOP FIGHTING. No, do not give up but stop fighting. Why? Fighting is a negative word and it indicates something you are opposed to, disagree with, do not want in your life or world. The opposite of fighting is EMBRACING. Yes, that is what I said. Embrace it, hug it, love it for all the gifts it brings you, and all you experience as a result of having this. What you embrace stops fighting you as well. It is a letting go, a surrender but not for giving up, just giving in to what is here and now for you. Most people who had cancer said it was the greatest experience of their life, a true gift, for all it gave them. The reason why this is so powerful is because your body acts on everything you think. If you think sickness, death and dying and fighting, your body can only work with that. Why does the placebo effect often work? Embracing, loving, accepting and pulling towards all wellness, gives your body a greater power to overcome. It is all about the LOVE. It is all about the love.

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson

I have never had cancer but I have seen my friends suffer with it. I knew I needed to take care of myself very well if I did not want to fall into illness and disease. So I implemented most of what is written here, and live it every day. I feel confident that those who apply these principles can live a long and full life. Good health to you.!
