I have gotten to know the five Elemental Forces of Creation intimately over the past few years and have been working with them closely on many levels to bring my goals, dreams and heart s desires into manifestation in the physical realm. I work with them on a daily basis asking for their guidance and wisdom in general as well as on specific questions I would like guidance on. I created this ebook to introduce you to the five Elemental Forces of Creation; Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Spirit so you can begin to discover the magick, mystery and wisdom of working with the Elements and start to develop your own personal intimate relationship with each of them individually and together as a whole. To get you started, I have included a brief description and suggested ways to connect to each and corresponding tools such crystals (I prefer raw crystals & stones over tumbled), essential oils and affirmations related to each one. Affirmations have been a helpful tool for me in shifting my perspective from false negative belief systems to positive Truthful ones (my divine and authentic Truth) and bringing what I desire into physical form. I have included several affirmations with each element along with one of my color photographs with an affirmation that can be displayed in any room or downloaded to your phone or computer to remind you throughout the day of what is you want to bring into your into your own life. I hope you find this e-book helpful and grow to enjoy working closely with the magick, mystery and wisdom of the five Elemental Forces of Creation as much as I do. 3 (PHYSICAL Realm) Earth represents all physical matter in our lives. This includes your body, home, working environment, finances, and land. It is your responsibility to mindfully and respectfully create, take care and manage these things in your life. It is where we find the tools, resources and building blocks to build a solid foundation and build our dreams, goals and hearts desires into structure and form. Earth asks you to take a few moments and quiet your mind and ask yourself the following: Am I in right relationship with my physical world? Do I respectfully release to a new steward what I no longer need? Are there things in my life I need to steward more responsibly? Ways to work with element Earth: Spend time outdoors in nature Go for a walk, sit outside in a chair, on the ground or at the base of a tree, by the ocean or other body of water. BE AWARE OF YOUR SURRENDINGS IN THE PRESENT MOMENT! Bring the outdoors inside your home and office ~ open the windows, let fresh air in ~ place flowers, plants, crystals, rocks, sea shells or any other of your favorite item you find outside in nature around your home and working space. ~ place crystals on your body, in your pocket or purse or under your bed or in your car. *Please see disclaimer on last page Page 3

4 Give Thanks ~ Give thanks each morning when you wake up as you set & affirm your intentions/plans for the day. ~ Give thanks throughout the day for the things you receive. ~ Tell or show someone you are thankful for & appreciate them ~ Keep a Gratitude journal Spend time each night before falling asleep to write down at least 3 things you are grateful for Create a vision board go through magazines and without thinking rip out anything that draws your attention. Glue on piece of paper, poster board, card stock anything you have on hand and display it where you can see it every day. Crystals For protection & grounding (being centered, balanced & connected with the Earth s energy): dark crystals such as smoky quartz, hematite and obsidian Affirmations ~ I see the beauty in myself and others. ~ Abundance and prosperity flow easily to me in all areas and aspects of my life ~ I have time for self-care. 6 Element (EMOTIONAL Realm) Our adult body is made up of 50-65% of water; babies up to 75%. Water is where we begin life and grow inside the warm, loving comfort of our Mother s womb. Water helps sustains life by giving us the nourishment we need to grow and blossom, without it we would dry out, becoming hard and brittle. Water asks you to take a few moments to quiet your mind and ask yourself: How is water calling to me to listen to the ebb and flow rhythm of your life? Do I need to balance my expression in some way? Ways to Connect with element Water: Spend time outdoors at a body of water Play, splash, swim, go boating, have fun or spend quiet time in solitude people watching, writing or drawing. Whichever you choose ENJOY EACH AND EVERY MOMENT OF IT! Take a Shower As you stand in the shower visualize all negative emotions including lack, going down the drain and the love & nurturing of the water energizing you with clean, clear, and current loving energy. 7 Soak in the tub Feel the warm water sooth and comfort you, melting away all your stress, tension, drawing out any negativity and toxins. See the symbolism of it being released down the drain when you unplug the drain. For added relaxation, light a candle, play your favorite music, add some Himalayan sea salt or Epsom salts and a few drops of your favorite essential oils or crystals. Grab your journal to write your emotions & feelings down in it too. Crystals: To promote LOVE use pink or green crystals & stones such as Rose quartz, pink tourmaline, emerald, chrysocolla. Affirmations: ~ I Am worthy of love and am open to receive love from myself and others ~I embrace the constant cycle of change ~ I Am beautiful on the inside and out. I let my beauty shine forth. 12 Fire (Action Realm) Fire is the action realm. It is the source of heat, our passions, sensuality, sexuality and creativity. Fire s powerful dynamic teaches us how to transform our passions and life to the one we desire. Like the light from a lighthouse, Fire illuminates and guides us on our path. It encourages us to take action, shine bright and stand in our personal power. FIRE asks you to take a few moments, quiet your mind and ask yourself: How can fire work with me to fully activate my dynamic state of being? Ways to connect to Fire: Light a candle, sit by fire observing its flame(s) or feel the warm of the Sunshine on your body Drink a hot/warm beverage or eat spicy food Display your goals or create & display an action board Crystals: Red hues such as red, violet and orange Carnelian, Sunstone, Red Jasper Affirmations: ~ I let go of what I can t change ~ I am powerful. SPIRIT is the SOURCE of ALL THAT IS: SPIRIT wishes for you to see yourself as they do, perfect just as you are right in this moment. See the beauty and grace in and around yourself and each moment. You are a Divine Being of the Universe; show yourself and them the same compassion, respect, kindness and love as you do others. Ask SPIRIT to help you build a trusted relationship with yourself and with them. SPIRIT works under Divine Order, honoring our free will and free choice so they cannot help unless we ask.
