2 This month, many SheLovelys followed Julie Fisk s lead and participated in a different kind of Christmas countdown. STOP Advent Acts of Kindness swept through our Facebook and Twitter pages. One #shelovesadvent post especially warmed THE SILENCE our hearts. Our wonderful Facebook Manager, Daniela, wanted to bless a fellow SheLovely, Michaela Evanow. { Read about Michaela HERE. }

3 DID YOU SEE THIS? Amy Rasmussen Buckley is opening the doors wide for women to speak out against abuse by launching the sheloves stop the silence initiative. And her introductory post had more than 2,000 Shares. WOW! Things are happening, friends. We are so grateful to have Amy on our SheLoves team. Read Amy s post HERE.

4 ALL of this BECAUSE OF A connection over at SHELOVES DO YOU REMEMBER when SHERRY NARON BLOGGED FOR US ABOUT HELPING GIRLS IN INDIA THROUGH RESCUE PINK? { READ IT HERE } WELL, FAITH BOULWARE IN OKLAHOMA LOVED WHAT SHERRY WAS DOING AND ASKED HOW SHE COULD HELP. FROM SHERRY: One day in October I got a message from Faith. She said she could not get Rescue Pink off her mind. I didn t really have anything I could think of that she could do. But I remembered how I used to be that same girl, so even though I didn t have much to do at the moment, but I told her that I wanted her to start building a core team there in Oklahoma that had a passion for Rescue Pink. Then when we started doing fundraisers here in TX, her team could run some of them simultaneously there in OK.

5 Less than 24 hours later, my phone starts going crazy with notifications of likes to the Rescue Pink Facebook page. They were ALL from OK well over 50 likes! Fifty people can do a lot to help girls in India. I firmly believe Faith will be an integral part of Rescue Pink s involvement in the OK area. I m excited to see what s next with her. SHERRY All of this because of a connection over at SheLoves. FROM FAITH: I am hoping to go to India this year with Rescue Pink... I would not have been able to take that leap of faith without SheLoves. Brings tears to my eyes thinking about it. God is so good. FAITH

7 Did you know we have more than ONE South African sister on our SheLoves team? Meet Rose Woller. She keeps us organized and asks questions like, Have we set goals? and What is your timeline for that project? We definitely need her muscle under our creative wings to help us fly. { Applause is totally acceptable. }

13 When I wrote about changing my last name earlier this month, I had no idea how much love was going to pour through the comments. Tina suggested a celebration and cake. Then Anne-Marie decided it needed to happen. She asked me to meet up with her on my way north the our editorial meeting last weekend and she gave me this beautiful and DELICIOUS cake. I am blown away by the way this community loves me. ~ Sarah joslyn
