1 HEALING SCRIPTURES FROM GOD S WORD Proverbs 7:1-4 Follow my advice, my child; always keep it in mind and stick to it. Obey Me and live! Guard My Words as your most precious possession. Write them down, and also keep them deep within your heart. Love wisdom like a sweetheart; make her a beloved member of your family. Proverbs 4:20-22 Listen, child of mine, to what I say. Listen carefully. Keep these thoughts ever in mind; let them penetrate deep within your heart, for they will mean real life for you and radiant health. Proverbs 3:7,8 Don t be conceited, sure of your own wisdom. Instead, trust and reverence the Lord, and turn your back on evil. When you do that, you will then be given renewed health and vitality. Psalm 103:2,3 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits (the glorious things He does for me). He forgives ALL my sins! He heals ALL my diseases! Psalm 6:2 Pity me, Oh Lord, for I am weak. Heal me, for my body is sick Psalm 30:2 Oh Lord my God, I pleaded with You and You gave me my health again! Psalm 41:4 Oh Lord, I prayed, be kind and heal me, for I have confessed my sins. Psalm 42:11 But, Oh my soul, don t be discouraged. Don t be upset. Expect God to act!! For I know that I shall again have plenty of reasons to praise Him for all that He will do! He is my help! He is my God! Psalm 91:9-11 For Jehovah is my refuge! I choose the God above all gods to shelter me. How then can evil overtake me or any plague come near me? For He orders His angels to protect me wherever I go! 2 Isaiah 53:4,5 Yet it was our grief He bore, our sorrows that weighed Him down. And we thought His troubles were a punishment from God, for His own sins! But, He was wounded and bruised for our sins. He was chastised that we might have peace; He was lashed and we were healed!! Exodus 15:26 If you will listen to the voice of the Lord your God and obey it and do what is right, then I will not make you suffer the diseases I send on the Egyptians, for I AM THE LORD WHO HEALS YOU! Malachi 4:2 But for you who fear my name, the Son of Righteousness will rise with healing in His wings. And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out to pasture! Jeremiah 17:14 Lord, You alone can heal me! You alone can save me! And my praises are for You alone! Matthew 4:23,24 Jesus traveled all through Galilee teaching in the Jewish synagogues, everywhere preaching the Good News about the kingdom of Heaven. And He healed every kind of sickness and disease. The report of His miracles spread far beyond the borders of Galilee so that sick folk were coming to be healed from as far away as Syria. And whatever their illness and pain, or if they were possessed by demons, or were insane, or paralyzed He healed them all! Matthew 7:7 Jesus said, Ask, and you will be given what you ask for. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened. For everyone who asks, receives. Anyone who seeks, finds. If only you will knock, the door will open. Matthew 7:11 And if you hardhearted, sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, won t your Father in heaven even more certainly give good gifts to those who ask for them? Matthew 8:7, 13 Yes Jesus said, I will come and heal him. Then Jesus said to the Roman officer, Go on home. What you have believed has happened! And the boy was healed that very same hour! Matthew 8:16,17 and when Jesus spoke a single word, all the demons fled; and all the sick were healed. This fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah 53:4,5 He took our sicknesses and bore our disease. 3 Matthew 9:29 Then, He touched their eyes and said, Because of your faith it will happen. Matthew 9: 35 and everywhere He went He healed people of every sort of illness. Matthew 14:14 So when Jesus came out of the wilderness, a vast crowd was waiting for Him and He pitied them and healed their sick. Matthew 15:30 And a vast crowd brought Him their lame, blind, maimed, and those who could not speak, and many others, and laid them before Jesus, and He healed them all! Matthew 17:20,21 Because of your little faith, Jesus told them. For if you have faith even as small as a tiny mustard seed you could say to this mountain, Move! and it would go far away. Nothing would be impossible. But this kind of demon won t leave unless you have prayed and gone without food. Matthew 19:2 Vast crowds followed Him, and He healed their sick. Mark 5:34 And Jesus said to her, Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace healed of your disease. Mark 9:23 Jesus said, Anything is possible if you have faith. Mark 10:52 And Jesus said to him, All right, it is done. Your faith has healed you! Mark 11:22-25 In reply, Jesus said to the disciples, If you only have faith in God, this is the absolute truth you can say to this Mount of Olives, Rise up and fall into the sea, and your command will be obeyed. All that is required, is that you really believe and have NO doubt! Listen to Me! You can pray for anything, and if you believe, you have it!! It is yours!! But! when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your Father in heaven will forgive you your sins too! 4 Luke 6:19 Everyone was trying to touch Him, for when they did healing power went out from Him and they were cured. Luke 4:19 He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted and to announce that captives shall be released and the blind shall see..and that God is ready to give blessings to all who came to Him. Luke 4:38,39 After leaving the synagogue that day, He went to Simon s home where He found Simon s mother-in-law very sick with a high fever. Please heal her everyone begged. Standing at her bedside He spoke to the fever, rebuking it, and immediately her temperature returned to normal. And she got up and prepared a meal for them! John 5:9 Instantly, the man was healed! He rolled up the mat and began walking! (Faith) John 10:10 The thief s purpose is to steal, kill and destroy. My (Jesus) purpose is to give life in all its fullness. John 14:13,14 In solemn truth I tell you, anyone believing in Me shall do the same miracles I have done, and even greater ones, because I am going to be with the Father. You can ask Him for anything using My Name, and I will do it, for this will bring praise to the Father because of what I the Son, will do for you. Yes, ask anything using My Name, and I will do it! Acts 10:38 Jesus of Nazareth was anointed by God with the Holy Spirit and with power, and He went around doing good and healing all who were possessed by demons, for God was with Him. Romans 10:17 Yet faith comes from listening to this Good News the Good News about Christ. Ephesians 6:18 Pray all the time. Ask God for anything in line with the Holy Spirits desires. Plead with Him, reminding Him of your needs, and keep praying earnestly for all Christians everywhere. Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever! 5 James 4:7,8 Give yourselves humbly to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. And when you draw close to God, God will draw close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and let your hearts be filled with God alone to make them pure and true to Him. James 5:14,15 Is anyone sick? They should call for the elders of the church and the elders should pray over them and pour a little oil upon them, calling on the Lord to heal them. And their prayer, if offered in faith, will heal them, for the Lord will make them well; and if their sickness was caused by some sin, the Lord will forgive them. 1 Peter 2:24 Who His own self bore our sins in His own body on a tree, that we being dead to sin, should live unto righteousness: by His stripes we were healed. 1 John 4:4 Greater is He (God) that is in me than he (Satan) that is in the world. 3 John 2 Dear friend, I am praying that all is well with you and that your body is as healthy as I know your soul is.
