15 CLEANSING RITUAL Ingredients: Long stemmed new candle Small cup of olive oil Small cup of sand Small cup of used coffee grains Small cup of Sun Flower seeds Lavender Essential Oil A bowl At the end of the 7 th day of affirmations draw a long bath or run a hot shower. Take a bowl, a cup of ground coffee grain, a cup of olive oil, a cup of sand and a new long stemmed candle into the room.
