Thank you so much for being here, and exploring the magical, spiritual side of life, and committing to taking inspired action to manifest everything you want in life. In this workbook, you will learn how to work your personal magic, use the energy of crystals for manifesting, work with the energy of the moon, co-create the epic life and business of your dreams, and manifest everything you want and more. Before you dive in, I want you to write this out, and use this as your personal magic incantation... I am a POWERFUL creator, and am consciously setting intentions to manifest right now. I know what I am worthy and deserving of this, because. I am committed to staying aligned with my hearts desires, and am fully aware that my thoughts, energy, and intentions create the reality I live in. I am ready to unleash my personal magic.

3 Cleansing your energy and space... Before any kind of ritual, or meditation, I like to cleanse my space and personal energy. You can do this in a many ways. I like to either burn sage or Palo santo, or use sound energy from tuning forks or crystal bowls. When you're cleaning your space, say a little prayer asking to fill your space and aura with positive energy, and protect from and low vibe, negative energy. Set those intentions while you're burning sage or however you choose to cleanse. If you're burning Palo santo or Sage, light the tip until the flame dies out, and you're just left with a stream of smoke. Wave it around your room in clockwise motion, in all corners of your space, as well as up, down, and around your whole body. Set it somewhere safe after burning, like a shell, or metal tray. I also like to light a white candle during rituals and meditations, because it helps you connect to your higher self, spirit guides, and angels, and protects your space and energy.

4 Setting Intentions This is where you really work your Personal Magic by sending your thoughts, focus, and energy to what you REALLY want to call into your life, or to release from your life. We set powerful intentions by consciously choosing to connect to the energy associated with what we want. For example, if you're wanting to attract more money, you must consciously choose to connect to the vibration of abundance. You do that by feeling the feelings associated with abundance *right now* (ease, security, fun, excitement), and beginning to recognize the abundance that already exists in your reality (aka shifting to gratitude). This is also where meditation, visualizing, and writing out what you really want comes into play. If you're new to meditating, do not worry...it doesn't need to be this big, complicated thing, and it's normal to have a lot of mental chatter going on if you're a beginner. The more you do it, the easier it will be for you to get into that deep relaxed state.

5 Meditation I like to personally put on some meditation music, violin/piano, sounds of nature, or shamanic drumming music to help slow my brain waves down, and take me to that deep state. Choose what feels good to you, and practice by focusing on your breathing (3 counts in, 3 counts out). I like to do visualization meditations more then anything, because I really am able to take myself to a magical place where I am able to speak to my higher self, and angels. Create your own magical place to visit during your meditations. Is it an enchanted forest? Is it under the moonlight? Is it on a beautiful island? What areas are you seeking guidance? What answers do you want? What do you want to manifest? What do you want to let go of? Think of your intentions before and during your meditation, and you'll notice that new ideas, nudges, or signs will show up more for you in waking life to help you further. It's all about becoming more aware of the Magic around you, and consciously setting those intentions for what you want.

6 Visualization Visualizing yourself already having, being, and doing what you desire is extremely powerful, because it helps you really connect to the feelings and emotions that are aligned with what you want. By visualizing, you allow yourself to see and feel those feelings right now, and that in turn will help you stay aligned and open to receiving. When you're doing a visualization to attract what you want, really make that crystal clear in your mind. See yourself and how your life is. What are you doing? How are you spending your time? What has changed for you? Stay with that image playing in your mind, and really tie deep emotion to it. Know that it already is there, and on the way to you. Realize that your thoughts and intentions create the reality you want to live.

7 Journaling Writing is so freakin powerful because your using your body, your hand with the pen and paper and working a different part of your brain. There is something really powerful with getting things out of your mind, and on to paper. This goes for goal setting, intention setting, gratitude lists, affirmations, etc. I like to write out my manifestations in the present tense as if it's already on the way. I love to journal when it comes to releasing shit that doesn't serve me, and acknowledging everything I am grateful for, as well as recognizing the abundance that I am experiencing right now. I also sometimes love to write letters to the Universe (God, Source, whatever you call higher power) sharing my desires, and asking for guidance and steps to take along the way, and of course thanking the ffff out of the U for supporting me, and having my back. Try writing your own letter to the Universe. Share your own thoughts, feelings, desires, and struggles. Ask for guidance. Write from your heart. Here is an idea of how you can start... Dear Universe, Thank you so much for. Please help me release. Right now, I am working on manifesting. Please show me the next steps I need to take...

8 Crystal Magic Crystals have so much powerful energy and each stone has special healing benefits mentally, physically, and spiritually. I'm not going to go into full detail in this workbook, but if you'd like my Beginners Guide to Crystal healing, you can get it here. Some of my fav crystals are Citrine, Amethyst, Selenite, and Labradorite. Citrine is prob most people's fav, especially when it comes to Manifesting, because it is known as the stone of manifestation and abundance. Amethyst is great for easing stress and anxiety, and spiritual growth. Selenite is my favorite stone for cleansing energy, and connecting to higher self. And Labradorite is just fffn gorgeous, and helps enhance psychic abilities, and spiritual awareness. You can work with the energy of crystals by meditating with them while holding them, carrying them with you during the day, or wearing them as jewelry. Just like cleansing your own energy, you def want to cleanse the energy of your crystals because they absorb a lot of energy and need a good "energy bath" every so often.

9 Moon Magic The phases of the moon remind us of birth, death, and the cycles in between. Everything has energy, including the moon. The frequency of the moon has an effect on our thoughts, our energy, and our subconscious mind. I'm going to share what the New Moon, and Full Moon represent, because it's during these times when I like to do some powerful intention setting. New moon: The new moon represents new beginnings, or a new chapter in life. It's the perfect time to set intentions for what you want to manifest and call into your life. The energy from the New Moon, up until the Full Moon gradually builds in strength and intensity, so it's a great time to start a new project or business, take inspired action on your goals, and set powerful intentions for what you want to attract into your life at this time. Full Moon: The full Moon represents the end of a chapter, and letting go. We have gone through the expanding energy from the New Moon to the Full Moon, and now are going back from Full Moon to new moon-- so it's a great time to set intentions to release and let go of anything that no longer serves you. Let go of relationships that aren't serving you, a job that isn't serving you, and even beliefs and thoughts that don't serve you.

10 Woo woo supply list- I want to share some things I have on my altar and what I have used in my spiritual practice. I use these things for connecting to higher self, Angels, and spirit guides, manifesting what I want, protecting my space, easing stress and anxiety, and more. Angel cards/tarot Cards- This was prob my first woo supply, and I got my first deck of Angel cards 15 years ago (I was only 15 at the time lol)!! I love Doreen Virtue decks, and use them very often for myself, as well as others who are seeking guidance. They're always spot on. Crystals- Of course you need some crystals! When choosing crystals, go with whatever you're feeling drawn to. I also used to look up specific crystals that help with certain things I wanted help with, and would get those as well. Refer to my crystal guide if you want more info.

11 Woo woo supply list- Palo santo- Is a type of wood that means holy wood because of its powerful healing benefits. This is used to cleanse your space, personal energy, and energy of crystals. Sage- Is one of the oldest ways of cleansing energy, and is used in the same way as Palo Santo. There are many different types, white Sage is most popular. I personally like the smell of Palo Santo better then Sage, but do still use it at times. Pendulum- Another divination tool to help you connect to your higher self. These are great for yes or no questions. Usually clockwise means yes, counter clockwise means no, but you can "set" your pendulum by asking it "please show me what yes is", etc. It may also swig left to right, or away from you and toward you rather then in a circular motion.

12 Woo woo supply list- Tuning forks- Are another way you can cleanse your space and energy using the vibration of sound waves. There are many different tones and frequencies for tuning forks. I have a set of 3, called "Angel Tuners", and they're very high frequency, and help connect with higher realms/angels. Simply tap them together, or on a crystal, and wave around allowing the sound waves to bath whatever it is you're cleansing. Incense- There are so many different types of incense for different things, such as protection, dream recall, manifesting, and more. I personally like frankincense, lavender, and cinnamon. Frankincense is good for protection, purification, and spiritual awareness. Lavender is good for cleansing, healing, relaxation, and happiness. Cinnamon is good for protection, attracting wealth, business success, and psychic abilities.

13 Woo woo supply list- Candles- I love working with candles and use them in a lot of rituals or during meditation. Different candle colors represent different things. You can also combine oils and anoint (aka "dress") your candle with the oil before burning. For rituals or when anointing candles, I like to use smaller taper candles because they burn down faster. Some of my favs are white, green, gold, and purple. White candles are for protection, connection to spirit guides/higher self, healing/cleansing. Green and Gold are for attracting money, prosperity, and business success. Purple is for enhancing psychic abilities, and strengthening connection to spirit. Essential Oils- Again, so many different types of oils and benefits for each. Some that I like to use for candles are Eucalyptus oil, Cinnamon Oil, and Lavendar oil. Eucalyptus oil is great for purifying, healing, and is used for releasing/purifying rituals. Cinnamon oil is used for attracting wealth and money, and is used for money rituals. Lavender oil is great for cleansing, healing, love, and is used for cleansing rituals.

14 Full Moon Releasing Ritual WHAT YOU NEED: White candle Smokey Quartz Palo santo or Sage Paper Lighter 1.) Clear your space and aura with Sage or Palo Santo, and begin to think about what you would like to release. 2.) Meditate, while holding the piece of Smokey Quartz, and visualize yourself releasing everything that doesn't serve you. Think about releasing any belief patterns, negative energy, and anything that is not for your highest good. 3.) When you're done, write a list on the piece of paper of everything you are releasing and letting go of. Ex: "I release all draining and toxic people from my life". "I release my feelings of low self esteem". 4.) When you are done with your list, say out loud, or in your head "I release you, I release you, I release you", three times. 5.) Go outside, preferably where you can see the moon, and burn the paper to ashes.

15 Manifesting Ritual WHAT YOU NEED: Gold or white candle Citrine or pyrite Palo santo or sage Paper 1.) Clear your space and aura with Sage or Palo Santo, and begin to think about what you would like to release. Light the gold candle to represent attracting abundance. 2.) Write a list or letter to the Universe of what you want to call into your life at this time, new opportunities, people, more money, biz success, new empowering beliefs, etc 3.) Meditate, while holding the piece of Citrine or Pyrite, and visualize yourself having, being, doing everything you desire. FEEL and connect to those exciting, positive feelings. 4.) When done with the visualization, say "I am a powerful creator, and I am 100% responsible for taking inspired action, and creating the life (and business) of my dreams." 5.) Fold your piece of peper, place it on your altar, and place the crystals on top of it. You may keep it there as long as you feel, or until the next New Moon.

16 Money Magic Ritual WHAT YOU NEED: Green candle, Eucalyptus or cinnamon oil Cinnamon powder, Coin, Citrine or pyrite 1.) This is best if done during Full or New Moon. Clear your energy and space with Palo Santo, or Sage. 2.) Write down just the number amount you want to manifest right now on a loose piece of paper, 3.) With the coin, carve 3 lines (like this: ) at the base of the candle. Use a taper candle because it will burn faster, and you need to allow it to burn all the way down. 4.) Dress the candle with the oil, from middle, top, bottom, etc. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top of the oil covering the candle. While doing this, say "I am aligned with the energy of abundance, and am open and receptive to all of the wealth life offers me." 5.) Meditate, and visualize yourself receiving the money, and how you will spend it, how it will serve you, how you will feel 6). Place the coin on the paper with your amount, and fold it in half going *towards* you. Fold it twice more going towards you each time. 7.) Seal the folded paper, by pouring some wax from the candle onto the open edges, and allowing it to harden and seal the edge. 8.) Place your paper on your altar or sacred space, and put the peice of Citrine or Pyrite on top.

17 Confidence & Courage Ritual WHAT YOU NEED: Palo Santo or Sage Red Candle Citrine and/or Carnelian 1.) Clear your space and energy by lighting Sage or Palo Santo. Light a red (or white) candle, and put on some meditation music. 2.) Visualize yourself being, and doing the things you desire, with unshakeable confidence. Do this while holding the crystals, or wearing as jewelry. 3.) Ask the Universe for guidance and support to help you have the courage, confidence, and belief in yourself to go for your greater goals, and step into your power. 4.) Make a list of your current, natural personal stengths, as well as strengths that you wish to develop (confidence with public speaking, growing your biz, etc). Write everything out as if it already is, and as if it's already who you are. 5.) When you are done with all of the above, fold your paper, place it on your altar, or sacred space, and place the Carnelian or Citrine on top of it.

18 Cleansing Ritual Bath WHAT YOU NEED: Palo Santo or Sage White candle Lavendar oil Epsom Salt Rose Quartz 1.) Take a shower before taking the ritual bath and wash yourself thoroughly. Clean the bathtub before filling the tub with water. 2.) Clear your space and energy by lighting Sage or Palo Santo. Light a white candle, and bring it into the bathroom with you during your ritual bath). 3.) Fill the bathtub about half full of lukewarm or cool water and mix 1-2 cups of Epsom Salt, and 6-8 drops of lavendar oil into the water. 4.) Lie down in the water, and allow your full body to immerse in it. Place the Rose Quartz on your heart, and meditate. Stay in the bath for 6 to 8 minutes. 5.) Meditate and pray for the release of any energy that you no longer wish to carry, or that is not for your highest good. Ask for spiritual support and to raise your spiritual vibration. 6.) When you are done, do not towel dry, instead, allow your body to air dry. You can put a towel over your head, or bathrobe on. Try not to shower for the next 24 hours.
