3 Introduction The Bio Energy 5 workshop explored a set of Chinese breathing and meditation disciplines associated with Taoism 1 and especially with Chinese martial arts. The workshop took you through a review of the Merkaba (the Star Tetrahedron) and provided you with a new learning experience that connected your energy to the universal human consciousness 2. This workshop is based on the principles or disciplines of Nei Kung 3. Nei Kung is defined as any of a set of Chinese breathing, meditation and spiritual practice disciplines that are associated with Taoism, and especially the Chinese martial arts. Shifting Personal Energy Vibration Alex began by describing the notion of our birth as Green, Indigo, and Crystal children and explained the notion of shifting our energy vibrations to elevate from one energy level to another. For example, by shifting his/her vibration, an Indigo child can become a Crystal Child. This shift requires a lot of meditation practice and does not come easily. Everything that has been learned through channeling shows that everyone has the potential to shift his or her vibrational energy to a higher level. The ability to do this successfully depends on personal dedication; Alex made the comparison of a marathon runner who trains once a month vs. one who trains daily and aggressively. The one who trains more aggressively and seriously will likely succeed in bettering himself/herself in competition sooner than one who trains less frequently and less seriously. Opening and Healing of Your Chakras Your personal experiences will affect the openness and status of your chakras. Opening and healing of your chakras on a routine basis is important for your chakra health since your chakras are vulnerable or responsive to your daily experiences. 4 more of your chakras will be drained of energy and can eventually cause you physical or even mental illnesses over time. So, it is important to open, heal, and balance your chakras frequently. The idea is to create permanent solutions that can maintain the health of your chakras by use of bioenergy to steam them individually. Once you do this, you will be able to have some interesting experiences. Qi Qi 4 or Ch i, (pronounced chee in the Chinese tradition), is the Chinese term for life force. Its equivalents are Khi in Vietnamese, Gi in Korean, Ki in Japanese, Ka in Egyptian, and Ruach in Hebrew. Qi is regarded to be the active principle forming part of all things. All things have Qi. From this point, the class read about and viewed a YouTube video of John Chang 5, demonstrating his ability to manipulate Qi and use it for healing. Alex described that the understanding of Qi and its control at the personal level will need to be reviewed, experienced, and interpreted differently or more progressively as each of us advances through meditating various focus levels, especially as we begin to work in F 35, 42, and 49. It will begin to make more sense as we progress through those focus levels and work with Qi. Alex also explained that as one travels out in space to explore during meditations, one is actually travelling inward; when you work in your Sacred and Tiny Spaces, you are able then to travel outward into space. In the end, it is all the same thing. This is difficult to comprehend without the benefit of the tools, but once one has experience with the various tools, more of this scientific discussion will begin to make sense and take on personal significance. Your Mind, Your Thoughts, and Your Body Alex emphasized that while we do live in our physical bodies and in this physical universe, it is also true that our physical and mental well-being are driven by the condition and quality of our thoughts; moreover, it is also true that the quality of our thoughts is a function of the conditions of our bodies. We all possess consciousness, as we understand it traditionally; it is also true that since each of us is comprised of trillions of cells, each with its own consciousness, we are in fact a composite of trillions of these individual cellular consciousnesses. 5 of the consciousnesses that comprised our many lifetimes of evolution from plants to animals and eventually to human form, each also a summation of the many cellular consciousnesses that comprised those many bodies. Alex clarified the need for proper meditative posture for this type of bioenergy work. Where the kind of meditation that Robert A. Monroe described and made easier to achieve through Hemi-Sync technology is concerned more with travel, sitting is less practical due to physical limitations of pain and cramping. As such, it makes more sense to lie down or to sit to make travel and exploration less uncomfortable. The use of precise postures such, as the full or half lotus, are critical for bioenergy work, however. Improper posture resulting in the improper positioning of the Dantien 6 during this type of intense bioenergy work can result in severe mental illness, among other things. Your Emotional State During BioEnergy Meditations The class read about the function of emotions in meditations. Positive emotions are needed for successful meditations. Alex made reference to a book called, The Magus of Java 7. Alex also reiterated the importance of good bioenergy for good meditations: Bioenergy is the fuel of your meditations; if you do not have bioenergy, you cannot go anywhere! Balance of Mind, BioEnergy, Emotion, and the Physical Body Alex moved onto the discussion of linking the mind, the emotions, Qi, and the physical body. He emphasized the balance needed among all of those components before you can reach your meditative target. Alex also pointed out that while you are meditating in Focus 10, or 12, the meditative targets are quite large and are much more tolerant of imbalances in the four elements; focus 15, 21, and 27 are smaller targets requiring more balance. 6 are attempting to meditate in higher focus levels such as 35, 42, or 49, the meditative target is more exacting still in its need for balance, and so in essence the target becomes smaller and harder to hit 8. The use of the word target is appropriate in that it is a place you are trying to reach, but it is more correct to regard it as a particular vibrational frequency 9. A true meditative state can only be achieved with perfect balance of the four elements; good control of your body, free flow of emotion, physical health, and control of your mind are needed for fully productive meditation. What becomes clear is that meditation is as much as physical experience as it is a mental one. The class discussed the letting go of emotion that occurred after the motorcycle accident described in the notes. Alex showed the balance in the rider s emotion after the spill as being very real, but that the rider was able to let go of the emotion and not carry it with him. He carries the memory of the spill and any lessons he had learned from it, but not the fearful part of the experience and in this way, he has processed it and not repressed it and then he was able to let it go. In this way, it no longer affects the rider emotionally and so it would not impede his meditative experiences. The alternative is that one represses the emotion and then carries it around; this is not healthy since emotions that are not processed and released will need to be processed at some point and then released; but in the mean time, as you repress and store them, they are creating problems for you emotionally and physically, and perhaps mentally as well. In addition to being bad for you on many levels, it also affects your meditations. There is no single way to process or release emotional stresses; this is personal and may require some personal exploration to see what is effective for you as a person. Some can release and recharge, or get momentarily angry, etc. to deal with the issue. For others releasing may be difficult because they choose to hold on to the emotions and remain attached to them. This could be because of the need to find justice, assign blame, or any other reason; in any case, this is a choice that results in maintaining the emotion rather than releasing it. 8 The notion of target sizes pertains to increasing balance requirements to reach these meditative states. It is not related to the actual size of the focus level as learned in class. It is true that focus 21 is much larger space than focus 12, but for the purposes of reaching these focus levels, the balance of emotion, mind, bioenergy, and body make this a more challenging target to hit because it is a much higher vibrational frequency. 9 The notion of the vibrational frequency takes us back to the relationships among any vibrational frequency such as experienced at any of the focus levels we have explored, and the frequency that helps us reach a desired vibrational frequency or focus level, and the images we use to associate with the frequency, and the Hemi- Sync signals we use to tune into those frequencies. The castle is associated with the Hemi- Sync signal and the vibration we are trying to reach. The castle guides us to the frequency as does the CD. Once we are able to recognize the frequency, simply visualizing the castle and/or deciding to go to focus 12 will take us to the right target. Eventually, the CDs can be used or not. By this time, the relationship among the signals, vibrational signature, and your visualization should be well established. Updated: May 12,

7 The four elements in the diagram are not to be seen as connected in a temporal or sequentially related way, meaning that it is not something that begins with the body and then moves to the mind, etc. This is a balance diagram. Having said that, it is true that some people are more physical, some more emotional, and some others are very much mind-focused and so this is where they are attached or focused; but it is not a sequential relationship in terms of energy flow, etc that goes from lower to higher. The balance in the diagram is shifted in favour of more emphasis on the body, but this is an example; the directionality of the imbalance can be in any of one or more quadrants. All four factors need to be balanced. The discussion evolved into the question of people who are very ill and in hospital. These people are obviously very physically ill and so how does the balancing work when they manage to heal themselves? Alex pointed out that the process of healing is not quite the same as meditation, which is more concerned with journeying to focus levels like or in trying to ascend. Healing is not an attempt to travel or ascend. The discussion then moved onto visualizing or imagining energy movement, which is not the same as physically moving energy vs. feeling it move within you. It is important to actually feel the movement of Qi within the body. Visualizing is a good tool for healing and programming, but as much as possible, feeling of energy movement is critical. It is possible to have very low levels of Qi and not be ill. Low Qi results in fatigue and the need for sleep. Sleep regenerates Qi as does bioenergy work. Low levels of Qi is a significant problem in that low Qi manifests in poor health or physical issues such as poor eye-sight, or more serious physical ailments such as diabetes, stones, or others, since Qi is needed to maintain a healthy physical body. If you have a lot of Qi, you are not that likely to get sick. It is important to look at your body (at Focus 10 for example) to ensure that you are aware of any issues that can be arising. Reflexology is also a means of understanding and controlling your Qi. At the end of this part of the session, Alex also told the class that all experiences are provided for learning, and even if they are emotionally challenging, one is never given a situation that one cannot quickly balance. One should learn from the experience and remember it, but one should also neutralize and balance the emotions associated with any event or situation. As a rule, we are not taught how to neutralize emotions effectively in our society. Updated: May 12,

8 The Yellow Aura Alex described the Yellow Aura to the class. Everyone has an aura that is comprised of different layers. Depending on how you look, you will see different things. Most only see the outer layer, but the foundation layer is yellow. This layer is always present. It is a belief that that people who have access to this yellow aura have different capabilities, but this is a hierarchical belief imposed by humans. Research has shown that all have access to this layer, but it is more tied to access or movement to various levels such as Indigo or Crystal vibrations. It is more about the notion of moving from levels such as Indigo to Crystal through one s meditative practice. It is not tied in any way to parentage in that children of meditating parents are no more likely or in any way more likely to advance more quickly than children of non-meditating parents. It is not like passage of genetic traits. However, while we are all able to move through various levels such as Indigo to Crystal, those who are born into a particular individual energy level are able to grow faster to achieve actual mastery of their particular levels. All is based on the individual and not the parents practices. The Process of Meditation Alex described the relationship in the 26,000-year cycle where we are in the roughly 13,000-year ebb and flow of waking and sleeping. Alex related the notion to how it is related to our own beginning to awaken; he related the ideal that while we are technologically advanced, we have lost significant ground in terms of telepathic, meditative and NVC-type skills that are the strengths of the cultures that we regard as primitive. We are only now beginning to reawaken what these primitives have been able to do for centuries 10. Ma Bu Alex briefly described Ma Bu, also known as the Horse Stance. He explained that the posture does not use muscular positioning or strength; rather it is a balance that is attained by balancing or stacking your skeleton in such a way as to require minimal muscular activity for maintaining this balance. If you become fatigued, it is because you have not balanced your frame properly. 9 an art and a science. These postures and Qi balancing activities are the foundation of a number of martial arts; Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong are examples. All of these examples are martial arts, even though the latter are viewed by most as merely exercises. Tai Chi is a slower version of Kung Fu; if both are observed in slow motion, you will see they are virtually identical. These exercises will eventually lead you to invincibility. So, when someone chooses to fight with you, you can engage this Qi energy and use his/her own energy against him/her. The work that we are going to do is rooted deeply in Kung Fu: the other practices are derivatives of Kung Fu. While you are not going to learn the complex art of Kung Fu or its combative training, you will learn the most basic of disciplines that is most closely related to Kung Fu. You will be embracing the Kung Fu style and bioenergy work without actually training for combat. This is sufficient. The extensive work that is required for more mastery of martial arts can be done, but it is not needed for your bioenergetic practices and purposes. Review of the Merkaba Activation Alex and the class reviewed the practice of activating the Merkaba 11. Remember that breaths are all forced breaths. The instructions for forced breaths for all of the final breaths are a new addition to the teachings that are derived from new channeling. Remember to check with your guides routinely about the appropriate speed for your final (18 th ) breath, since this can change for you over time. The Guided Merkaba Activation [Alex narrated the Exercise for the class] [Finding your tree and getting ready to activate the Merkaba] Visualize, imagine or just think that you are at the beach from Focus 10. 10 You can feel the sand under your feet as you are walking You are happy and relaxed in focus 10. Your body is asleep and your mind is awake... Now you are going to go into the forest. From the beach, you are walking back to the mainland Find a quiet spot where there is a tree that is still able to capture the solar energy from the sun and where you can also absorb ground energy from the earth. You are happy and relaxed. Visualize, imagine, or just think that you are taking the Horse Stance position and embracing the tree, but without actually touching it; you are beside the tree Feel the ground energy beneath you that is coming into your feet in and into your legs. You can feel your lungs absorbing oxygen. You just focus on your Dantien. Just doing this, you can begin to imagine your electromagnetic field becoming stronger and stronger. You can start to feel the buzzing of your vibrational state. Now you are going to sit in the full lotus position on the ground. Now. it is time to activate your Merkaba. At your own pace, do all of the activation exercise. If you are lost, just relax. [This part of the exercise can take 5-10 minutes Take your time ] [Continue this portion once you have activated your Merkaba.] Visualize, imagine or just think that in your Merkaba, you are starting upward from the ground into the air. Your prana tubes are grounded; one into the earth, the other into the sky. From your head, bring your consciousness slowly into your throat. And then down into your heart The female way into the heart. You are now in your Sacred Space.. If there is no light, ask for light. You are in your heart.. Updated: May 12,

11 Feel the flow of where ever you are; the cave or where ever. Maybe your guides, or your inner child, your inner self, your higher self. You don t have to see you can just feel the experience.. From the Sacred Space, find the portal to your Tiny Space in your heart, where you will feel the vibrational energy go a little bit higher. This is the Tiny Space where you can experience focus levels 1-49 all being available to you as soon as your higher self feels that it is good for you. Enjoy the feeling of this space. From the Tiny Space, you are now going to go back to your Sacred Space and then into your physical heart. From your physical heart, you will rise like a balloon into your throat. And then back into your head.. Now you are back floating in your Merkaba [Time to Return to your Physical Space] Visualize, imagine, or just think, that you are now floating back down to sit back on the ground near your tree Slowly, you are now going to visualize that you are standing and walking down to the beach. You are full of energy, and present in the NOW. focused. Feel the clouds Feel the clouds Be ONE with the clouds and the sand Be ONE with everything around you. From the beach, slowly bring your self back into the physical body back into Monroe Hall Slowly move your feet and your hands Stretch and take a deep breath [Each of these three blocks of meditation can be broken down into roughly three, 5-minute meditative experiences]. N,N-Dimethyl-tryptamine [DMT] N,N-Dimethyl-tryptamine, also known as DMT, is a chemical in the brain that can enable all of your psychic powers. There is a drug that you can purchase on the street too, but that is not such a good idea. Updated: May 12,

12 When your pineal gland is active (as it is at night) it causes the production of Pinoline and then DMT. This is basis of the relationship among DMT production, as it is produced in the dark, and the purpose of the Dark Retreat. The release of the DMT is often correlated with visions such as those of your higher self. Your pineal gland crystallizes by the time you reach the age of 10 or 12. There are tools that you can use to stop or reverse the crystallization of the pineal glad. This is something that people who wish to attend the Dark Retreat will need to do. Ancient cultures would have had healthier pineal glands due to better diets and different belief systems, even though the crystallization is a natural part of physical development in our universe. There are several ways to achieve DMT release: Getting a lot of sleep that will allow DMT release, though it helps to have a strong pineal gland. Alternatively, death also allows for the release of DMT from the pineal gland. Long-term stress that occurs with prolonged sleep-deprivation. Much of this explains the visions that people that are near death experience and that no one else can see. They see people (sometimes those who have passed on) and places for example, that those around them are not able to see in the physical reality around them. Many who have done the vision quest have some visions that are interesting, but not frightening, but people who have no meditative experience and experiment with DMT release often find the experience frightening and do not want to repeat it. So, DMT should not be regarded as a party drug. It is a spiritual drug, if you can call it that. So, young people who want to experiment with it will find it boring or frightening; those who are on a path of searching will find this experience helpful in their journey. We are addicted to food in that we are required to eat meat etc in order to get the chemical such as the amino acids we require and cannot ourselves produce. [Neo-Think: Neo = contemporary. So, a Neo-Thinker is like a new philosopher]. Real and artificial DMT experiences and Merkabas were described: There are two types of DMT and two types of Merkaba. There are real DMT experiences and those induced by drug formulations of DMT or analogues. There are also Updated: May 12,

13 real Merkabas and those that are created synthetically by governments, for example. There are those who use drugs to create the experience and who will also want to recreate the Philadelphia Experiment [where this can get us banned once again from the Galactic Federation]. Hopefully, the drug experiences and drug experience-seekers will soon disappear and the experiences people have will be only natural; no one will create a synthetic or artificial Merkaba again, and things will be natural. MANY QUESTIONS WERE RAISED ABOUT BASIC BIOENERGY PRACTICES. THESE ISSUES WERE TOUGHT IN LEVEL 4. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU EXPLORE THE LEVEL 4 NOTES ON THESE NOTES CONTAIN A GREAT DEAL OF INFORMATION ON THE BASICS OF BIOENERGY, BASIC BIOENERGY PRACTICES, AND INFORMATION ON ALL OF YOUR ENERGY BODIES AND BIOENERGY PRACTICES. THESE ARE RELEVANT TO THIS BIOENERGY 5 WORKSHOP. THE THREE SOMAS: The Soma: the physical body The Psycho-Soma: This soma can travel to Local 1 and Local 2 The Mental Soma: This soma can travel to Local 3 The real emphasis for this workshop is the Mental Soma. You need to develop the Mental Soma in order that you can access the Wu Chi. The Wu Chi is the Universal Light. Taoism does the same thing that the Monroe Institute does: We, (and The Monroe Institute) and the Taoists go from Local 1 to Local 2. Then we go from Local Two to Focus 35, where we start to go to explore without non-physical bodies. Here we start to absorb energy from the stars. There is a need for balance of all the elements elements in your life. For you to begin to master the elements of Nei Kung, there needs to be a balance in your financial, emotional, spiritual, and physical life-style practices. Without this balance, you will not be able to travel successfully to focus levels 35, 42, or 49, meaning your growth potentials are impeded. Spaces for spiritual growth need to be created by stability in the other elements of your physical experience. You need security in all parts of your life; physical, mental, financial, and spiritual, etc. You need strength in your lower chakras. You also need to balance your chakras. If your Root Chakra is not balanced and is not in balance with your other chakras, you will have problems with any or all of the four meditational requirements; Qi, Mind, Emotion, and Physical. 14 BioEnergy and the Merkaba We will be using Chinese bioenergy practices, but with Hemi-Sync signals. What is important for all of us to realize is that these bioenergy practices are all identical at the highest levels of practice; Taoism, Kung Fu, Kabbalah, Christianity, etc. All are identical because at the level of bioenergy, there is no doctrine or dogma; it is about the personal bioenergy experience and in that sense, we are all the same; because we are all the same at the heart and mind levels, the religious or cultural overtones become increasingly irrelevant. We will be learning the various sequences of formulae that will allow us to travel. What is important for all of us to understand is that the most important and highest energy practice is that of the Merkaba. The Chinese also created a Merkaba, recognizing its importance. What we are going to do is to work continuously with the Merkaba so that we continuously increase its energy and allow us to travel further with greater energy. We have all done a substantive amount of energy work at Aromansse, regardless of what level we are at individually, and this is a powerful foundation for further work; but in reality, even though we have all done a lot, it is really only the tiniest beginning. There is a great deal more to learn and practice. Alex is able to see the difference between those who practice their bioenergy work and those who do not; the differences are profound. The key message here is that the bioenergy practices are very important. While we have explored the mechanics of the bioenergy and Merkaba work, what we are going to do now is to go much deeper to make the experience more magical. The use of these formulas will make the experience much more powerful. This BioEnergy 5 Workshop As a part of your learning you will need to cover the handout literature on the Chakras. The information also contains descriptions of the 8 th Chakra, which is important. Remember that you will need to also work on your life balance. If your 2 nd chakra is not in balance, then neither is your 6 th chakra. If your 3 rd is not in balance, then neither is your 5 th, etc. The heart has its own importance so this is why there is an emphasis on working on the heart. Recall, that in Opening the Heart 1, you are able to work at opening the heart and having open discussions with others while you are outside yourself; or that Updated: May 12,

15 you briefly become some one else in order to experience their perspectives. In Opening the Heart 2, you become acquainted with your Sacred and Tiny Spaces. You use the female approach and travel from your mind, through to your throat, and then in to your heart. From there you seek out your Sacred Space and then your Tiny Space. When in your Sacred Space, you explore the various elements of your life and its purpose, the people around you and also the more deep personal elements of your Sacred Space, which are just for you. When you travel then into your Tiny Space, you are in a place where all things are possible. When you are in your Tiny Space, this is the extension of your Merkaba. This is where you are able to connect with the stars (Father Sky) and the earth (Mother Earth) through your Unity Breath Meditation as well. The connection of the Unity Breath to the Merkaba is where you are given the opportunity to open your prana tube to collect energy. It is also a place where you connect the sun and earth tetrahedrons that comprise your Merkaba. Your Sun and Earth tetrahedrons are related to Father Sky and Mother Earth 12. It is here that you give gratitude to Mother Earth and Father Sky for that which they share to enable you to be here in the physical world. The unity breath should be performed, but it is not something that you need to do all of the time, but you do need to do it. The Merkaba activation should be more regular as is the practice of exploring your Sacred and Tiny Spaces. At the level of BioEnergy 5 workshop, you have been exposed by now to a large number of meditative and bioenergy tools. You now need to start to integrate those tools and practices to grow and to create your own style and practice. You also need to integrate into your personal practice the use of the Horse Stance in order to move your Qi properly. 12 You are establishing that linkage with yourself as the sacred child that is the product of their relationship. Connecting those entities and their tetrahedral counterparts within your heart- space is a sacred act you perform for yourself and your connection to them. As you do this to elevate your energy and consciousness, you serve to elevate universal consciousness. Updated: May 12,

16 On a practical note, with respect to the Horse Stance it is important to see yourself actually doing this practice, and to use this practice to embrace the future by making opportunity for yourself through more meditative exploration, practice and learning. In the practice of the Horse Stance when you embrace the tree, you must actually see yourself embracing the tree. From this point, you use your prana tubes to connect with the earth and the sky. It is critical to use your mind to create this connection with Earth and Sky. Alex described the position of the Horse Stance: Your pelvis is forward, and your feet are imagined to be screws that are screwed into the earth to create grounding and stability. You want to screw yourself in to the earth through your feet. Your feet are at shoulder-width, pointing forward, but your knees are a bit outward as though they are trying to drive your connection to the earth. The left knee is to the left to screw counter-clock-wise; right knee is to the right, screwing clock-wise. Your feet are forward and are aligned with your shoulders. You will find the right comfort zone when you do not feel a great deal of struggle or fatigue in maintaining the posture. If you stack your bones properly, you will feel little stress. With your shoulders, there is no energy being used to support our arms. You position your arms and shoulders to feel comfortable with the least amount of expended energy and muscular stress. Because this can be explored on a personal level, with practice, you will know when the position is correct. Either you are getting really tired or not; if you are not getting really fatigued quickly, you are on the right path. Adjust as you practice. Increase your practice time incrementally from minutes to an hour, but do it at your own pace 13. The Horse Stance is best practiced in front of a mirror so that you can see how you look and compare this with how you feel. You want to be straight and you want your feet parallel. You also want to imagine that you are suspended from the ceiling and feel no fatigue. Visualizing this stance is critical. If you practice this in visualization, you will also gain perfection in your physical practice. When you are able to do this in your mind, you will be able to do this practice physically. 13 The duration of practice was clarified with Alex after the workshop. Alex clarified that practice is started at 2-5 minutes to get you used to the stance and practice. Practice for up to 15 minutes will give you a reasonable amount of mastery, whereas true mastery of this stance and much more significant benefit are achieved with being able to sustain the stance for 60 minutes. 17 It is critical that as you screw in our feet and connect to the earth that you also connect to the sky. These connections through your prana tubes will fuel your connection and energy. Also, there are no rules. Create your connections as is best and most comfortable for you. The feeling and not the ritual are most important. Be grateful. It is also important to know how to perform the Merkaba activations without the use of the CD. It needs to be part of your nature. If you cannot do it, practice with the CD until you can. To perform these meditations, you can feel free to operate at level 27, or in a range of focus levels like as is the range of the Hemi-Sync CD called Graceful Passages. This CD is ideal since each of the tracks is about 5 minutes and you can transition the phases of your mediations by using the music as a timer. Waves of Love is also a useful CD that operates at F18. Your Merkaba energy is always rising, so as you rise, you can rise up and do what ever you want. It is important to know that once you connect your prana tunes to the earth and the sky, that they travel with you as you travel. They don t snap and fall off as you travel. These are stable connections, so you are able to feel free to explore without losing your grip on the physical world that you are a part of. Conclusion Alex emphasized the importance of studying the hand out materials several times, practice of activating your Merkaba, practice of Bioenergy, and Practice of the Horse Stance. These are all critical for growth. You can also engage in the practice of Qi Gong to enhance your energy. You can also engage in a good Yoga practice as is taught by Serge, which is taught in a pure form. In all cases, a good teacher is necessary who understands the bigger picture of your educational program. This is why Serge s Yoga school is very highly recommended. Updated: May 12,
