Your inner Divine Diamond and Sacred Star is your surfboard; you re the instrument of the Divine as a ZERO Diamond or Sacred Star wave rider. The attention of intention you put forth is an integral part of the tapestry of humanity that you choose to actively participate in as a ZERO. The Divine Diamond is real, a part of your heart. It can be felt and will grow the more you connect to it. The Group Healings and Workshops will accelerate the evolution of the body s energy systems and deepen one s inner wisdom as we grow towards our universal true nature. Mission statement: To facilitate physical and spiritual transformation within our local and global community through the loving energy of the Divine Diamond. Each workshop activates a Sacred Geometric Star, a Multidimensional Divine Diamond Healing Structure that is able to permanently enhance your body s frequencies, energy systems, and strengthen the effects of Divine Diamond Healings. There are a total of Nine Stars that can be opened. Many improvements will occur with each opening, such as deeper meditation, grounding, and increased healing abilities for yourself, others and the world. This awakening process will change your life. Every Workshop imprints your body directly with a 3 hour Sacred Geometric Informational download from the Living Light, developing 25% of one inner Star. A series of four Workshops allows for full activation of one Healing Structure. Some effects of the intensives are experienced as a deep inner silence and clarity. 3 This work complements other therapeutic modalities, supporting the individual s process, especially with what is known as spiritual awakening or embodiment This Universal transmission is offered in three hour segments to make it more accessible to everyone. 12 hours of the Workshop/Intensive activates all four of the energetic interfaces with the body s systems, opening up one complete structure with Multidimensional connections. Courses have a 30 min. introduction and a 30 min. follow up on the working protocol handout. This Divine Diamond Healing structure evolves, continuing to develop our energy systems and transforming us on many levels the more we use it. THE DIVINE DIAMOND HEALING WORKSHOP/INTENSIVE Pre-PROTOCOL This energy was received as a gift of Sacred Geometric Living Light; to share with the world as an offering for others to use. It is clearly to remain open, to be given as a present of presence, for humanity to discover and grow with. It is best to be experienced as unlimited, formless. The following Protocol is some information to help guide you in how to work with your personal Healing Structure. You are invited to discover it, to explore it as your own, to learn, investigate and evolve with it. This gift of awakening your intentionality is for you, and also a light onto the world. In this Presence and Grace, we are strengthened through the focus of our intentions. Realizing we cannot always feel Grace working is human. It is obvious that the Truth and Grace of Creation is more than a static set of rules. What is central is one s personal experience which is to simply believe in your Self, in your innocence, and in the Divine Diamond. This dynamic Light will help you to heal yourself, to heal others, and even the world. Here are some basic protocols as guidelines to play and experiment with in your own way, so as to develop them through your own heart. INVOCATION Twinkle Twinkle little star, How I wonder what you are, Up above the world so high, Like a diamond in the sky. This invocation opens our innocent hearts, an initiation that activates our hearts creative imagination. Breathe deeply in through the heart, expanding into the hearts zero point to experience and emote the flow of Grace. Love, Aniruddhan Page 2

4 OM ZERO OM ZERO OM ZEROM vocal or silent, for deeper heart felt grounding and anchoring. The Divine Attributes support the work & keep you connected to your heart. They are: LOVE, FAITH, PATIENCE, GRATITUDE, FORGIVENESS, COMPASSION, ACCEPTANCE, GRACE AND JOY. PROTOCOL By developing the awareness of the breath thru your heart into your spine and the earth, we are more likely to remain present in the Grace of our connections intent. Basic (A): To be done briefly while engaged in everyday activities A. Say Invocation / Om Zero (can be said 3 time optional) 1. Breathe deeply through your heart, Set your intention (these can be vocal / silently) (About 30 sec. (Work on maintaining background connection while engaged in life) Intermediate (A and 1.): This is best to be done with the eyes closed (30 sec. to a min.) B. Intention from your heart. Can use a Divine Attribute as the foundation of intention. (This is to be done in Public while engaged in life, be polite and ask those around you if necessary for 30 sec. while you close your eyes! tell them they do not have to stop what they are doing (be quite), you just need to a moment to focus, ponder (Zero in) Advanced (A & 1., B and C): This is to be done with some privacy and 100% attention. (Can easily be accomplished in about one min. be mindful and continue with you engagement) C. Breathe fully and deeply into and through the Heart, body, spine, and into the earth grounding yourself, your intention and the work you are engaging in. Use the breath in order to open up, expand and activate your body s systems only; it is not meant to extend any energy or seek any power inside or outside of yourself. The breath is for us to open into a Zero as deeply as possible to allow the infinite numbers of divine threads to participate in the tapestry of our intention. The exhalation can be pushed out thru the mouth to make a swooshing sound, intending to blow away Love, Aniruddhan Page 3

5 and releasing what you are engaged in or working on if it is necessary, like (emotional, mental, spiritual/material or physical) issues. More Advanced (A & 1., B, C and D): This is to be done for a minimum of 30 minutes D. You can experiment with using the 5 stages of Divine Diamond Healing. It is optimal to take 12 or 18 minutes for each phase so that you are doing a 1hr or 1/12 hr session. You are welcome to explore and develop your way of working with your inner Divine Diamond and Sacred Stars. I recommend at the end of any deeper work that you remember to cleanse yourself with the 5 th cleansing phase of cascading living informational crystal lights. This is to be done in privacy, turn off all phones and set an intention of time that you can keep focused. 5 STAGES OF THE DIVINE DIAMOND MEDITATION 1. RELEASING 2. CLEARING 3. REJUVINATION (GOLDEN DIVINE NECTAR) 4. MANIFESTATION OF PEACE 5. CLEANSING LIVING CRYSTAL LIGHT CASCADE The Divine Diamond is a very purifying, highly evolved energy and its nature is to create effective change on a grand scale. It follows the universal law of Love (by your permission only). It knows what is best for you and sometimes that means when you work with it in the beginning you can have what is called a healing reaction or crisis. If you or others experience distress after a session, either mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically or even karmicly. You should understand that this is a blessing, for what is being purged now could later be a very serious problem. It is important to know that we need to lay down our burdens, our density and lighten up our system, which directly improves our overall holistic health. It is guaranteed that the more you connect with the Divine Diamond you will be transformed, individually, or more so with groups, even greater with Group Healings and the greatest energetic acceleration and evolution is participating in a Workshops/Intensives. Extra Ideas to utilize the Divine Diamond in your daily life: Love, Aniruddhan Page 4

6 Prior to using the invocation, ask the Diamond to cue you so you can distinguish changes and phases. This can help you feel its guidance. The flow may be happening without you being able to notice it. Before bed say invocation 9 times (+/-) setting an intention while you sleep for: (Divine understanding, knowledge, truth, healing, education, study in the mystery schools etc). Use the invocation in your daily routine as needed, to calm down, ground, be more present, help you concentrate, listen better, help you find answers, or just physically relax, etc. Try blessing food by offering it to the Diamonds Sacred Heart as a Zero open up and allow the energy through the Star or Divine Diamond, (compare the taste before and after.) I recommend practicing A 1. the breath, OM ZERO, and Invocation regularly to develop a constant state of presence and Grace, to stay fully connected and aware in all your activities. Take a minute to practice advanced and move the breath to open as you say the OM ZERO and drop deeply in to the zero point and allow through that opening an Archangel, Ascended Master, or the Holly Spirit in the form most fond to you male, female or light. Bath everything and everyone in the blessed energy and grace that flows through from your heart to all hearts. This is very beneficial to your entire being and everyone around you; so practice. The Divine Diamond energy; your connection to that and its healing potential are individual: the main ingredient for beginners is a willingness to trust that you can access and effectively transmit this energy to yourself and others. You will be amazed that even with no experience you can offer this work at very profound levels. Be innocently sincere so you can make a difference with your intention. (13) Each of these Activations is very profound and builds upon each other synergistically. From the Mystery light emerged (creation was born), from within that light is the structure by which everything is manifested. Our way of describing this is a alive Sacred Geometric light / language, it is like the DNA of Divinity. We are all originally, as is everything in the image and likeness of this Living Light. The Divine Diamond is part of the creative potential of this light, as a deeply healing structured fulcrum of potentiality for the advancement of creations evolution during its cycles or periods of great change also known as a paradigm shift. Exhale and relax into that connection (min. + -), continue this simple practice daily of breathing into and thru the heart.
