3 About e In my own life I have noticed at hormonal shifts and surges of creativity go togeer Isabella at home in e Lamorna Valley, Cornwall, UK The menopausal years can be a life- enriching time of metamorphosis and adventure for women offering a creative re-bir and chance for increased self-knowledge, selfvalue, self-care, heal and wellbeing. It is a time to focus on e beauty and power of nature and our place in nature. Learning and sharing in a group of oer menopausal women offers a boon of knowledge and creates its own force to be reckoned wi. The more you find out and understand about e menopausal years e more you will appreciate how wonderful is is opportunity to empower and care for yourself. I invite you to come and join us. Anyone who likes e challenge of a maraon or a vision quest will revel in e experience of e menopausal years. Not as culturally heralded as an adventure in self-discovery, e menopausal years can be every bit as challenging as a trialon or mountain adventure. Inward bound vs. outward bound.
