2 Preface Ascension Tools This book contains tools to assist in the increasing of your vibratory rate and with the current shifts in vibration of the Earth, which will be vibrating at 8 Hz. As all beings vibrations are beginning to rise, it is easy to feel more energy on the planet. It is also easy to feel where the energies are properly flowing. For those who have a lot of energies within them that are not flowing properly, such conditions as dis-ease, depression, lethargy, rage, fear, worry, illness, mental breakdown, and many more symptoms that I am not listing. When there is an Earthquake for instance, those buildings that are not built to code will fall. Same goes with vibration rising on a planet, those of our structures that are not allowing energy to flow properly will fall, and hopefully be rebuilt. Well the great news is you can rebuild your insides by changing your minds and consciousness. For what you think you are, and even what you are unconsciously thinking you are. So I give you tools here that have helped me through this lifetime and others. The main tool I introduce and all the tools will follow from it is to be able to connect to your inner voice that knows all about you. The majority of the population has forgotten their ability to know their divine self, and how to receive unlimited energies. I see many human beings closed off at many their energy centers, especially their energy center that connects them to unlimited Source energies. These tools will assist you in knowing who you are, how energy moves, and how to assist your energies to flow smoothly. So that as the planet s vibration raises you can feel an inner peace and ease. 2

3 Chapter 1 Introduction to your Soul Star and Source I believe that you are one Soul eternally, and that when you pass on from this lifetime you return to that Soul Point or Collective Soul essence pool and come back to have yet another experience as a different human being. This leads to the belief of reincarnation or having one soul with many lifetimes. I also feel and have experienced the ability to talk to this Soul Collective of others and my own. I believe that if you direct your attention to your Soul Point, which I see it as a Gold Star approximately 6 inches above your head (may be a different height for you), you are able to access all dimensions of your being, all lifetimes, all information that you know, are, will know, and will be. I also believe that this Soul Collective is a droplet off the ONE, All That Is/True SOURCE/God/Creator s POND. So that your Soul contents are no less or no more than the other, Soul is ultimately pure SOURCE essence. By aligning to Soul Star and your Source daily you are able to feel divinely guided and connected. You are able to fill with highest vibration light so that you can feel at ease with all that life brings to you, and being to know a peace within. You begin to feel as nature does, in its divine design form. There is a reason for the saying: it is not my will by thy will. When you leave most of our decisions and our highest connection point to be the mind point for our daily guidance, you are operating from my will. However, when you start to connect to your Soul (which again is a droplet of the same 3

4 essence as Source or God, who has a wondrous intelligence of what is best for you), to such as point that is connected to a teacher such as Christ or Buddha or yet even higher to a beginning point or Source Point, it is then that you are operating off thy will or God s will for your day, your movements, your projects, your decisions, your understandings, and for your life. At the beginning of teaching these classes I used to have the students visualize their Soul Star/Gold Star at 60 feet up and then also picture an image of the Sun to represent Source/God/All at 120 feet up. Now with what has been shown in previous classes and do to varying viewpoints, I instruct you to go to the Soul Star approximately 6 inches up above you and ask that your Soul take your Central Channel to a teacher, God, or a Source point. It may choose to have your Central Channel stay at the Soul Star point, or may choose to go high up to a point in the celestials. I believe it is best to allow the wisdom of your Soul take your awareness and Central Channel to where it needs to be. And when you get to that Source point still visualize an image such as a sun so that you can have one pointed focus. Central Channel/Cord (CC) In yoga the Central Channel is called the Sushumna, or in Tibetan teaching it can be knows as Rainbow Bridge. The Central Channel is a column of energy that runs from through the center of your being and allows for energy to come in and create you. It is always there; however, many are not aware of it. So in this technique you will be bringing awareness to this lighted channel, and making use of it by bringing lighted breath through it. By connecting up your Central Channel Cord (white light cord of energy) to the Soul Star, and ultimately to SOURCE, you are able to live a more fulfilling soulful life, develop a relationship with higher guidance, complete your soul s wishes for you with greater ease and grace, and a gain a deeper understanding of events in your life. With this direct connection to SOUL and to SOURCE you are able to receive direct guidance of your highest vibration, know who you are, have been and will be. You will be able to integrate dissonant/dis-eased/disable/fragmented parts of your being, and much more. When first bringing awareness to this channel I will have you see as a cord or string of light, and then later expanding it to a channel or tube. The Central Channel will run within you along the center of your being from a grounding point on or within the Earth and ascending up to the SOUL STAR, and/or SOURCE Point. Allow yourself to build, reawaken and continue bringing awareness to your channel daily. Again you may first see it as a cord of white energy and later with recommendation from SOUL to expand it to a channel 1-3 inches in diameter or beyond. 4

5 GOD/Source You may have a different Source point or God than another, which is okay. This is an empowering technique to gain the awareness of being able to connect to that which is your true god or Source point for you. I would pray that all Gods and Source points lead to one point. With this prayer I would ask that your Soul guide your awareness to that Source point which is best for your Soul to receive an unlimited amount of the highest healing love-light and compassionate understanding. Intend that Soul connect your Central Channel and/or awareness to your true Source. Also intend that this true Source be of 100% pure love light. This point may be defined as a beginning point, where all comes from, or some say it is called the ONE. All faiths, ascended master teachers, Christ, Buddha and Mohammad are essentially connecting up to SOURCE/GOD. They provide a vehicle for you to connect into such energy. They are providing a portal to GOD. Many spiritual teachers recommend that you look to and go through them to get to GOD, which is fine. However, this Soul Star Source technique ultimately wants you to be empowered and learn how to go straight up and have your SOUL be the teacher/guide to get you there. You may choose to make your Gridding UP routine to include a teacher such as Christ, on the way UP to SOURCE. When addressing your true SOURCE, realize the answers you will receive are simple and of the highest neutral state. SOURCE is not concerned for the plays of life, for the dramas of this dense dimension. However, your SOUL has agendas for your growth out of this dense dimension. Your SOUL will also give you more of the details for greater clarity and understanding of who you are in a dimension/time. Many teaching also see true Source as the Sun or even some say it is the galactic center point. When downloading this technique and teachings, I saw the Source point as an image of a Sun. I even later heard it identified as the Central Sun. Looking through history and on different places on the Earth, different tribes of people looked at different stars as different Central Suns name. For instance if someone was in Egypt they would have looked to Sirius as the Central Sun, and yet another looked to Velda another Central Sun point(check which culture and the name from what IRA sent). 5

6 Soul Star The connection point to dialogue with SOUL is at Soul Star, which is seen as a Gold Star above your head along the Central Channel. Just like when you want to hear a certain station on the radio you have to go to their station point on the radio, you do the same with assisting on hearing your Soul. So when you want to have clearer reception on your inner radio of Soul, go to where your Soul Star is. Also realize that some of you may feel, see or know that your Soul Star is at a different distance than another person. This is common due to where you are in your Soul Work and awareness of Soul. As you become acquainted with your Soul, you may be able to visualize and feel that your Soul Star is at a 6-inch point above your head. Again go to where it is for you. It is important that you begin to strengthen you ability to sense where it is, with noticing such subtleties to assist with discerning guidance from many sources in the future. When addressing SOUL, the answers you receive are from your SOUL, and will pertain to what your SOUL needs you to learn here in this dimension and others. Soul Star has a direct connection to SOURCE/GOD, which gives it an unlimited supply of whatever is needed. When addressing SOUL and listening to guidance from SOUL you will learn and remember who you are, have been, and will be. By Gridding UP you are able to go within and receive needed guidance, unlimited energy, and know your SOUL to be the ascended teacher of GOD. SOUL Invocation Do you want to fully embody your SOUL? Are you ready to embody all of your light and abilities? Are you ready to bring down and connect to your full potential? Are you ready to hear your SOUL s voice? Are you ready to hear your SOUL s sound or name? When I was ready to hear my SOUL s name I invited GOD to tell me. Through a fun ritual I intended for the sound of my SOUL s name to come forth. Out came E LA SA. So be ready to also hear your SOUL s name or sound as you invite your SOUL s energy/essence into this reality. If you are not ready to have SOUL fully in this body I would refrain from this or other books or classes that reveal Soul. However, if you are here, then on some level your SOUL must be ready and calling. As you begin to Grid UP your Soul s energy will begin to flow down into your being and bring you back to perfect human form slowly as you are ready to expand and reactivate dormant parts of yourself and your DNA. 6

7 Before you begin the Gridding UP you may want to invocate your soul by saying: I AM SOUL I AM LIGHT I AM LOVE I AM GREATER UNDERSTANDING I AM DIVINELY DESIGNED **You may also want to say and create your own invocation. ***Similar Soul Invocation and understanding of Soul can be found on Responsibility and Permission To awaken means to be ready to take responsibility for your movements, actions, thoughts, and energy exchange. Learning the power of subtle energetic movements that you make and how they affect others is a great service and responsibility to awakening back into master human form. In this work you could ask for your Soul or Source to fix and adjust something for you, but that does not allow you to awaken fully. It is important that you begin to consciously understand your energy movements, the relationships between energies and the neutrality of mind that can be attained through deep understanding and compassion. Your Soul wants to know that you are ready for all your abilities to fully come back, for that DNA strand to activate fully, and that you are willing to move, create and shift energy responsibly, ethically, and morally so that peace and ease are ultimately felt by all involved. Also, asking if it is your responsibility to do or know from Soul is important. If you want to do a procedure involving some else s soul you MUST have permission for it to work and to let your Soul know you are ready for your abilities. It is also important to ask your Soul and the other Soul if it is your responsibility to do an energy adjustment on someone else s Soul. Permission is important for many reasons. Everyone is at the perfect place they need to be. If you are meditating and doing a self-healing technique, and it involves someone else, ask if his or her Soul is willing to listen and be apart of your healing. If so, great; if not, he or she might not be ready in their stages of growth to be part of it. 7

8 Clearing the Mind What you think, create what you experience. What comes to you in your reality is a make up of what programs are playing in your mind and in the mass mind. So realize the way to change what is happening in you reality is to change your mind. Of course there may be scenes in history that you have to see and understand why that program began and then choose to eliminate such a program from your mind. For instance if you are being stolen from or cheated, then you may need to find in your matrix where you are currently cheating or stealing, where in your history you cheated or stole or have your Soul show you some other significant moment in time where this type of program began playing. I must also add that I am currently writing this next to town called Cheat. I have noticed that many who live here or near here have cheating type stories and heaviness in their auras. A couple topics come to mind one being that words hold codes, programs and vibrations. So if this is the name of the town and the mass that live here relate to it by saying I live in Cheat then they are having this vibration in their field. The other point is that when they say cheat as their town it keeps that type of program alive and what IS to happen. I told someone yesterday that I am going to start replacing that name of the town with Neat instead of Cheat. I can definitely see in my past where this word was playing in my programming and I am conscious of its new replacement. So if not so fun scenes are happening in your life then go within and clear them, take responsibility for such activity somewhere in your history or in the mass mind history, run a forgiveness program, and chose a new program of higher order to run in your mind. It will take practice to stay neutral when it is brought to your field from others, and to chose to steer yourself into a new reality eventually with such persistent practice. As you begin to bring more super conscious energies down your central channel the more those programs that need adjusting will show themselves. Some of these of course are not fun, but if you can not react, but choose to go within and act a new program into existence then your world begins seem as heaven on earth. If you chose to react then more of that program will persist and your Soul will beg you to come home to find out why and how to change this. ASCEND-DESCEND-INSCEND (ADI) Technique A-D-I means when we Grid UP, we are ascending from the heart through starpoints up to SOUL, and then up to GOD. We descend that unlimited energy back down through all star points to the heart, continuing to descend that GOD/Source energy down through our lower star points and down in the EARTH. Once we have made connection into the EARTH, we ascend lower energies of the Earth and ourselves back up to the heart to be merged, understood, neutralized, 8

9 and a term I heard recently called INCENDED. So as you slowly (but in these quantum times can feel very fast) begin to re-member all of your selves, abilities, lifetimes (good, back and the ugly), and full essence, you merge the white light with the darker light and come to a new clear-light. One of the children I work with said, Ms. Elasa, I am afraid to put my cord into the Earth because inside the earth is hell and all the demons in the underworld. I reminded him to go where it felt comfortable. I also reminded him that his clear light would help all that he came into contact with. It would help all to be able to remember their connection to GOD. I find many adults too do not like to go down into the ground or their lower centers due to what dark memories they see. I remind them that if these are not looked and adjusted then when you bring such high vibrating light down you central channel these experiences usually re-manifest themselves in some way in your current life so that you can heal them. As you are able to look at these in meditation, in the self-healing techniques and in dreams you are then more prepared to face them sometimes once more in your current life or sometimes not all because it was neutralized in the techniques. Where there is clear-light, there cannot be harm done to you. If an ill intention comes at you, it only goes through you. I tell you the same, this is a forgiveness path and a path that not only will free you but free all. Your Inner Constellation: Inner Constellation called SOUL-ar System are grid points for SOURCE energy to connect up with and energize, assisting with the balance of corresponding Chakra centers, physical being and subtle bodies. Inner constellation star points also have a direct connection to DNA Strands, i.e., S1-connects to DNA Strand 1. When DNA in past was described someone may say that humans have 2 stands of DNA and others stands known as Junk DNA. Now scientists have discovered that humans actually have 12 strands of DNA and sometimes even more active. Those who have more DNA active are being labeled as superconscious children, indigo and crystal children and some even misdiagnosis with labels such as ADD, and Autism. I believe that with practice of such techniques described in this book we are able to activate DNA strand templates; and maybe even more. When lighting these star points of light up with your vision and intention, you are intending for the 12 Strand DNA Template to activate and for each strand to activate, and/or fix any mutation on any strands as you uncover different energy kinks or moments in your history where they were shut down. 9

10 DNA Activation By simply performing the Gridding-Up Log form you are beginning the initiation for re-activating of all 12 or more of your DNA strands to come back to Perfect Human Form. This may be a slow process or unfolding, for there will be certain lifetimes that you will need to un-kink, core lifetimes that you have to see and integrate with a greater understanding of what that strand s ability has within it. It could be a present lifetime test to pass. This technique is telling SOUL and Source that you are ready for sending down the proper energy and tools for assistance. Possible DNA strand factors to address during self-healing technique to allow for its full activation: DNA 1-Stability, basic needs feel met, stability DNA 2-Emotional stability, able to assimilate of feelings with ease DNA 3-Power issues, manipulation, control, discernment issues DNA 4-Ability to give and receive love, trust issues DNA 5-Ability to speak the truth, Ability to listen DNA 6-Ability to go within in, inner vision, inner council DNA 7-Ability to connect to a higher power DNA 8-Ability to have a balance of femininity and masculinity DNA 9- Ability to radiate highest loving energies in all situations DNA 10-Ability to see all as God and all DNA 11-Ability to connect to higher realms, ability to recognize the many dimensions DNA 12-Full realization of Soul and God seed within The Star Points are as follows: S1-Red Star S2-Orange Star S3-Yellow Star S4-Green Star S5-Blue Star S6-Indigo Star S7-Violet Star S8-Turquoise Star S9-Silvery Purple Star S10-Magenta Star S11-Silver Star S12-Gold Star, Soul Star, your Soul point for highest reception of your Soul s collective voice and records. SUN- True SOURCE for you, all that is, God 10

11 Chakras: Chakras are spinning wheels of energy and light given off from the star point, related to energy color emanations. The Emotion Component of each chakra is created by 2 nd Subtle Body-Emotional Body: C1-Root: Red, Grounding Energy and relates to your feeling stable and rooted. Earth Element. C2-Sacral: Orange, Relational Energy and deals with how you relate to others and yourself. Water Element. C3-Solar Plexus: Yellow, Will Power Energy, and deals with how you digest what is happening in your life, how you assert your self, and power issues. Fire Element. C4-Heart: Green, Love Energy, and your ability to love yourself and others. Air Element. C5-Throat: Blue, Communication Energy, and deals with what you need to say or hear. Ether Element. C6-Third Eye: Indigo, Intuition Energy, and relates to how and what you are intuiting. Star Element. C7-Crown: Violet, God Energy, and knowing you are one with creator. Celestial Element. C8-Thymus: Turquoise, Harmony Energy and being in harmony with masculine and feminine energies within and around you. Also being in harmony with the Earth and the Heavens. C9-Thalamus: Silvery Purple, Freedom Energy, and understanding of dimensions and how to travel within them. C10-Earth Core: Magenta, Earth centered and grounded Christ Consciousness C11- Monadic: Silver, Monadic Guide and all your higher assistants. C12- Soul Star SOURCE: Gold, Oneness Energy, and your understanding that you are one Soul. Note: There is a front and back to each chakra, the back usually related to what is coming in from the back, your past or from others. The front can related to what you are giving out or off, and movement forward towards what they represent. When working with them to reset and clear any debris, it is common practice to CCW spin them ore reverse spin them to flush and CW spin or you can correct spin to have to reset to proper spin direction and function. Subtle Bodies: B1-Electric matrix -Etheric Body B2-Fluid clouds of rainbow colors, Chakras -Emotional Body B3-Yellow matrix-mental Body B4-Fluid ether of pastel colors-astral-travel Body B5-Blue matrix-archetypal Body B6-Fluid ether of lighter pastel colors-angelic Body 11

12 B7-Matrix of light purple-causal Body B8-Fluid ether of turquoise- Harmonic Body B9-Matrix of silvery purple- Radiant Body B10-Fluid of magenta- Earth centered and grounded Christ Consciousness, Christ Body B11-Matrix of Silvery colors, Monadic Body (direct connection to Creator, Big Brother or Big Sister to lower bodies) B12-Fluid ether of Gold, Oneness, SOUL SOURCE Body, Note: The subtle bodies have many interpretations to many people. With that being said, I have been slowly learning and remembering this lifetime. As information is presented and unfolded, I will continue to share on each layer. As I open, you open, as you open, we open. I recommend further questioning and education of all material presented. Some of the first books that I read early in life that helped to shape my understanding of chakras and subtle bodies were: Anatomy of the Spirit by Caroline Myss, Hands of Light by Barbara Brennan. Your Orb Space Your Orb Space is also known as your electromagnetic field, aura, and all your bodies (including your physical and subtle bodies). This egg shaped orb surrounding you is anywhere from 2-5 feet off your physical body and to as large as a room/building/place. I have found that it corresponds to how connected you are to Soul via experience, soul work, past and future life assignments/beings that you have been. As you become more aware of your energetic bodies and your ability to be in many places at once you learn to be able to pull you energy and essence back from local and far distant places. You also find that although you can have your Orb Space be largely expanded and spread out, some prefer to actually pull their energy in close in a concentrated manner. Wisdom of the SOUL It is important that you begin to trust in the divine wisdom of your Soul to direct your energetic structure placements; your Soul again is a droplet off of Source/God and knows where your components need to be. When Gridding UP, as you connect Central Channel to Soul Star notice where it is today. You may direct it to be at 60 feet to 6 inches, for example, but it may go where it needs to be. Notice where that is. Then once you have an awareness of where Soul Star is, ask that your SOUL take your Central Channel to your true Source (at the appropriate height for that true Source). When you feel the Central Channel connect ot a Source point intend for an image to be placed at that point for one 12

13 pointed focus. Through teaching this technique it has been reported that when some do on visualize and intend for an image to be placed at that Source point the participants report feeling lost in space. When bringing your awareness back down to ground the Central Channel and the Magenta Star (grounding Star) ask that Soul take your Central Channel to the appropriate grounding point for you at this moment, once you are aware of its grounding imagine and intend for a magenta star to be placed at that grounding point of the Central Channel for one pointed focus. This means that the wisdom of your Soul may take you to core of the Earth, a couple of feet within the Earth or even hovering on the Earth, and where it takes your Central Channel then acknowledge and place your Magenta Star. Filters Ask that your Soul place permanent Highest Good Soul Development (HGSD) filters along your Central Channel so that no entity, energy, or technology can enter your Orb Space or Central Channel without permission from your Soul. Notice and make note where those are placed. I must report that for those who feel the need to filter from some entity or harmful energy, that is such an experience presents itself to you and you feel attacked or an entity attach to you then your Soul must feel you are ready to heal this. All is coming from the ONE. And truly in my view all is Source. All is neutral when you heal and forgive it as part of yourself. At some point of understanding we can begin to see it all come back to what is hanging out our insides, and learn that if we adjust what is in our minds and programs we can begin to have higher vibrating experiences right where we are now. What comes to you as a negative can be seen as a shadow of you. We will learn techniques to go to the core scene in your history and or the mass minds history of where this negative was conceived. I like to say to students the only thing negative or bad is the thought that there is something negative or bad. When we change our minds everything changes. What we think, believe, the mass believes, truly is what is experienced. So I advise to watch your thoughts, clear up your beliefs, and choose your acceptable realities. It is easy to begin to filter everything, fear everything, and bubble ourselves off to many vibrations, but if you can begin to see it all coming from the ONE and keep a clear and neutral mind through it all happening around you, peace can be maintained with no boundaries or filters. And of course when something comes up that you are unable to stay neutral on and clear minded about you have the opportunity to respond to it in you meditation and find out the greater understanding to its existence, the choice is yours to react or act in meditation. 13

14 LONG FORM Gridding UP Starting at your heart center at the sternum imagine a Green Star lighting up. Let a white cord of energy (Central Cord/Channel) grow from your Green Star toward your thymus gland an inch above Green Star and light a Turquoise Star. Now grow the string of white light with your breath and imagination toward the throat, where it will connect and ignite a Blue Star at your throat. Let the white cord of energy grow up through your head and ignite and connect with an Indigo Star at the pituitary, right in between your ears. Now have the white cord connect to the center of the thalamus a few centimeters above the pituitary and light up the Silvery Purple Star. Let the white cord of energy grow up to the top of your head and light up a Violet Star, making a connection with the pineal gland. Let the white central cord of light grow up to 3 inches above the head and unite and light up a Silver Star, where you will have a connection with your guides. Let the white cord of light grow up an additional 3 inches, up to the 6 inch marker above your head, and unite and light up a Gold Star. This is your Soul Star, where you will direct your attention to dialogue with your Soul Collective. Now ask Soul to take your Central Cord/Channel to a true Source, God or where the Soul is guided to have it end at the height it needs to be at. You may imagine it going to an image of a sun or an Orb. Some may feel that it stays at the Soul Star level. Trust that your Soul will take it where it needs to be. Now with your breath and intention take your awareness back to your Green Star at the heart level to prepare descending this cord or light into your lower centers. Then at the heart, breathe and grow the white cord of light down approximately 4 inches and ignite and unite with a Yellow Star. Grow the white cord of energy down approximately 2-inches below the belly button to ignite and unite with an Orange Star. Then grow the central cord down to the perineum to ignite and unite with the Red Star. 14

15 Now ask that your Soul take your cord of light down to a Grounding Point that is best for you today. You may feel it extend to the surface of the Earth or within the Earth at a distance of a few feet to possibly the center of the Earth. With your intention, unite and light up a Magenta Star at the grounding point. Now take your awareness back up from the Magenta Star, to the surface to the Red Star, up through the Orange Star, up through the Yellow Star, and finally back to the heart Green Star. You may remain here to regain center, you may choose to go to any level of the channel to bring more focus and attention to, or go to the Soul Star to begin Soul Dialogue. Note: We are all at different expansion rates and distances. The more SOUL Work you have done on yourself from this life and other lifetimes, the more expanded you are. Also depending on how much Soul Work correlates with how many stars (remember they have connection to DNA strands, chakras, and subtle bodies) are operating at their potential. Also, if you feel pressure somewhere in the body as you are igniting points, you may have restrictions and blockages. These are areas that may need to be dialogued with and cleared so that full ignition and opening can take place. Be patient with the process of channel building and points igniting and cleared. Gridding UP daily will assist with your process. More On Central Channel Once you have performed the Long Gridding Up for the first time you will want to have Soul widen your cord to a channel from 1-4 inches in diameter and some even go beyond to a size that encompasses the body. This require you trust what you hear or feel Soul recommends to widen it to. In practice we take one breath at a time to expand the channel to its appropriate width. When finished with meditation your Central Channel remains activated within you. Sometimes the wisdom of the Soul will either direct you to bring the Channel down from Source Point and/or bring the Channel up from a certain depth in the ground, or if you forget to do so it will do it automatically so that you feel comfortable with amount of energy coming through your Channel while out in varying vibrations and environments. When Soul brings the Central Channel to different levels into the Earth participants report different feelings of energy within them. For example when a participants Central Channel goes to the Earth Core some have reported that they feel very grounded and sometimes heavy. I can say that when the Channel goes deep in the Earth participants seem to do self healing on themselves that requires them to pull up essence from within the Earth at different points from different 15

16 lifetimes, and they also seem to do healing work on issues regarding their lower selves, lower energy centers, or traumas. When the Channel goes to the surface of the Earth at some depth or even Hovers over the Earth reports of feeling light, ascended, able to float, and deeper meditation. On some cases the Channel goes in large loop all the way through the entire Earth out the other side and back to Source. These cases seem to also involve the participant having an experience of multidimensional travel to other universes, planets, beyond. On some rare Oneness meditations some have had the experience of have the Channel turn from vertical to horizontal at the Heart Star and then turning on itself, reports during such and experience have been a deep state of oneness with all things, and being all things, and nothing at the same time. As you become aware of you Central Channel and others you also begin to feel how the earth too has many potential Central Channels within her. As you sit in meditation you may practice seeing where your Central Channel ends, the Earth Central Channel begins. With this awareness you may try breathing through your Channel and then continuing breathing through the Earth s Central Channel. For instance you may take an inhale from Source Point down your Central Channel and then exhale down the Earth s Central Channel, and follow with an inhale from Source Point again. This may also be practiced with another being (person or animal), for instance inhale down your Channel and up another beings creating a circle of breath. Of course it is a good practice to ask permission to do such a breathing pattern. Some choose to inhale down their own Channel and then exhale down anther person creating an infinity symbol-breathing pattern between the two. There are many breathing patterns that may be explored between partners. I have found that when breathing up someone channel the other feels uplifted and when breathing down someone s Channel to your Channel they report feeling what the other is going through. All in all aligning your exercise with intention is key, or instance if you begin by saying we will exchange breath that is from Source and equals 100% love, then that is what will be experienced in the exercise. If you intend to breathe through their Channel and bring them back to center or to feel grounded then that is what should be experienced. In group meditation it is also recommended to building a Central Channel in the center of the room and have the Soul Star of the group Central Channel (which when a group is together there is a group being or consciousness that is created between the group) watch over the group and also exit any debris released from the group up and out to the Source for transmutation and reassignment. With this said it is also a nice practice to build Central Channels in buildings and places that may be carrying a lot of debris and toxic energies, with a intention that the Channel is watches over by your Soul, a guide, a deity, or Source and that any debris be magnetized to it daily to be taking to the appropriate place for highest good use or transmutation. 16

17 Protection and Light Vehicle At sometime you may feel the need for a bubble or two of protection around your Orb Space. Having your Soul assist you on what type is recommended. If you can fill your Orb Space with high vibrating light daily and keep your vibration up throughout the day, that in itself is a protection, for when you are at a high vibration lower energies can not affect you. If they do, you are able to reroute those energies pretty fast with assistance from Soul, or meditate to find out a core kink that needs to be adjusted with them or a factor within yourself. At certain points in my life when I was dealing with a large mass mind memory of negative aliens attaching and attacking me when I would assist others from removing this from their consciousness, I would put up a 9 layered shield of triple platinum, silver, gold, obsidian, tourmaline, metal, and White Christ Light. The system I worked out with my soul was that whenever I would snap my fingers 9 times with this intention of setting or resetting this field of protection, it would. Once I dealt with this mass memory with my soul group, I would not have to have to activate this shield, and on some level it became built into my matrix. As we deal with what is animating in our lives and causing fear and anxiety to rear its head again, we may need extra help from shields, angels and guides to keep our vibration up while we adjust this memory out of our cellular makeup and of those around us. On another line of thought, these negative beings that show up are also seen as our Shadow sides that need to be revisited and integrated with new light and understanding. I also just recently had a new group of students come through that needed to clear a negative alien tribe mass memory from Atlantian time 14,000 BC. For a few weeks this old issue for me resurfaced and reanimated its fear within me. I thought, hey wait, I have already dealt with this in my memory; however, with the new students it opened up another portal and factor of this experience. I was actually picking up more of the mass mind fears and those in the new class. Once I realized that this was their fear and then worked one on one with some of these students, we were able to yet again tackle the dark forces and bring these new skills to the new students so that they adjust their memory and DNA mutations. They also then had the skills to see what can be buried deep within us all and will need to be cleared to bring back harmony on the planet and with each human being. Another great point is that once a critical mass of beings have dealt with this example scene from 14,000 BC and the factor of fear around it, and the agreement to have these negative aliens working through them voided, then it 17

18 will wipe this from the mass mind memory and experience. You also begin to clear and raise the vibration of those immediately around you, which makes for a much more fun community to live in without the fear producing behaviors and memories to creep up in your daily lives. White Light of Protection (can be performed with any choice of color) White Christ/I am Light Protection (or any other high frequency or color you would like to radiate out to all) Once Central Channel (CC) is built ask for Soul to send down white ray of Christ/I am light. Inhale a white ray of light down into CC from Soul to your grounding magenta star. While holding your breath, allow for the white ray to infuse and assimilate into CC. Exhale, allowing for the white ray to expand through out your physical body and to farthest layer of your subtle bodies/orb Space, so that you are a large white bubble of I Am presence. Again hold your breath, projecting that I Am presence to all beings on the earth, in the earth, and beyond. MER=light KA=Spirit BA=Body Merkaba is also known as your light vehicle. This energy form is surrounding you and can be utilized to assist with safe interdimensional travel. In a book called The Flower of Life by Drunvalo Melchizedek, Melchizedek talks about how the first eight cells that are formed upon creation of the fetus stay with someone until they pass on, and they sit at the base of your spine at the perineum. The eight cells are in the form of this merkaba, and the direction it is sitting within you also determines your sex. This merkaba when activated creates a large merkaba field around you and is divine in its design, assisting to keep your subtle bodies in harmony and allowing for your energetic bodies to travel interdimensional safely. You may also find it assisting your sessions for other highest good reasons. Many different sacred geometry symbols may start to come through on your meditation with or without intention. There is a focus on the Flower of Life symbol which can be shown to have the Metatron s cube within it, and within the Metatron s cube can be seen the 6 18

19 Flower of Life Volumes 1 and 2 By Drunvalo Melchizedek Platonic Solids. The Flower of Life symbol is seen on many sacred temples throughout the world (Phoenician, Assyrian, Indian, Asian, Middle Eastern, and medieval art) and from all different lines of time. Again in The Flower of Life book, Melchizedek shows pictures of his first discovery of this symbol from a friend s photos from Egypt. The Temple of Osiris at Abydos, Egypt, contains the oldest-to-date example. It is carved in granite and may possibly represent the Eye of Ra, a symbol of the authority of the pharaoh. The Flower of Life is a geometrical figure composed of multiple evenly-spaced, overlapping circles, that are arranged so that they form a flower-like pattern with a six-fold symmetry like a hexagon. 19

20 We also look closely at Metatron s Cube and ask for Metatron to assist us in our sessions to have this be seen in our mind s eye and bring the appropriate frequencies of the 5-6 Platonic Solids to the corresponding centers with each participant. The Metatron is a reference to the highest archangel of the Kabbalah. Metatron is also sometimes equated with Thoth or Hermes. The Platonic solids are geometric shapes that have corresponding elemental frequencies. The hexahedron=earth, icosahedron=water, tetrahedron=fire, octahedron=air, dodecahedron=ether, and the sphere=void. We can also intend in our meditation to see each shape at the corresponding center and ask that the appropriate frequency and amount of each element be added to your being. Ask for assistance from Metatron, or your Soul will also assist to bring down into your mind s eye each of the following geometric shapes and have them placed over the corresponding center. Ask that each element be adjusted within to bring your being into harmony and to adjust the corresponding center so that again harmony is felt within. See the: Hexahedron (Cube shaped)=earth at your Red Star center Icosahedron (22 Triangle sides)=water at your Orange Star center Tetrahedron (Pyramid shaped) =fire at your Yellow Star center Octahedron (Diamond shaped) =air at your Green Star center Dodecahedron ( 12 Pentagon sides)=ether at your Blue Star center Sphere=void at your Indigo Star center Simply Meditating Your body is an expression of your Soul and how it is energetically manifested into a form. What you experience in your body is a reflection of what is connected and what is disconnected from its divine source, and the state and level of your consciousness. You begin to understand what vibrates high energy 20

21 and allows for great peace within, such as thoughts and expressions of LOVE, and you see that when you are in fear, blame, lack, dread, despair, and have thoughts of hate your energy connections fail within you, you contract your Soul from its core here in this dimension, your vibration lowers, parts of you begins to shut down and not allow light to come within. You start to focus more on love; this does not mean that you give away your power and have no discernment of what is your responsibility to say no to, nor does it mean that you become a doormat. You just begin to choose to say no with love and an open heart to certain people and requests. You begin to have great understanding of all sides, experiences, motivations, and divinely inspired lessons. You begin to find peace within neutrality and go to Soul and to Source for review, council, discernment and guidance on all matters of action and wise stillness. As you remember who you are, as you see truth of situations where you once contracted and gain greater understandings of why they occurred, you begin to allow the Soul essence to come back into this dimension with ease and grace, and also have the realization that deep down you are LOVE. You begin to fill with more and more light and have better connections within and around you. You begin to vibrate at very high levels and great things begin to manifest and attract to you. You begin to have the realization that you are pure energy and the more energy you can generate at the base of you, the more light you can hold and radiate, hence you become enlightened. So your goals of meditating are to ultimately realize your vessel, possibly empty out anything that is not allowing energetic resonance of high vibrating love light to stay within and get into every crevice of your being, and then be able to fill with as much high vibrating light as possible. In this meditation technique we will build and acknowledge our Central Channel, which will be seen as a channel (like a tube) of white light that runs along your spine from the ground to your Soul Star. The Soul Star will be seen as a Gold Star approximately 6 inches above you head along the Central Channel, and will be the point at which your awareness will go when needing to dialogue with your Soul or when directing Soul to assist you (varying in distance and location for each person depending on their connection to Soul). Just as you have to turn the radio to a certain station to hear your favorite program, so do you have to take your awareness to a point to hear and sense more clearly the higher dimensions responses. 1. So get in a comfortable position. Seated is preferred, sit up straight with spine erect. Breathe full deep breaths, for the more oxygen that comes in will assist with more energy coming in and your being more relaxed in the body. 21

22 2. Fill the lungs down to the lowest lobe by inhaling through the nose and pushing out the belly slowly, and exhale through the nose (sometimes the mouth, as it feels right to or needed) again slowly pull the belly in. 3. Focus on hearing you inhale and exhale as you begin to connect and expand your Central Channel. 4. Now imagine your Soul Star point (Gold Star above your head approximately 6 inches above your head, but not limited to, if you see if anywhere else above, and even rare cases within you) and on an inhale take your inner gaze and awareness there and exhale as you locate the Gold Star. Ask your Soul to light up a channel of white light, or your Central Channel from this point to the Grounding Point that you need to be at today. As you follow where it goes to breathe with its position and placement. 5. Now notice if the channel goes to the surface, in the earth at a certain depth, or even to the core of the Earth. Once you feel it land, takes a few breaths there and ask that your Soul light up a Grounding Star Magenta in color (dark red). Now on an inhale take your awareness back up the channel to the Soul Star point (Gold Star) and once arrived exhale into point. 6. Now ask your Soul to take your Central Channel to your true Source/God/All that is, that may be a god point, teacher point, beginning point, central sun point, galactic center or whatever word feels best to go to a place of unlimited supply of loving energy and divine wisdom. As your Central Channel ascends use your breath to guide it. 7. Once you feel your channel lifted and your energy expanded take your awareness to the Soul Star, to heart center at the Green Star, or by all means if it feels best to stay higher than trust your Soul to guide you to that point; ultimately you want to be at a comfortable level. 8. Now ask that Source send down the appropriate frequency and energy for you down your Central Channel to light up each Star Point within your being and to bring your chakras and bodies into harmony and alignment. As this happens feel and notice the color(s), feelings and energy coming down your central channel. 9. Some may even see each star point light up and energy being balanced at each point adjusting any imbalances at any chakra front or back, organs, body parts and/or subtle bodies. Some may receive deep insights, greater understandings (in words, feelings, knowing), symbols, sacred geometry, images, and scenes. Others may go to a place of no thought, no breath, nothing, and pure stillness. 22

23 10. You may also want to ask that your Source send down love light down your channel and fill your entire Orb Space (that is your physical body and every subtle body around you creating what some call the Aura). You may want to set a soft chime alarm if you need to be back at a certain point in time. When you are ready to come back bring your awareness back down to the Green Star point at the heart center, bring your hands into a prayer position or fingertips touching, ask Soul to adjust your Central Channel to comfortable level so that you can continue your day, give internal thanks to Source, Soul, and any guide/teachers/assistants. Ultimately a deep state of meditation can be reached with practice and longer duration periods (20-60 minutes). 11. Remember that 5 minutes can set the tone for your day to be Source and Soul guided and directed, greater radiance of high vibration love light, and more ease in interactions, and a peaceful state of mind. Extras for those who have trouble sitting still with no thought: Positive Phrase: Choose a sound, word or phrase that has a high vibration and feels good when said or heard within. Repeat this within while sitting in stillness or when thoughts are keeping you from finding that still point. Keep repeating it until you feel the need fade away, and if you are no longer thinking when stopped beautiful! If not, then go back to repeating and watch thoughts float away in bubbles or clouds. Breath: Focus on, listen to, and feel the body move as you softly yet deeply inhale and exhale. Also just watch and feel theinhale and exhale. Notice your pause in between inhales and exhales. Just notice, do not judge or force the breath. Hand Mudras: Hand positions can assist with energy movement and concentration within the body. They can be used to focus in on a particular release of body part or emotion, or to attain a deeper state of consciousness. When the hands are open they flow energy out them during meditation, and then the certain fingers are closed or hands are clasped then energy that would normal flow out of them is rerouted to next available energy channel opening to release. So whether you choose to place in a mudra or not, be conscious of your hands and the energy moving through them during meditation. o OM mudra: This hand position is attained with thumb and index finger of each hand touching, with the hands palm up. o Closed Circuit at the hands: one palm on top of another in the lap palm up. o Teacher Mudra: Left hand index finger up and the thumb touching middle finger with curled remaining fingers, pointing up towards Source with bent 90 degree elbow (creates a taking Source light in 23

24 current through this left index finger), and the right hand index finger pointing down and the thumb touching middle finger with curled remaining fingers, pointing down toward the Earth (creating an flow of energy down out right finger toward ground). Energy Mechanics Tips during Meditation When meditating and using techniques in meditation, it is best to sit with an erect spine with feet on the ground. This sitting position can be in a chair or sitting in a sitting pose on the floor with the shoulders back and down and chin down and in toward the chest. If you have to lay down, see your channel/cord as a string so that it bends at 90 degree angles when needing to go up above your head to the upper stars or down into the Earth. Breathing assists energy to move; be aware of your breathing during meditation and throughout any walking meditations. Allow yourself to go into a meditative neutral state during which you ask questions for highest guidance during meditation. A neutral mind means do not jump to answer the question with what your mind would like to say or hear. Sit and wait, feel the answer come to you. It will feel like a natural wave of information or insight. Usually, if it is your mind answering you will immediately feel a twist in your belly or another soft answer wave behind the mind answer. Your body is a channel for light to flow through; that channel allows energy/light to come down from your Soul and your Source. As your Central Channel clears and points begin to activate/re-activate, you may go through a healing crisis, healing events/experiences, lucid dreams, and clearing dreams. You may feel pressure in your head or any area of the body that has not been cleared as you build the central channel. Check for old cords in your head or part of your essence that is still remaining in other dimensions that need to be pulled back. Many people operate off of each other s energy supplies. For example, you maybe unaware that you have an unlimited amount of energy available to you at conception, and you may be born to parents who are unaware. In this environment, usually from a young age you are taught and shown that we receive energy from each other not from within, from our SOUL, or from a GOD/ SOURCE. If we could live in a world where everyone is aware of energy and our direct connection to an unlimited supply, then when others were in our presence we would not feel a drain. This would be because everyone is connected to SOURCE 24

25 and would be conscious of their unlimited supply of energy. And while at the same time connect to eachother just as nature does. When someone is not aware of how to generate unlimited energy and how to keep their mind clear of limiting programs, then when you are around them you immediately feel where they are disconnected from that energy supply and you feel where their programs are limited and where they are holding tension within their circuitry. In these times where you feel others energy sometimes you may feel it is your own inner process, when actually it is the other beings around you or who may be still connected to you consciously or unconsciously. It is in this moment of+ discernment that you can intend to disconnect others energy cords and bindings and reclaim or essence. This is fun experiment to try. When you know you are clear and calm, and you may enter a room with someone has tangled energy in some way. You may begin to feel there energy weave and may even begin to have uncomfortable sensations in your body. At this moment internally ask that person Soul to please take back their energy cords and essence and ask for any cords and essence to come back to you that are yours. If this does not solve the feelings within you then ask your Soul if you have a responsibility to assist that person in their release or if these feelings coming up are truly something that needs to be adjusted and looked at within yourself. If two people are connected to their Soul and or SOURCE and also to a grounding point they come together and their energies and channels make a loop from top to bottom. There becomes no need to pull energies from the mid centers; instead the channels create a full loop, which is neither draining nor filling, it is instead COMPLETE. I intend to live in a soul driven, authentic, abundant, and magical land called Earth and beyond. Through education and freeing those who are not aware, I intend to be surrounded by a looped society. An example of that is how nature interacts. Does a cat take energy from a tree? No, they feed each other from their connection to Earth and SOURCE. Let s be like nature again! Cord and Essence Exchange Sometimes people put cords of energy into you without their even realizing they are doing this. This may have occurred if you feel slightly drained after leaving someone or many people in a large place like a mall. Or sometimes you may begin to feel unexplained emotions of others, which again may be felt because another has cord in you. You can simply ask to see who has a cord in you or make a blanket statement of All cords that are not my own that are connected to my physical body, subtle bodies, within my Orb Space, this lifetime or any lifetime, on all dimensions are now being sent back to their owners. Thank you, it is done. 25

26 With that said, you too may have unconsciously put cords in others as a way to receive energies, so you can intend that All energies and cords that are mine please come back to me now. Thank you, it is done. Speaking to Another Soul If you can, in your meditation or in person you may ask to speak to someone s Soul to inform him or her of how you feel when you are around him or her. You may choose to educate them of what you are learning about these simple energy mechanics. Sometimes that person s soul does not want to speak with you; you may ask to speak with one of their guides to ask if their guide can help guide them in a new energy mechanics direction. 100 Soul Essence Pull Back If you are feeling out of it after meditation or throughout the day to call back all your essence that is allowable here at this time. You can see this as a 100 strands of light coming back into the top of your head, 10 strands at a time, filling out your entire being in an organized and balanced fashion. Guidance and Intuition Identify how you receive guidance when in prayer or meditation. Do you see, feel, know, hear, or all or none of the above? It is important to identify what is easiest for you to receive guidance and focus on that way when beginning to ask questions within meditation. The other ways will usually follow as you clear your subtle bodies and chakra issues. Clairaudience (clear hearing) intuitive; you may hear a thought, or thought will come in. Clairvoyance (clear vision) visionary; you may pick up a thought and see an image or see the thought also may see a symbol very easily, colors easily within the mind s eye. It may be very easy for you to read auras, and usually very creative. Claircognizance (clear knowing) prophetic; you may pick up a thought and just know it, precognitions, have hunches, dreams that show what will happen in the future, and knowing. Clairsentience (clear feeling) feeler; you may pick up a thought and feel it in your body and being. You may also may have a heightened 26

27 sense of touch, be very kinesthetic. This person many be able to get feelings from a persons belonging by holding it when meditating. Finger Kinesiology- Hold your non dominant thumb and index finger tip to tip, making an O, then with your dominant hand place your pincher thumb and index fingers within the non-dominant hand thumb and index fingers tips. Ask you question addressing who you are speaking to and after asking try to spread your dominant fingers, opening your non-dominant fingers. Of course do not use excessive strength just a comfortable amount to try to open them, about 5-30 grams of force. Pendulum use can be employed if you are unable to hear, feel, know Soul/Source answers; sometimes as you use the pendulum it will assist you with hearing more clearly: o Hold the pendulum at the tip of the index finger, with your arm hanging slightly down toward the floor so that energy can run through the corresponding meridian out your finger to the pendulum. o Again feel the vibration or resonate energy stream and allow it to run from your antennae at the top of head, down the meridian channel out your finger to the pendulum. o Before asking question address who you are asking. o Determine what swing is yes, no and maybe for you. Assess and Intend for a Soul Driven Answer: Stop, go slow, ask for Soul, feel connection grid within you, listen for Soul answered response. As you continue to practice you ll be begin to know its voice and feel. Make Sure you are Gridded UP Before Dialoguing to Get Clear Answers from Soul/Source Address who you want answers from: Soul, Source, Archangel Michael, Aunt Martha (even though you feel redundant keep using the name of who you are addressing.) 27

28 Ask questions clearly, like Soul is it for the highest good that I? Sit back in your being and feel your antennae high and connected through Soul Star to Source, and you will feel the resonate energy, a vibration in your body, a feeling of ease, a feeling like you are surfing. Bring that feeling into your heart space and allow the answer to come in soft easeful words on that wave feeling/resonate feeling. Allow snapshot visuals to come in with ease and grace, or your Soul may identify a contraction of a muscle in you body. Realize and recognize when it is your Mind speaking and when it is Soul connected guidance. Identify how you get inner information: some will see, some will feel, some will know, some will hear and some will smell. It s helpful to start with yes or no questions to help narrow answers and then usually a flood of information comes on a wave; however you must ask and sit and listen, patience is crucial for hearing Sourced guidance. Intend for the highest good answer, an answer that is for your best/highest interest of all involved. Give thanks. Assignment: Grid UP, and build with Source no-boundary protection. In class we will do long form Gridding Up; however, if you want to use one of the simpler forms at home and build up to long form, you can. Ask SOUL what is best for you. If during the long form you do not want to go the distance we are going, then listen to your guidance. Trust that your Soul will take you where you need to be. Build Central Cord/Channel (expand cord to channel) Practice hearing Soul and then Source. Meditate with no questions, just sit and receive highest healing love energy, allowing for balance and alignment to occur of all centers (NO Questions, just listen). 28

29 Free Play (using different techniques) with specific questions to Soul Star and then to your Source Give thanks to Soul Star and Source/God. Coming back to this dimension with a 100 Strands of Essence Pull Back. Homework before reading next chapter: Practice gridding up, dialoguing with Soul and Source in meditation and throughout the day. Sit in pure meditation for 5-20 minutes daily. 29

30 Chapter 2 Gridding Up Daily In order to Hold and Stick your connections, it is important to make it part of your daily practice. Hold and Stick means that you stay connected and at a high vibration while in the presence of lower vibrations. It is said that in order for something to become built in as a habit you must do it 40 times. It is important that you make this part of your morning practice to build the necessary patterns within you. By starting the day with a high vibration and remembrance receive divine guidance for daily decisions; you can keep your vibration up throughout the day. You may also do the Gridding UP throughout the day as you may feel your connections come off center. Or, simply ask that Soul reconnect your channel to Soul Star and to the Grounding Point. Also, Grid UP when you want to dialogue with higher realms throughout the day. As you light up the stars and connect your systems, you begin to clear out experiences and leftover traumas that your being held as kinked up energy in your cellular makeup and in your matrix. By clearing the channels, experiences, traumas, and kinks, you are allowing your energy systems to come back into balance and to strengthen your potent abilities. When systems are back in balance, it is harder for them to be affected in a way that may be compromising to your being, health, or wellness. SCB (STAR/CHAKRA/BODY) Clearing and Resetting A clearing and resetting of each Star/Chakra/Body (SCB) happens through the use of breath and Source light. To begin, inhale Source light to ignite and brighten the Star that has your attention. Exhale out the front of the corresponding chakra. Inhale and fill the entire corresponding subtle body with light. Split your awareness at the top of the subtle body and the bottom of subtle body, 30

31 meeting behind you at the back of the chakra. Exhale into the back of the chakra to the Star. Inhale into the Star, and exhale any debris that may have been picked up from any part of the SCB out the Central Channel either up or down. You need to assess whether it needs to go down to the Earth to be reabsorbed or up to the Sun/SOURCE to be handled. Do this exercise 1 to 3 times, or as guided. Below is the flow path and description of each Star/Chakra/Body: SCB1 Bring in light from Source to the S1-red star out front of C1-Root: red, grounding energy B1: Electric matrix -Etheric Bodyinto back of C1-Root: red, grounding energy S1-red starup or down CC to clear any debris to Source or into the Earth to transmuted. Clearing Through Intention Your mind when connected to unlimited energy source (which can be done through intending to be connected to unlimited highest healing energy source) can intend to do an energy clearing on yourself, others, and even places. I give you some techniques practiced however at some times very creative clearing intentions are said aloud or within to myself and that intention immediately is carried out and felt by myself and others. A mantra I tell students is see it within your minds eye, feel it happening with you and around you, and know that it has happened. Reset: You may just ask Soul to reset When you feel that your chakra is holding or blocked, when you feel a form of debris within you at any level, or when you feel off center simply ask your Soul to reset what feels off balance and bring it back harmony to. Drain: When you feel tired, psychic debris, or any energetic static in the room or in you immediate space ask your Soul to bring in 100% healing light into the space and drain out any debris to another area that it can be used for the highest of all involved. Possible kinks: Red Star-Root areas of needed adjustment are support, survival, feeling safe, boundaries; Orange Star-Sacral areas of common adjustment are sexual abuse, sexual identity, sexual polarities, expressing emotions, animal instincts; Yellow-Solar Plexus common scenarios are power struggles, processing emotions, processing mental/thoughts, acting on ideas, manipulating, controlling; Green Star- Heart issues are being able to accept love, being able to breathe in life fully, over loving and not allowing discernment out of fear of being rejected, approval ; Turquoise Star-Thymus glad common topics are being able to cooperate, come to middle, find neutrality within and within others, being balanced masculine and feminine; Blue Star- Throat common topics of clearing and bringing into balance is your ability to express truth, express thoughts, listen, speak clearly and be heard. Indigo Star-Pituitary common topics is hearing inner voice, seeing the unseen, processing primitive reflexes and thoughts; Silvery Purple Star-Thalamus common kinks are intuitive skills, meditation travel skills, astral travel, bi locating, remote viewing, not using these skills with permission from others, manipulation of these skills, past life death or punishment from using these skills; Violet Star-Pineal common kinks are dis belief in higher self, higher realms, anger at god, not wanting to know or see truth for fear of disturbing personality. 32

33 Acupuncture The meridians are rivers of energy running from an organ, out a finger toe/point on the body. They can become under or over stimulated, clogged or congested. Focusing attention to the meridians is a great way to assist with the release of that body area. As we develop through our life we first come down into the body with birth and develop the lower centers first, with also being able to ground out being into the lower centers so we can be ourselves here, the energy centers can also be seen to point downward in there development. Then as we grown and the higher centers begin to develop the energy beings to point up in development. If the lower centers are developed and able to function in healthy manner then it makes developing the higher center much easier and the person is able to work with a few centers at once with high moral code of the Soul in place. However when the lower centers are not balanced and have had a good development through life experiences, when developing the higher centers in conjunction with the lower out of balance centers, moral codes can be overlooked and the off lower center can have an effect on the ethics of the higher centers. This is why doing your inner work to being greater understanding and neutrality to your state of being is so important in starting to develop your higher centers. As you bring down super conscious energies through your central channel it will assist you in clearing these off balance centers and coming to new understandings, until the centers have been rewired and developed and able to maintain soul essence throughout your entire being. Once you are have tackled your dark areas within, and have brought your Soul essence through your entire being to assist, you eventually get to a deep place of peace, where you are able to be amongst all types of energies and scenes without being affected. Acupuncture Systems One meridian can affect the other, for you are a whole being. Also realize that each organ has a masculine meridian channel and a feminine meridian channel. Feminine channels correspond to the left side of the body, and the masculine channels correspond to the right side of the body. Different emotions can affect specific organs in the body. The emotional component may be too much or too little of that emotion related to trauma you may have experienced earlier in your life. The emotional components listed below are not comprehensive, but are here to give illustrations to emotion/body relationships. Please use as a reference such as Heal Your Body by Louise Hay to gain a fuller understanding. To invoke a healing mudra, you can hold one hand over the organ and the other hand will assist to release the end point of the meridian, so that new vital energy can come into that area and create new experiences in your life. You can also put your attention on the organ and hold both hands in healing mudras to release both masculine (right side channels of each meridian) and feminine (left side channels of each meridian). 33

34 Either way you choose to hold the meridian end points is fine. Just remember to intend that Soul or your Source sends the highest healing love light down your Central Channel to clear out the intended organ and meridian channels, allowing the organs to function properly and assimilating and balancing the connected emotions. Pericardium (Heart constrictor)- from the covering of heart out middle fingers: protection from being hurt in love, and fear of love. Heart- From the heart out the small fingers: relates to loving and being loved; fear of loving or not being loved. Lung- From the lung(s) out the thumbs (2 lungs so 4 pathways): unprocessed grief, afraid to breath life in fully Kidney- From the kidneys (low back) out the bottoms of feet (4 pathways to clear, 2 for each kidney): fear, lack Spleen- From the spleen (left side of body behind stomach) out the medial aspect of big toes: disappointment and worry, sympathetic, healer organ needs to be cleaned frequently Liver- From the liver (right side of body below right lung) out the inside web of big toe: unresolved anger and depression. Vessel of conception- From the center point below bottom lip out the perineum: proper entry into this world, sexual/rooting trauma Governing Vessel- From the middle point above top lip out the tailbone: disconnection between vessel of conception, not walking your talk or walking your purpose. Small Intestines- From the small intestines out the small fingers: storing of small traumas that were needed to be released Large intestines- From the large intestines out the index fingers: letting go what no longer serves, excess storing of what no longer serves you Tri-Heater- From the outside of ear out the ring fingers: excess fight or flight or inactive fight or flight from overload at one point in your life. Bladder- From the bladder out the small toes: pissed off 34

35 Stomach-From the stomach out the 2 nd toe: stomaching emotions, stomaching what did not serve you instead of releasing it completely from system. Gallbladder- From the gallbladder out the 4 th toes: excess or little wise judgment Energy Kinks The next procedure requires you to reflect on how and why an Energy Kink exists, and clearing any part in your being that is blocked from allowing energy and your Soul essence to be within your immediate Orb Space. Remember an Energy Kink is a blockage of energy within your being and consciousness. The Toltecs call this type of technique Stalking; some bodywork techniques call it Soul Retrieval, and SomatoEmotional release. Sometimes you may not need to know the exact moment of conception of something that makes a program run that keeps part of your Soul essence out of your current being, or a program that simply makes you animate unhelpful pattern within yourself or the field around you. If you can at least acknowledge the feeling, the cause of what you are feeling, or a word is a trigger for blocked energy. Then illuminate the channel with Soul light, Soul will begin to radiate superconscious energies down within your field, and begin to breakdown the pattern of energy that is causing blockage of essence or program that is not helpful. Then once the break down occurs asking Soul or Source to replace this pattern of energy or old not useful program with a new program that allows for your essence to stay full and present with in your Orb Space or field. At some times you may intuit a new statement, scene or program that is the opposite of what you have just asked Soul to dissolve. For instance if your father told you that you could never do anything right at a young age (moment of conception of limiting program), then later in life when you may have performed a mistake at work, that old father program that says you can never do anything right begins to animate and may cause deep anxiety and spiraling down of self-worth. With this kind of program running through your consciousness you may also attract situations and managers that cause these program to keep running and keep your reality of achievement at a low level. However if you can allow for Soul energy to breakdown this program and have Soul download a new program within you that says you can do anything or that you do everything right, then your reality begins to change and build a field of energy around you that has a new weave of higher vibrating energy for increased attraction and manifestation of new program experiences. Simple Healing of an Energy Kink-When something in your day makes your energy contract: Sit in meditation. 35

36 Throughout this entire process it is important to deep breathe for each procedure and step; taking long inhales through the nose and audible exhales through nose or sometimes mouth if needed to make strong releasing exhale. Locate Soul Star above your head approximately 6 inches. Ask Soul to illuminate your Central Channel to a Source above or it may stay at Soul Star level, and then ask Soul to illuminate channel to grounding point below. Describe the kinked energy feeling. Locate where you feel, see, or know it with in your physical body and/or subtle bodies. What caused it to happen, for instance what was said or the scene of the day? Who was involved? Ask Soul to show you when this type of experience first happened to you ever in your existence, whether it be this life or another? If you are not able to intuit or see where the conception point was then just stay with the current scene/experience that happened and any other descriptors. Ask Soul to bring healing light to located part of your body and current scene (or if first conception scene was located)? Then either ask Soul to download a new highest good program for you to replace the old one (for example failuresuccess), or you may be guided to visualize a new scene or program to view while Soul brings superconscious healing energy down to your being to dissolve the old program and activate what you are intending to replace it with. Sit for enough time to allow for this Soul healing energy to run through your entire being, and until you feel the originally described feeling or visual has shifted. You may be guided to say a statement that reflects this new program, for example Everything I do is successful ; or you may guided to speak within to someone who was involved, words you never got to express or release. If so forgiveness is also important to end with to yourself and to the other(s). Drain your immediate Orb Space of any debris, and fill with white light to balance and harmonize your energy. Ask that all of your Soul essence come back to you now from all lines of time and all dimensions. Ask for any energy (essence, cords, ties, binding, tethers, etc) that does not need to be connected to you now be release back to sender or a place where it can be used for highest good. See this happening within your minds eye, and some may even use their hands to direct these energies away. Ask for your Soul to adjust your Central Channel to a comfortable level, and for all your star points, chakras, and bodies harmonize and reset to balance. Ask if this is complete. 36

37 Give thanks to all involved including your self. Below is a system of questions to help you locate the core of when you began to create a kink in your being. This is considered a self-healing procedure with, of course, the assistance of your Soul and SOURCE. The possible scenarios are given for assistance, but be creative! Use your dialoging skills with Soul and SOURCE to get to the root of the problem. You may not need to ask all the questions below, I only give them all to you for possible scenarios. The answers and visions just may come on their own since your Soul knows your intention already. Following questioning, first address SOUL. And if you ever feel you need to follow up with addressing SOURCE please do, or any other guidance assistant. Ask SOUL to show/tell/feel/know where there is a highest priority Energy Kink (EK) in your Orb Space (this includes you physical body) connected to this lifetime. You will say to Soul, SOUL tell me where there is a highest priority EK in my Orb Space? You may have something that is already alerting your attention to review. Such could be a factor of: feeling abandoned, an emotion, a person that is assisting to create tension in your being, anything that is causing you to shut down energetically, a current symptom of dis-ease, or any other factor that comes to you. So you will say to Soul, Soul show me where there is an Energy Kink related to in my Orb Space? Locating Energy Kinks in your Orb Space: Ask SOUL where it is: Physical body Chakra(s) (Is it in 1, 2,3 ) Is it occupying or affecting subtle body(s) (1,2,3..?) Examining the Energy Kink: Ask SOUL to give you as much information about the Energy Kink (EK): What does the EK look like? How does it make you feel? How long has it been there? Is it from this lifetime? Go through a count, or you may hear a number of years, possibly an age. Scene or memory: 37

38 What is the highest priority scene I need to see? Where did I contract in that scene causing this located EK (i.e. betrayals, abandonment, hurt, traumatic event, confused child, not understood, anytime your SOUL fragmented from this physical experience)? Core: Ask SOUL, SOUL, is this a core memory or lifetime? By understanding if the event is the core, you can determine if you will be close to completing this contracture of energy in your life. When you have gone to the core scene you are freeing a major supply of your energy and essence that has been shut down. Others: Is there anyone attached to it by a cord? Command to retrieve any of your essence energy back and command they take their cord back for the highest of all involved. Also ask if you have any cords in them from you and have any of their essence in you. If so, give their essence back and decord from them. When assessing how much essence they may have I go in percentages, asking is it more than 50% and using the answers to narrow down the answer. Greater Understanding: Ask SOURCE, What do I need to know about it before I un-kink this EK? What is the greater understanding statement that will allow this to fully clear and not reanimate itself ever again? Also, ask if the other person s SOUL can be called upon to share this greater understanding. What to do with the energy Integration or Removal: Ask SOUL what to with the EK being moved so you can expand with more of your Source light and understanding. Sometimes Source will have this guidance. Soul may want you to integrate the Energy Kink into your being/system. SOUL may want you to remove the Energy Kink. Ask how and location. Perhaps SCB? Before performing SCB find out where will the debris go, to the SUN or to the EARTH? Get specific directions. Reprogramming the event: Intend to release all energetic connections to this lifetime and all other lifetimes that are connected to (i.e. poverty, abandonment), and causing you to. Ask that all programs within you be voided that are causing you to (i.e attracting unavailable partners). Ask that they be replaced with a new program from Source/God to be downloaded to Soul that 38

39 will allow for (i.e. abundance, accumulation of money, a loving stable divine partnership). Intend that this new program is successfully downloaded. Re-script with a new ideal scene. How would you like to recreate what happened in the scene that caused the EK.? It may be helpful to see a new scene so that you have a new memory in your cellular structure and so that you can create a new pathway for like events to attract to your life. Replacing: SOURCE may want you to replace the Energy Kink you are removing with some needed energy from its unlimited supply. Again get specific descriptions. Colored columns are useful for energy replacement. Your Source has an unlimited supply of energy. That means light and colored intentional light beams, columns, rays, strings, power packets, and superconscious packets. o Red: may burn away, or ground o Orange: Unite o Yellow: create o Green: heal o Blue: cool o Indigo: Clarity o Violet: Ease, oneness, integrate Of course, replacement is not limited to just these colors or interpretation, or the types. Reconnecting circuits: Sometimes some of your circuits need reconnection, meaning they are not operating fully and need more energy to run through them to their connecting points. Usually at the Etheric Subtle body, meridians, energy channels or SCB s may need adjustment. Rebuilding: Sometimes our body system, an area, star point, chakra or subtle body has been blocked for so long that it needs to be rebuilt. Ask to get instructions. Automatic Clearing: Sometimes when just beginning you may have hard time knowing how to clear the EK, you can simply ask that Soul or Source clear it for you, however ask that the mechanics be felt or shown so that you are empowered for next EK clearing. Is this complete? 39

40 Sometimes you will be taken to another lifetime after a current lifetime EK is cleared to go to the current life s related scene or CORE lifetime (past or future) of the EK. We will review how to dialogue with this situation in the next chapter. If SOUL says this is not complete and that you do need to go to another lifetime, let SOUL know that you will come back to this at a later time to complete. If you feel confident to proceed however, you may want to go forward with similar line of questioning. SOUL may also work at fully clearing it in your dreamtime or a waking life experience. Clarity: Whenever the information that is coming in from SOUL is not fully understood, keep asking SOUL for more clarity. Yes and no questions that invoke yes and no answers can help you go deeper into the description. You may ask SOUL if there is someone else you need to call upon for assistance with this matter, i.e. GOD, Archangel Michael and so on? How to move Energy Kinks: Spontaneous sounds may arise while you are moving Energy Kinks, if you feel them come on or begin to hear a sound, please let it out. That sound will assist in the movement and assist with the coming back into balance. Use of raw sounds to assist clearing centers: o RO-Grounding Magenta Star o O-Red Star Center o OU-Orange Star Center o AH-Yellow Star Center o A-Green Star Center o LA-Turquoise Star Center o Eh-Blue Star Center o EE-Indigo Star Center o Higher E-Silvery Purple Star Center o OM-Violet Star Center o High UO-Silver Star Center o Silence-Gold Star Center If you feel your body wants to move in several spontaneous movements, which sometimes the body jumps, this too is another way that energy can move out the body circuits. Visualize the energy moving as per the instructions given by SOURCE. It may come spontaneously while the movements occur. Your breathing can also assist in moving the EK: o Breathing deeply in through the nose out through nose o Breathing deeply through nose and audible fast out pursed lips 40

41 Body elimination, Type of releases: o Deep breathe o Emotional Release: tears, cry, yell, scream, laughter, giggles, anger sounds and words o Burp, sneeze, gas, cough o Twitch, jump, energy surge, spark, lightning o Energy lines, bubbles, zigzags, patterns of light off the body o Gross Body movements o Heat, or cold sensations o Tears and raw sound definitely seems to release the most energy from the heart and being as a whole. o Rare cases you may have to vomit or dry heave. o Sometimes a cold may come on. Also any other type of healing crisis may arise, trust that the wisdom of your body is releasing in the way it needs to. Clearing Your ORB SPACE If you feel a buildup of energy in one of your systems, or your ORB SPACE in general, you can consciously move it out of your orb space. This can be done by visualizing a drain into the ground, open at the bottom of your ORB. Intend to bring in from SOURCE or Soul a high frequency colored or clear light into your Orb Space. Allow it to refill your ORB as the old energy leaves through the drain and out of the bottom. Ask if is this complete, and then seal the drain. Protection Protective shields are helpful as you expand and become brighter. As you expand, more beings will want to receive the energy coming from you instead of going within or straight up to receive their unlimited supply. Also, when going into an environment that you are aware might not be aware of energy mechanics, you may want to put up types of protective shields. Pink Ray Love Infusion Shield: o Once Central Channel (CC) is built ask for Soul/SOURCE to send down pink ray of love light o Inhale: Pink ray of love light of down into CC from Soul/Source to your grounding point( can be seen as a Magenta Star). o Hold Breathe: allow for the pink ray of love light to infuse and assimilate into CC o Exhale: allow for the pink ray of love light to expand to farther layer of your subtle bodies/orb Space and through out physical body, so that you are a large pink bubble of love light 41

42 o Hold Breathe: Project that love light to all beings on the earth, in the earth, and beyond. Once you are free of major Energy Kinks and triggers/button pushers you can drop protection and feel Source in all and recognize that if you are thrown off center than it is an opportunity to remember who you are and the other is an expression of Source. That is when I feel the Clear-light Protection. For Clear-light protection your vibration is high enough that nothing sticks to you, it just goes right through your Orb Space, and you are radiating a Clear-light. Another source of protection is for the outer most layer of your ORB SPACE. You may be guided to place an auto-adjusting Protective shield of Tourmaline, Obsidian, or other guided frequency to be built for permanent protection that auto-adjusts as your ORB SPACE expands. Bubble up - you may allow a gold inside-mirrored outside bubble to form around you to deflect energy tentacles. You may want to have SOURCE show you a protection geometric symbol and then breathe it down to where it is needed at a certain star point and/or further breathe it into your Orb Space at a certain subtle body or dimension. Energy Mechanics 202 Everything is energy and potentially an energy system to interact with and exchange energy with permission and direction of energy intent. As the world keeps changing, and more electronics, toxic substances, inventions, and evolution destroy nature, it makes it difficult to not want to hide in a protective bubble, only coming out to an expanded respected, energy honored, pristine divine design area on the planet, like in the woods next to a spring with all the animals gently wandering about. So with that being said, as you en-light-en up, you become very sensitive to what feels right and allows your energy to exchange in a loop and what feeds off and causes your energy to stay blocked/clogged/sucked/stuck/drained/corded to a non-sourced being. Assignment: o Energy Kink Scan and self-treatments o Ask to have a healing symbol sent down to assist with alignment of your centers after this self-healing session (meanings, use, draw them out). o Sit with greater understanding, and allow your deep meditation to begin as you sit in stillness expanding more. o Give thanks, and ask that all your Soul Essence that can be here now come back to you in 100 Strands of Essence. 42

43 HOMEWORK before reading next chapter: Journal an EK discovery and how you got it to shift. What was the greater understanding? Chapter 3: Other Lifetime Energy Kinks (EK) Knowing which lives to recall, may be a question of what lifetime is of highest priority to be aware of. You may ask SOUL to show you a highest priority Energy Kink in your being that needs assistance integrating and in the process discover a lifetime that has unfinished business or needed understanding. Sometimes the Energy Kink starts due to a present life time situation and once its assessed and cleared, you ask, is this complete? Your Soul may let then know about yet another lifetime or to a core lifetime that needs to be then cleared. Sometimes you may be shown an in utero scene, a death, or a transition to another dimensional awareness. You may just see a scene or be told which lifetime it was in a linear number or you may just get a time period to also examine it linearly. Core Lifetimes How many Core Lifetimes do you need to fully integrate for your Master Human abilities to be restored? When assessing an Energy Kink, once released, ask if you can see the core lifetime connected to it to be assessed and integrated. In order for you to regain you abilities, re-activate DNA strands, be multidimensional, you must go to core lifetimes. In order for an Energy Kink to not reanimate, you must see core trauma and release it fully. Remember though, as you expand you may have a similar Energy Kink come up again. Or you may have gone to the core lifetime that you and your father had and then after you have expanded he may come up again, if so go to the new core and clear the Energy Kink between the two of you. Am I Making This All Up? Some wonder if they are making these lifetimes up as they are moving Energy Kinks, and my response is, yes it could be possible. However treating thousands and doing my own work with the other lifetime recalls, has brought ease to my being and a greater understanding of the other lifetime connections to the 43

44 difficulties in this lifetime. So if all the clients and myself did make the memories up all in all our bodies feel more integrated, illnesses have fixed themselves and life has had greater meaning. To my knowledge and understanding this work is true and is unfolding daily the great mysteries of this soul experience in a human body. This truth may be known and shown when you transition to the next dimension, or you can trust your guidance now and explore. The instructions that SOUL or SOURCE is giving us here may or may not be exact in the exact happenings of a Soul. However, these instructions may be what your human brain can understand and except. I do again feel that all time is happening at once, and that we are ONE, so with that being said, what you hear in the details of these Energy Kinks and past lives may be only one piece to the puzzle of understanding of what is going on in the other dimensions. Maybe it is all happening in the sense, that yes-you did have that other life experience, that yes-the details you hear may be another aspect of yourself or another being having that experience, that yes-the details you are pulling up is someone else completely, that yes- you are making it up, or yes-it is what your mind needs to unwind All of these could be happening, none of these could be happening, or maybe you have not yet discovered the exact happenings. Again you can practice the techniques and see and feel the results. Your experience with the technique can be your answer. One more theory is this could all be a dream and as you think it, so it is. Your thoughts are going out to your farthest matrix layers bringing the experience closer to this reality and low and behold, the thought manifest and happens As you get an gain more awareness of yourself the mind calms and stops thinking so much, and then when a kink presents itself you can address it find out as many details around it, breathe through it and then come back to ease. Practicing Seeing Energy Kinks from Other Lifetimes Scan your Orb Space to see if there are any Energy Kinks that have any other lifetimes connected to them that would like to be made aware of, or that may need to be fully integrated into your knowing and form. To do this see yourself Gridded UP and Soul-ar System intact, ask Soul to show you a high priority Energy Kink or a scene of another lifetime that needs to be examined and integrated. Remember majority of the detail questions are addressed to Soul. Where is the ENERGY KINK exactly in your being? What parts of you is it occupying? Physical body, the area of physical body, stars, Chakras, and/or subtle body(s)? You may need to go through each and if you get a yes to subtle bodies for example, then you ll need to list the subtle bodies by number. Or you may just get a knowing of all areas that it occupies. Does it have a form? If so, what does it look like? 44

45 What feelings come up? When? Possible questions may be: What lifetime is it? What number lifetime is it for you? What year is it in? Is it before Christ (BC)? After Christ (AD)? Use marks until you can hone in on approximate or exact year. Show me the year or number? For those familiar with the Great Year which is approximately 26,000 years, you may visualize the Great Year and have your minds eye see a light on the Great Year Timeline. Is there anyone else connected to this Energy Kink? If so, do they have any cords in me and do they have any of my essence that I need to retrieve? Show me a significant scene where I contracted this ENERGY KINK? Maybe it was a betrayal, your death, something traumatic happened or some sort of fear What do I need to know about this? Possible Source Questions: What is the greater understanding that I can gain from this scene, so that I can fully un-kink energy kink? Do I need to see how this is affecting or connected to someone from this lifetime? SCB? Pulling cords out, reclaiming your essence from a place or a person? Giving back essence? Releasing a contract or a binding to someone? Or any other instructions? How can I fully release and unwind this Energy Kink in my Orb Space? Do I need to re-build any system or add energy to a subtle body? Do I need to do any repair anywhere? Intend that all energetic connections to this lifetime and all other lifetimes that are connected to (i.e. poverty, abandonment), and causing you to. Ask that all programs within you are voided that are causing you to (i.e attracting unavailable partners) and be replaced with a new program from Source/God be downloaded to Soul that will all for (i.e. abundance, accumulation of money, a loving stable divine partnership). Is this complete? Is there a core lifetime I need to see related to this ENERGY KINK? If so proceed with the same questioning from above? 45

46 Merging of Selves/Lives To put into motion the activation all abilities, see yourself gridding up and allow for an inner visual of merging of all selves intention. See the many beings that you ve been holding on to your left hand and who will be in the future lives holding onto your right hand. I can see a long line of beings flash like movie slides to left and them to my right. This can be done relatively fast, however, if you want to know in full detail about each lifetime/dimension then you will need to go through each, one at a time. Truly anything goes in these quantum times even as I write this the abilities shift and alter to a faster pace. You may also ask to see all of your dimensional selves (ie Earth Self, Nature Self, Personality Self, Astral Self, Archetypal Self, Angelic Self, Causal Self, Harmonic Self, Radiant Self, Christ Self, Monadic Self, and Oneness Self) above and below you and then ask to have them all merger to one. Merging all your abilities can be fun for the use of your infinite gifts and a better understanding of them. Give this time and space for the integrations to take place. You may do this several times for shifts to stick and hold and fully integrate into your present knowing and being. Merger of Soul Star SOURCE has told me that you can walk with our Soul Star being overlaid on the form you carry with you now. You can in this now moment bring down your Soul Star/SOURCE and overlay it over your being and then integrate it into this present state by doing another exercise called Merger of Soul Star. To do so, Grid UP, then with intention and breath bring down your Soul Star and overlay it over your green star, then using your breath expand it so that it is as large as your Orb Space Being. Then again with breath and intention merge it into your heart space. This allows the essence of Soul Star/SOURCE to be inside your heart at all times and allows for your heart song to sing SOURCE lyrics and guidance words. Dimensions I see the dimensions as levels of your mind, as dimensional spaces that hold 1 of 12 of your Soul Collective Selves (for example 1 st dimension holds your connection to your Earth Core Self or Rock Self, and 4 th dimension holds your connection to your Astral Self). So in this work we are integrating the 12 dimensional Soul Selves into One Soul Self. Your One Soul Self has many incarnations, which are held, within your 46

47 current Soul Matrix. Your Current Soul Matrix may have 11 other shared Soul Matrixes, which all together are held within your Over Soul. At one level of our consciousness we know our Soul and its multidimensional abilities. Most of us came here to this dimension to re-member those parts of us and bring them back together. So first part of your work in this book is to unwind the dense memories of those lower dimensional lives where we shut down this understanding of oneness. Where we got caught in the duality of our own nature. As we progress in our lower self mergers, we will then be asked at times to merge higher parts of our 12 dimensional selves to here now. So for example you may be asked by your Soul to envision yourself as an angel and them merge that vision within you here now. These types of exercise give you the deeper understanding of how you are living as a multidimensional being, and have access to other dimensions via your meditations and energetic (subtle) bodies. So here you are in the 3 rd dimension, living most of the time as a 3-D personality, moving in mainly 3-D movements, up, down, left right, back and fourth. Then we go to the understanding for instance in our dream time in the Astral plane where we can also fly, which adds a whole other type of movement. As does these understandings of each dimension. So again one level of understanding the dimensions are layers of your understanding/your consciousness/mind. And at yet another level of understanding they are places where another you resides/other dimensional selves, and they are part of you to be merged with. So I give you this brief dimension outline to be explored. There are many interpretations of which dimension is what, I must say since we are here in this plane, and our frequencies are rising so that 4 th and 5 th dimensions are being easier to access and live in. I also remind you that I give them to hierarchically but that does not mean to limit them to such. Accessing Multidimensional Selves If there is no time and all time exists at once then we are multidimensional beings living simultaneous lives. As you become aware of other dimensions of yourself, you begin to feel as your awareness of self grows and your literal being grows and extends farther. There is also the understanding of veils lifting, which can be felt when you are able to see many scenes with your 2 eyes and within your inner eye. You begin to realize that as vibration rises and subtleties are felt and experienced, you are able to see light beings and forms of light that are infinitely explained depending on interpreter. As you fully activate at the higher realms you become aware of your multidimension selves. You may realize that we are a angel at one dimension, a fairy at the a dimension, a goddess at a dimension, a light being at another, a being not 49

50 fully ever identified before, living a parallel life on a dimension/or place on the Earth, and maybe something I am not even able to put on paper or words to at this moment. Ultimately it is important that you integrate these parts into you here, so that you are fully here as an awakened soul being. Ascending to Other Dimensions While in This Time-Space Working with SOUL and SOURCE is an Ascension-Descension-Inscension (ADI) process. There will be periods of deaths and rebirths that you will go through while doing this work. Allow for the circuits to connect and run properly. Old ways, conditioning, misunderstood kinks, inactive DNA strands becoming active and shifting perceptions are some of the dieing off and realigning process that may happen so that you are fully awakened. As the ascension holds and sticks, you will be able to access other dimensions while right here at any time. You will be bringing down the veils, the other dimensions, and heaven to this dense earth place to be seen and felt with grace and ease. Be patient with yourself and trust in the process. You will only be shown what you are ready for and when the time is right. Your Soul knows you and what you are ready for. Truly ascending means that your vibration is rising to God Conscious states while being right here. It does not mean that are going anywhere per say. However as your vibration begins to rise to a level that is consistently higher you will be placed in environments or environments will change to match the vibration you are consistently vibrating at. Some may move to higher vibrating land, higher in consciousness communities, Soul mission employment, connect with new set of friends, or maybe change their living space on the inside. Some ask will I float away and leave this earth, and I say maybe in meditation and in dreamtime but as far as your waking state you will still be here but possibly surrounded by new people or environments. Soul Group Your Soul Group is a group of beings that you will meet throughout your life that you know who they are by feel and inner knowing. It is also a fun exercise to ask SOURCE who is in your Soul Group, who are your associates, and your acquaintances. Remember your Soul Group will assist you through this ADI process. Accessing them during processing times will assist you with clarity and needed support. They will keep your Vibration Up in transition times. Another point realize is that since so many human beings are alive at this moment, and you are realizing your many possible parallel selves you may meet a few Soul Groups. 50

You are inviting superconscious light and energy to come into your entire being her now so that you are fully awake, present, and enlightened. As the light begins to awaken you, it will shine on the area within your being that need to be cleaned and cleared with the superconscious energies. Stay present in these moments of clearing and do not react to the old scenes and programs as they leave, but rather act in new chosen ways so that the new programs and old abilities can hold this high vibrating light. Your mission may be to stay present and guided by Soul and your Source in each present moment. Ridding your Central Cord When you Grid Up daily and activate your Central Cord (Yoga calls it the Hara Line), you are surrendering to something much greater than your minds capability to understand and/or navigate. So you can let go, go slow, and feel which way to go next. You can give your mind a break and when you need guidance you can ask. Even if you are not able to hear clearly the answers, all is in essence god so eventually a sign will appear, or a human angel will say exactly what you need to hear. We can let go and ride our Central Cord, it is very fun to watch what strolls in with grace. You will live a life of synchronicity at its finest. Star/Chakra/Subtle Body Assessment As the you expand after un-kinking an Energy Kink, ask SOUL or SOURCE (ask who can assist) if there are any: Special Etheric Body grid points that need resetting (meridians, body systems, light body grid) or any other subtle body that need resetting Chakra Clockwise spin resetting. In addition, continue your own work that you do with SOUL at home. Validation of the Mass Mind and Your Shadows At one point in this work, I said, God this is absolutely ridiculous, I thought there is only love, why all this protection, etc.? And what I received is that yes, there is only love and there is only ONE. However, here we have free will, and when we turn away from Source into the darkness we separate and have created all sorts of demons, misunderstandings, and fear. Yes, in our mass consciousness these ideas of negative beings, implants, war, and attack do exist. But ultimately they are there to look at them a little closer and begin to realize their core moment of conception, where we turned away from God and clenched instead of expanded. You are now given an opportunity to look at those kinks and free them with greater understanding and then ultimately walk around self-realized and with absolutely no protection. As you do validate and heal whatever is being experienced, whether that is a negative being or an implant, then you heal that with a greater understanding. You assist at healing the mass mind and consciousness until a critical mass is met, and then that will no longer be an experience for you to animate. All that is or has been done to you, you have done. All that is in your mind you have created as shadows. So, as you go to the core moment that the kink began, you receive a Source/God wisdom statement or greater understanding, and finally that part of your consciousness is healed, unwinds, and Source light can refill that area of you so that you no longer pull that into your matrix field of reality. 54

55 Negative Beings Attached? Ask SOUL if you have any negative ETs, lower form beings/entities that do not serve your higher purpose within their Orb Space? If so, then ask for Archangel Michael or any other highest Angel for assistance to remove them and take them to a higher place for healing or the dimension they belong in. Remember to also assess why they are even with you by doing an Energy Kink review and clearing. Sometimes you need to persuade them to go by giving them a SOURCE Upgrade/Golden Orb to assist with their own upgrade and realization of SOURCE. Sometimes it might be helpful to show them a mirror so that they can see that their presence is as they think it is and that there is assistance to take them to a healing place. Sometimes there is a binding/old contract/old agreement from another lifetime that they still feel bound to you. This needs to be broken, released and/or forgiven. Call upon assistance as needed. Ultimately remember that this is all illusion at some level, first acknowledge the program, where it was conceived, and then with grace and ease see it as illusion that you are no longer accepting as your current reality. Ask Soul to heal this program that there are negative beings attached to you, sometimes sending back the program and the cord attached to you to Source for a new assignment. SCB SCBs (Star/Chakra/Subtle Body) are good at removing debris, blockages, or obstacles. Removing Addictions, Beliefs, and Habits You may have SOUL assist with finding where there are addictions, negative habits or old beliefs that don t serve you anymore. Begin asking to see where you began creating this and then gain a greater understanding of why it was created, intend for removal and a invoke a new belief/program and/or energy put in its place. For example: SOUL, show me the core scene where I began this pattern of self destruction through habits such as smoking. Then you may be shown a time when you scene when you were 1 years old and saw that your mother smoked when ever she needed to solve a problem, and began a program to also smoke whenever you needed to solve a problem. So you will say Soul please replace the smoking with doing deep breathing program whenever I have to solve a problem. 55

56 NFHG Technologies Ask SOUL if you have any Not For Highest Good (NFHG) implants, not for the highest good technologies, or not for the highest good seals in place anywhere in your ORB SPACE, from any line of time and any dimension? If so, how many? While holding an energetic connection, allow for the Violet Ray Surgical Team to come in and/or ask for an Ascended Master to come in and take the NFHG technologies to be removed and destroyed. You may have to visualize where they are in your Orb Space and while the procedure is being performed see them leaving. You may also want to assist by breathing a number of breaths coordinating with the NFHG Technologies into a bowl in front of the Ascended Master. You may then ask SOURCE for any additional protection needed or unlimited energy to be brought down for assistance with realignment or any needed adjustments after technologies are removed. Sometimes these were put in place eons ago, at vulnerable times, in dreamtime, in other dimensions. They may have assisted in the mutation and/or shut down of DNA strands. Again, find out why they are with you and go to the core scene to see when you may have contracted or allowed them be put in you. You may need to break the contract. God Vacuum is great to have assist by visualizing a vacuum coming from above and taking all the NFHG technologies out of your Orb Space to be destroyed. Coming off Connection/Center You may also do the Gridding UP throughout the day as you feel your connections come off center. What threw us off our connection points? Unconscious and conscious energy suckers: people and beings may not be trying to feed off your energy consciously. However, since they may not be aware or remember that they too have the ability to connect to Soul or your Source to receive their unlimited supply of energy, they naturally link into you and begin feeding. There are also those who are unaware of such a practice as these described but yes feels deep connection within oneself and to their heart 56

57 also can tap into this unlimited flow of energy. And when being around such beings you may feel and uplifting state within yourself because of a natural linking that happens between energetic systems. You can begin to feel and discern when you are next to a close energy circuit and when you are connected to an open energy circuit. Difference feeling like you have connected to another who is closed and you begin to twist within form the pulling of energy towards their closed parts. And when next to an open circuit where your energy continues to feel open neither pulled or pushed in any restricting direction. To simply interact with any living system we exchange energy as in each other s presence. Just as you speak and listen to each other, this is going on. We can learn how to direct energies in another direction, if it is an energy that we would not like to keep corded into our fields. Past Life patterns, old wiring, and un-finished business will cause you to go off center. You can identify when you are off and then assess why by asking detailed questions and instructions from Soul or your Source/God. All the kinks point back to YOU for YOU to learn about your divinity. So treat them consciously and not reactively (remember you can do conscious processing around them and take back your power and respond in new ways). Waking from Dreamtime Record your dreams, for your soul is trying to educate and upgrade you in your dreamtime. They may also tell you about someone whom you need to clear from your space, etc. Upon waking from dreamtime, if you feel pain in your body or off in anyway, ask SOUL if its part of your essence still left out in another dimension that needs to be brought back? You can do a 100 Stand Essence Pull Back. If that does not clear it, then you may need to find out if a cord connects someone to you. A core lifetime needs to be cleared if they have any of your essence, and you of theirs. Many dreams are unwinding moments in current times that you may not have been able to find clarity on or you may be in internal conflict about. The dream state allows your mind to sometimes tell someone your position on a topic that may have been uncomfortable for you to do in waking life, or you may get to do something differently that you wish you could of in waking life. These dreams are great to recall and learn form your higher self experiences. Another type of dream that may begin to happen are ones that are showing you the future scenes of your life. So when you keep a dream journal you are 57

58 able to see key components of your dream that will cause a trigger when you are in waking life. These significant moments that happen in your dream and then again in your waking life may be a signal for you to shift your patterns in the waking life scenes, or showing you a significant moment of self empowerment being offered. Sometimes your dreams are showing you a high vibrating scene that will be happening or on some level you are already experiencing because of its high vibrating nature. Your Astral Self has the ability to be conscious in the dream dimension and create the future for you. Lucid dreaming is where you begin to know you are dreaming and direct the dream to help bring that reality here in this dimension and into this conscious mind hologram. In Waking Life when You Feel Off from Contact with Someone or Something When feeling off connection, you may feel some of the following: 1. A pain or ache 2. You were just touched by someone and felt a zap 3. An electrical object such as a computer gave you a zap when opening an from someone or a site 4. Someone gives you an object and feel something not for your highest come into you 5. On the phone with some one and after hanging up you feel low or zapped. Ask SOUL if this is connected to someone or something? Did that someone or something implant something NFHG into your Orb Space? Did they put a cord into you (which is taking essence)? Did they cut/tore/damaged any layer of your Orb Space/Subtle bodies? Is there a core lifetime that they share with you and it needs to be observed, with or without their SOUL also being called in to observe and learn the deeper understanding. Do a CORD CLEAR-Cord Give back/take back. Intend that all cords that belong to someone else go back to owner and that all you cords come back to you. ESSENCE RETRIEVAL is the retrieval of essence/give back of essence. Intend that you retrieve your essence and give back another s essence. Check to see if the process is complete. Sometimes it is helpful to give a percentage number to how much essence needs to be retrieved. For Subtle Body Tears, use your left index finger to take in SOURCE energy and your right index finger to repair cuts, tears or damage. Perform any needed SCB s. Then get additional directions on how to repair, call upon 58

59 assistance from Violet Ray Surgical Team, Ascended Master(s), Angels, Guides and SOURCE/GOD. If the issue is a Core lifetime that they share with you and it needs to be observed, locate the lifetime and find the significant scene, and find greater understanding. You may ask if their SOUL would like to be present for the un-kinking. Do with/or without their SOUL being called in. To do with their Soul, it would help them observe and learn the deeper understanding. Ascension Spiral Upwards We are not separate beings, we are truly one, and if you run across a fallen angel or someone who pushes your buttons, or brings up a core old story/lifetime/belief system, then this is an opportunity to assist in your release of that heat, but also in their upward shift and release as well. Again we are not separating ourselves, but we are merging the dark and light, the + and to neutral. As you unkink, you free all; you are helping heal humanity and your deep god merged core. It is like the 100 th monkey effect, it may feel overwhelming doing such large and sometimes seemly complex work, but realize that you may be assisting 100,000 others by clearing this certain factor in your DNA. You are unfolding many lifetimes and connections where you did not necessarily expand but contracted, as did humanity. When you clear that kink and expand into full light, you assist another, which then assists another. When consciousness has cleared 100 times, it completely shifts that part of humanity so not everyone has to do the tedious work. As you release heat in your structure and come back to that zero-point, you are able to be with many and not be affected by lower vibrations. This allows you to be of assistance with your large orb shifting them with your sheer presence. We affect each other like a feedback loop. For if you can unkink and feel better then all who you encounter will feel better. So when you free that core and find the deeper understanding, all beings that you come in contact with have an opportunity to find the deeper understanding. All feels what you feel and think of. If you think or feel a negative, then that takes you back in the groove of your mind, to the core time that it happened to you. As you descend down the spiral you will go. All around you feel that and react negatively to the heat that you emit. However if you gain an Ascension Positive Phrase (example: God is Love ) then instead of being in a situation in the day that a negative trigger 59

60 comes through a person s thoughts or old memory, you then repeat that phrase keeping up and visualize yourself spiraling up so that s all you feel. When you have the time, you can go into meditation or a healing session and find out the core memory of maybe this NOW time or another past or future time (all line of time and dimension) to obtain the greater understanding that you need to integrate. Ask about why you clinched instead of expanded and give yourself permission now to release that which you contracted around. Ask God to send greater understanding; YOU can come back to the zeropoint-merging to the clear light. If someone comes at you, find the kink and send it clear light. Allow it to move through you and have no resistance. They are only seeing themselves and they are in fear of losing the duality. This is inevitable as we merge and rise to the 4 th and then the 5 th dimensions of the astral world. If we react again and clinch, then it is only because the duality being triggered resonates with a part inside of us. SEND EVERYTHING CLEAR LOVE LIGHT. Eye Rays Energy travels from the crown down to the eye meridians, out the eye as a beam. You can be more potent with the right eye sending energy out. However, with intention you can direct energy out both to the needed point of release. Be aware that when looking into someone s left eye, they can give you energy. When you are looking at their right eye, they cannot give you energy. So when you pass someone, you may not want to look at anyone s eyes, especially the left eye, unless you are prepared to exchange energy with them. Spontaneous Sounding Attunements Sound is an ancient potent healing modality. Elementals During your meditation you may need to exit an energy kink out to one of the elementals: Mineral kingdom can assimilate and reabsorb at all levels Ether can take energy packets easily Earth and wood can assist with grounding, stabilization of energies, absorbing Water can cleanse and wash away Sun and Fire can burn away what is no longer needed or resonate Crystals can enhance, repel, deflect and magnify properties of such; remember energy is never lost just changes form Keeping vibration UP The points below will help in maintaining your vibration UP daily: Meditate daily and grid UP to your Soul and your SOURCE daily. Eat high vibration foods (organic, whole, conscious, chew well, do not talk while eating, eat with good company). Stop mind chatter by repeating ascension positive phrase. No gossiping. Get Soul Work done on yourself, and deal with your issues and patterns that restrict you from being at ease with being here now. As you heal all heal, as you realize and understand all understand, as your vibration raises all vibrations raise. Place positive word, geometric symbol, or channeled SOURCE Symbol on your drinking cups, and containers that carries the food and/or body products. Know your water SOURCE, change if possible to best alkaline water SOURCE available, also there is miracle water that is siphoned/spun, to also change the water integrity. How you are vibrating will tell you how fast or slow you come out of being off your center of ease. Group Meditation When performing a group meditation, sit in a circle, having one person guide the meditation as facilitator. Intend for a Central Channel and a group Soul Star within the CC to be placed in the center of the circle that will magnetize any debris from the group to it, allowing the debris to be taken to Sun or Earth to be transmuted. Ask that a group of angels or Ascended Masters watch over this CC and the group. Also ask that the chosen guardians take this CC to the appropriate Source and Grounding Point for the groups CC. You may also intend that an assistant sit across from the facilitator to also watch over the group and keep the energy flowing within the group CC and within the room. Stretching and performing Yoga Postures Before and/or After Meditation and Self Healing techniques 62

63 Performing stretches before and after meditation and self-healing can be beneficial and releasing any addition energy that needs to be released or repositioned. This will also assist with your expansion of the physical and subtle bodies. When done prior to meditation, it can assist in getting the spine ready to sit for extended periods of time and in an erect posture. 5 Soul S s (synchronicity, signposts, symbols, sounds, silliness) As you begin your ascending/awakening journey, synchronicities become more frequent due to you truly being at the right place at the right time for you are linked up to the SOURCE that knows all and that can guide you to where you need to be. You also realize that SOURCE is everywhere and is everything, so that at any moment everyone is an actor in your awakening play, everything is a prop in your awaking play. SOURCE will speak to you through these signposts and symbols to get your attention to what it needs you to do or awaken to. You may read a license tag and while reading the tag you start to get a tremendous dose of sourced information. So if you are Gridded UP and asking for guidance and you re out in the world, do not disregard the messages presented at all moments in everything in front of you. You may also begin to hear high-pitched sounds and your ears may pop when you begin Gridding UP, your antenna is rising to new heights and frequencies. With those new frequencies come new sounds and adjustments to the Cranium/Holy Grail. You may also feel new pressures in your Cranium. I highly recommend cranial work to assist in the open and alignment of the skull so that your Central Cord Energy Cord has room and the ability to hold its connection. The silliness comes in when you trust and let the love light begin to tickle you with awe moments of how can this be. You begin to see that this is a large play for you and all beings to enlighten. So life, yes, is still to be taken seriously, but ultimately it is to open you more and allow the LOVE to flow through you with great ease. You are the center of this universe.
