Proposed Ordinance Wo , introduced Wovember 8, 1978 tay Messrs. Bischof, Borghi, Cento, Rodefeld and Young, vras again presented and read, vacating portions of sewer easements iri Lots 1 and 2 of Four Winds Farm Estates, Plat 4, in the City of Des Peres, St. Louis County, Missouri. Mr. Enger said that the ovmer of the lots in question wishes to develop these lots differently from his original plan and has requested vacation of portions of exis-ting easements and given replaceraent easements where necessary. There are no sewers in the easements to tae vacated, nor are any conteraplated. The Engineering Departraent has no otajection to such vacation.

Mr. Piskulich said that the proposed storm sewer project, which extends northwardly frcm the Wataash Railroad right-of-way and is between Elizabeth and Barat Avenues in the City of Ferguson, is to resolve flooding and erosion problems. The City of Ferguson has requested that a priority be given and is contributing a third of the funds-. The State and Maline Creek Subdistrict are contributing the balance. H H ^ Motion made by'mr. Mr. Piskulich said that since Ferguson's /3 share of the funding is ccming frora its Coraraunity Developraent money, a contract with it is necessary. The-road''' - culvert and adjacent structures have collapsed and horaes in this proximity aretaeingtroubled by flooding and erosion.
