2 General Prayer Points for All Students In addition to the specific prayer points listed in this booklet, our exiting students have the following general prayer requests: Thank God for all he has done for us in sending Jesus to die for us! Please pray that our exiting students and their families will continue to grow in the knowledge and love of God and that they will be good examples to those they are serving. Ask that they will be prayerful both in good times and bad and for those that are married, pray that God will preserve their marriages in the midst of the busyness of ministry. Please pray for consistent patterns of Bible reading and prayer, particularly in the midst of the disruption of moving and starting new roles. Pray that exiting students and their families will delight in God s word and eagerly study it. Please join our exiting students in giving thanks to God for their time at College and the opportunity to learn more of God s amazing grace and be transformed more into his likeness. Thank God for the lecturers who have taught and cared for them and for the joys of being part of the College community. Give thanks for the wonderful friendships that have been formed and pray that those friendships will be a lasting support throughout their ministry. Please pray for the logistics involved in moving during December and January. Pray that moves will go smoothly and especially pray for those looking for suitable rental accommodation. Pray that people will settle in well to their new locations and especially that children will settle quickly in their new schools and pre-schools. Pray that friendships will be quickly established in the church and the local community and pray for many opportunities to share the good news of Jesus. We have listed what each student will be doing next year and then some specific things they would like you to pray about. Peter Denham (married to Mandy) p12 OMF International Taiwan Pray for Peter and his family as they prepare to serve in Taiwan next year. Sarah Johnston Children s ministry, Willows Presbyterian Church, Townsville Please pray that I can keep growing as a Christian, and can be focused on serving God rather than my own performance. Bachelor of Theology (3 years) Hannah Blake p34 Women's and Children's Worker at Grace Church and 4 O'Clock Church (St Nicholas Church, Sevenoaks, UK) Please pray that God would grant wisdom as I begin this role, that I'd form relationships well, that in all things I would point to Christ, and that he would grow his kingdom through the work of St Nicholas' Church. Edwin Thambyaiyah (married to Joyce) p38 Pray that we as a family would rightly discern the ministry that the Lord has called me to accomplish and to be empowered by his Holy Spirit. Steven Thurgar (married to Elyssa) p38 Eagle Vale Anglican Church-Evangelist Pray that God will provide many opportunities to share the gospel and that he would bring many to faith. Mary Tsang (married to Joey) p38 Kids ministry at church, part time OT work Pray for prayerfulness as we finish up, MTS for Joey and College for me, and make decisions for next year. Please pray that I'll be able to settle quickly into life and ministry with the team at St James and that I'll serve humbly and love as Jesus loves. Alex Backler p46 Give thanks for my time at College, for the stimulating teaching and strength of our year group cohort. Pray for stability and perseverance throughout the many changes that will happen once College finishes. Please pray for a continuing passion to learn and meditate on God's word and its application to our lives. Tim Baron (married to Kate) p46 Assistant Minister at New Life Presbyterian Church, Canberra Thank God for his provision of an assistant ministry position at New Life Presbyterian Church in Canberra and for the generosity of his people there. Pray that I would grow in godliness and wisdom in leadership. Thomas Barrett (married to Vanessa) p46 Assistant minister at All Saints North Epping Please pray for Vanessa and I (with Nathan and Talitha) for the process of packing up our family home and settling into a new area, new home, new church, and new school. Dave Binggeli (married to Eirian) p46 St Mark s Freshwater Please pray that the Holy Spirit fills me to overflowing, giving me wisdom, insight, joy and thankfulness as I help lead. Pray also for the growing population of younger and working adults moving into the parish of Freshwater, that God might provoke in them curiosity about spiritual matters (specifically, the Christian faith!) and that St Mark s might be a place of spiritual vitality and welcome to many of them. 9 Amy Brown p46 Children s & Youth Minister at St Jude s Anglican, Carlton, Melbourne Pray for a smooth move interstate to Melbourne, that I settle into my new church family quickly, and that I faithfully preach the gospel to children and youth that they may know Christ as Lord and grow in their faith. Pray that through this ministry, the gospel goes out and grows in Melbourne. Vincent Chan (married to Mei) p46 Fairfield & Bossley Park Anglican Please pray that we would look to God for all our needs and give glory to Jesus in all we do. Michael (Man Hin) Chin (married to Mercie) p46 Children s Minister, St Andrew s Enfield/Strathfield Give thanks for the opportunity to take children s ministry seriously. Pray that I would always seek to evangelise children and families in the local area of Enfield/Strathfield. Benjamin Connelly (married to Alissa) p47 Awaiting God s provision Pray for wisdom as we search for jobs, and work out what next year will look like. Tristan Dallas (married to Anthea) p47 Assistant Minister, St George s Anglican Church, Battery Point, Hobart Please pray for growth in my ability to care for kids and their families, and that our family will build good relationships in a new location. 10 Jared Dunn (married to Ruth) p47 Pastor of Queanbeyan Presbyterian Church Please pray that I will preach the gospel faithfully each week, care for and love the congregation, continue to spread the message of Jesus to those living in Queanbeyan and persevere in the gospel. Pray that we may settle well into Queanbeyan and continue to witness to others of the God we serve through the way we live our lives in Christ together as a family, trusting in God's sovereignty. Ben George (married to Liz) p47 St Philip's, Auburn Please pray that we would look to God for all our needs and give glory to Jesus in all we do. Michelle Gerungan p47 Women's Worker at Surrey Hills Presbyterian Church, Melbourne & Staffworker at Christian Union, Deakin Uni, Burwood, Melbourne Please pray that I will be a faithful and humble servant of the gospel in Melbourne, and that through this ministry many may know the hope and salvation that is in Jesus and put their faith in him. Michael Grivas-Allison (married to Rani) p47 Assistant Minster (Probably) in Sydney's South/South West Pray that God would strengthen Rani and me for the new challenges that lie ahead, and that God might use us to encourage and build up his people, both at UTS and in the South/South-West. Fiona Henderson (marrying Mike Hanbury (2016 alumnus) in December) p47 Please pray that we would look to God for all our needs and give glory to Jesus in all we do. Keith Hill (married to Kate) p47 AFES Campus Director at University of Southern Queensland in Toowoomba Praise God for the blessing of serving him at USQ in Toowoomba. Pray that I would be diligent and godly as I serve the saints on campus there, and that together we would work hard to see people come to know Christ and grow to maturity in him on campus. 10

Pray that I will be a faithful servant and pray for wisdom for Wei-Li as he works out how to be involved with the limited time that he has. Edward Hungerford (married to Stephanie) p47 St James Anglican, Turramurra Praise God for an incredible time at College. Pray that we would not waste our lives, but would be used by God to spur the saints on to perseverance in Turramurra and see many more won to Christ. Talar Khatchoyan p47 Yagoona & Condell Park Anglican Church Praise God for the privilege of parish ministry. Please pray that I would be faithful with the responsibility of sharing the gospel with people and joyfully take the opportunities God gives. Brad Konemann (married to Katherine) p47 Gospel Communities Pastor at Anchor Church Sydney Pray that God would help our family adjust to life and ministry in this new season. Pray that as we abide in Christ we would bear much fruit as we seek to make disciples and live as everyday missionaries. Pray that God would grant me patience and humility as I join the team. Pray that the gospel will continue to shape, change and challenge the lives of many students. Pray that we would be able to put into practice all we've learned here in a different context. Martin Robinson (married to Emma) p48 Assistant Minister at St Jude s Anglican Church, Randwick Please thank God for what I have learnt at Moore College and pray that God would use me at St Jude s to reach many people with the gospel of Jesus. Tim Rowe (married to Sarah) p48 Campus Bible Study (UNSW) Please pray that we would adjust well to the new ministry opportunities and requirements as we move house and serve with Campus Bible Study at UNSW next year. Paul Seville (married to Bethany) p49 St Alban s Lindfield Please pray for our new start and ministry at St Alban s Lindfield, that Paul would be faithful in word and prayer, and we would find ways to partner together, especially in children's ministry. Jimmy Shepherd (married to Katie) p49 All Saints Balgowlah Pray for Katie and me as we reflect on what a lifetime of ministry looks like. Pray that our hearts would grow to love the people of All Saints. Pray that we would always know and trust in the power of the gospel for salvation. 12

Edward Stocks (married to Nyssa) p49 continue to grow us in Christlikeness as we seek to serve him wherever he Samuel Terry (married to Marinka) p49 Cross-Cultural Evangelists in Greenacre Please pray for good listening skills as we get to know the majority cultures in the community and work out how to communicate Jesus well to them. Jonathan Ward (married to Carina) p49 Youth Ministry at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Wentworth Falls Thank God for the opportunity of serving him in Wentworth Falls and pray that our family would glorify him in our ministry there. Scott Westwood (married to Pip) p49 Assistant Pastor at Trinity North East in Adelaide Give thanks that God has used the Trinity Network of churches to save many in Adelaide. Pray that the gospel rings out more and more in that city. Glenn Wilmington p49 Hopefully tent/bridge making somewhere Please pray that I would bring glory and honour to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ wherever he sees fit to use me. Greg Wong (married to Aileen) p49 Camberwell South Anglican, Melbourne Praise God for the four fruitful years at Moore and in Sydney. Please pray that we would transition back into Melbourne well, and serve God faithfully at our new church.
