Open Huse/Discver St. Agnes Update: I am ging t separate these tw events this year. Open Huse will be n Wed, March 21st. The building will be pen frm 7:20 am t 6:30 pm s that parents can cme and g as their schedule allws. Feel free t visit the classrm, eat lunch with yur child and/r see wrk displayed thrughut the building. This will be a very infrmal event. Discver St. Agnes fr new and ptential families is tentatively set fr Sun, April 8th. Mre details t cme in March. Summer Jam 2018: The MIXTAPES are headlining ur Summer Jam Music Fest this year!!!! Mark yur calendars fr Saturday, May 19th! This is ur main schl fundraiser and a great night ut fr adults t have sme crazy fun and fellwship. SPECIAL: Lenten Challenge: I have been reading a fcus questin fr students t think abut each mrning fr Lent and then I give them a challenge fr the day. I thught it wuld be helpful t share thse challenges with parents. It started n Ash Wednesday (Feb 14) and ends at the start f the Hly week (March 25th). Day 1: Write a thank yu prayer t Gd. Day 2: Talk with smene abut yur temptatins. Day 3: Spend time this week with smene yu can encurage and/r learn frm. Day 4: Pray the Lrd s Prayer. Day 5: Write dwn and d 3 things tday that will shw Gd hw grateful yu are fr life. Day 6: Set a gal f faith fr yurself tday. Day 7: Schedule time this week t spend time with a persn that yu have nt spent a lt f time with recently. Day 8: Think fr a while abut what heaven will be life.
