Reeves, of lawful age, being first duly sworn, upon oath, depose s (1) He is one of the attorneys for Applicant, Antero Resources Corporation, and makes this affidavit on behalf of Applicant. (2) Based upon information and betief, the name and last-known address of each person or governmental entity, other than Applicant, currently having the right or claiming to have the right to pa rticipate in production from the proposed drilling and spacing units involv ed in this cause are set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. (3) Based upon information and belief, affiant states that Applicant does not knowand with due diligence is unable to ascertain with absolute certainty whether each of the individuals named as a respondent in this cause (including those respondents listed as "deceased " ) is living or dead or his or her whereabouts, except for the last-known addresses set fo rth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto with respect to ce rtain named ind ividual respondents, and that if any such individual is deceased, Applicant does not know and with due diligence is unable to asce rtain with absolute certainty the names, addresses or whereabouts of the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees or assigns, immediate or remote, of such deceased individual. (4) Based upon information and belief, affiant states that Applicant does not know and with due diligence is unable to asce rtain with absolute certainty whether any party named as a respondent in this cause is a partnership, corporation or other associat ion or continues to have legal existence or not, and that if any such party is a pa rtnership, corporation or other association, Applicant does not know and with due diligence is unable to ascertain with absolute ce rtainty wheth er such entity has officers or not, or their names or whereabouts, or if dissolved, the names and wh ereabouts of the successors, trustees or assigns, if any, of such entity. (5) Based upon information and belief, affiant states that Applicant does not know and with due diligence is unable to ascertain with absolute certainty whether each of the pa rties designated as a trustee in Exhibit "A" attached hereto is presently acting in such capacity as trustee, and that if any such pa rty is not presently acting in such capacity as trustee, Applicant does not know and with due diligence is unable to ascertain with absolute certainty the names, addresses or whereabouts of the successor or successors to such trustee. (6) Based upon information and belief, affiant states that Applicant has exercised due diligence in conducting a mean i ngful search to locate the current address or whereabouts of each respondent named in Exhibit "A" which respondent is shown as "address unknown " or is shown with an address labeled as "last known address" or is

2 Cause CD No shown as "deceased" or is shown as "dissolved ", that Applicant was unable to ascertain the current address or whereabouts of each such respondent, that Applicant could not serve by mail or by personal delive ry the application and notice of hearing in this matter on each such respondent and that Applicant could not serve each such respondent with process by any method other than by publication. (7) On the 4 TH day of January, 2007, true and correct copies of the application for special or emerqency order, the notice of hearing on application for special or e mergency ord e r, the application and the notice of hearina in this matter were served on the staff counsel for the Corporation Commission by placing such copies in the container in the office of the Secretary of the Commission provided by such Secretary (and consented to by the staff counsel) for such service. (8) On the 4 TH day of January, 2007, true and correct copies of the aqplication for special or emergency order, the notice of hearing on application for special or emergency order, the appl icatian and the notice of hearing in this matter were placed in the United States mail in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, first class, postage prepaid, duly addressed to the parties at their respective addresses as set fo rth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a pa rt hereof.
