Peggy Ricks & family Luke 2 Challenge The purpose of the Luke 2 challenge is to encourage individuals and families to make the celebration of the Birth of Christ the center of Christmas Day. We will have a Luke 2 challenge sheet for you to sign and place on the alter to commit to worshipping through the reading of God s Word, Luke 2:1-20, and praying before the beginning any Christmas Morning activities. 6 Arlington News and Events Widow's Fellowship We're going to a Christmas Farm in Middlesex on December 9th (Saturday). We will leave the church at 4:45p.m. OR you can meet at Zaxby's in NASHVILLE at 5:00 p.m. You will need money for dinner at Zaxby's and $6.00 for entry fee into the farm. Rudy Theatre Trip December 18th. We will leave the Church at 12:00pm. Sponsored by the Seeker s SS Class. Please see Janice Jackson for details. New Bible Study We will be offering a Bible study from Dr. David Jeremiah, "Is This The End?" beginning on January 9, We will meet on Tuesdays at 2:00 p.m. Gail Acree will be ordering books this week at the cost of $ 8.50 per book. Christmas at Dunn with Unity & Friends- Christmas Concert to Benefit Your Choice PRC We would like to invite you, your family and your church to share with us an evening with Unity & Friends on Friday, December 22 nd at 7:00pm at the Dunn Center. It will be a wonderful night of music, singing and reflection as we anticipate celebrating Christmas with family and friends. We hope you can join us.
