Stack, 943 East Britton Road, Oklahoma City, OK (405) The names and addresses of each party being made a respondent to this application, if living, and if any such individual is deceased, then the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of any such deceased individual are shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. Each of the entities listed on Exhibit "A" that is a partnership, corporation or other association is being made a respondent if such entity continues to have legal existence, and if any such entity is dissolved, then the unknown successors, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of any such dissolved entity made respondents herein. 2. Allegation of Facts : Applicant alleges that the lands in the caption hereof overlie the actual or prospective common sources of supply named in this application. Attached to this application as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof is a plat showing the drilling and spacing units in the captioned area and any drilling and spacing units abutting or overlapping the area herein sought to be spaced. Therefore, to protect correlative rights and prevent waste, the Applicant request the Commission delete and establish the proper drilling and spacing units and well locations as follows : [a] Delete Order No , dated the 3rd day of June, 1955, which established, in part, 40 acre drilling and spacing units for the Second Wilcox Sand common source of supply underlying the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 15 North, Range 2 East, Lincoln County, Oklahoma. [b] Delete Order No , dated the 28th day of April, 1980, which established, in part, 80 acre drilling and spacing units for the Oswego, Red Fork, Hunton, Hogshooter, Skinner and Bartlesville common sources of supply underlying the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 15 North, Range 2 East, Lincoln County, Oklahoma. [c] Establish 160 acre drilling and spacing units for the Layton, Hogshooter, Cleveland, Big Lime, Prue, Bartlesville, Woodford, Viola, Jones, First Wilcox, Second Wilcox, McLish and Arbuckle common sources of supply underlying the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 15 Nortb,,, Range 2 East, Lincoln County, Oklahoma. [e] To possibly providing that the order be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior to the date of execution of the order. 3. Leqal Authority : Title 52, Section 87.1, O.S. ; Title 52, Section 112 O.S. 4. Relief Souaht : Applicant requests that 40 acre and 80 acre units be deleted and 160 acres be established for the named common sources of supply and that the well pattern for the unit be established as no closer than 660 feet to the unit boundary lines. And possibly providing that the order be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior to the date of execution of the order. WHEREFORE, Applicant prays that, after notice and hearing as required by law, the drilling and spacing units as requested by Applicant, with appropriate well locations and exceptions thereto, be ordered.
