The applicants have the right to drill and operate wells in the State of Oklahoma. The applicants have the current right to drill in the subject unit. Notice is attached as Exhibit "A". 2 EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE Cause CD No I, the above-signed Affiant, have testified previously before the Commission and have had my credentials accepted with respect to matters regarding land and mineral ownership. With respect to the parties who are entitled to notice in this matter, I have listed on Exhibit "1 L" the names of those to whom notice of this cause has been mailed. In determining the names and mailing addresses or whereabouts of the parties named and described as respondents in this proceeding, I supervised and controlled an examination of all reasonably available sources at hand, including all of the following : (i) the records in the county where the applicants' proposed well is to be located, including the deed records as to the lands involved herein, the probate records, the assessor's records and the county treasurer's records ; (ii) the internal records of applicants in regard to the owners of oil and gas interests involved herein, including the working interest owners in applicants' offset wells, and the operators of wells in and around the lands involved herein; (iii) the records of the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma concerning the operators of wells in and around the lands involved herein ; and (iv) private sources of information as filed with the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma, being Oil-Law Records Corporation, Pangaea, Inc. and Sooner Well Log Service, concerning the operators of wells in and around the lands involved herein. With respect to those parties who could not be found pursuant to the above listed sources I have attached "Attachment for Exhibit `A"' of this Affidavit listing the names of the parties and the information reviewed in attempting to locate them. The names and current mailing addresses of all of the parties named and described as respondents in this proceeding have been obtained through the exercise of due diligence in conducting a meaningful and diligent search of all reasonably available sources at hand and are set forth in the Exhibit "A" attached to the application filed in this cause and the Exhibit "A" attached to the affidavit of mailing filed in this cause. Except for those parties listed on the "Attachment for Exhibit `A"', notice of the pendency of this cause and of the time, date and place of the hearing in this matter was duly and properly served by mail on each of the parties named and described as a respondent in this proceeding.
