Lee, Senior Pastor Ministry Description Profile The Business Partnership Ministry is an extension of the area of Membership Services. This ministry is designed to introduce and fellowship with those members of Berean who own their own businesses. Passages The Bible verses that support this ministry are: Proverbs 31:24 Acts 9:36 Acts 16:13, 14 Acts 18:1-3 Purpose The purpose of the Business Partnership Ministry is to: Challenge business owners to creatively support the church Conduct workshops and classes for networking, support and education Obtain and maintain a directory of business owners at Berean Teach biblical business principles Program The Business Partnership Ministry will achieve its purpose by hosting quarterly forums that give insight and information about either starting, managing or maximizing a business. Personnel The people needed in order to effectively carry out the program are: Pastor Sets the vision for the ministry Area Leader Provides support and direction to the ministry Coordinator Oversees and manages the ministry Assistant Coordinator Works along with the Coordinator in ministry Core Team Assist with planning monthly activities for the ministry Ministry Members Serve as volunteers in the ministry Progress As a result of this ministry we expect to see: Biblical Principles shared about being an entrepreneur Business owners supporting the church financially Networking taking place between Berean owners Relationships being developed within the ministry 7
