Our annual rally aims to unite Christian denominational leaders all over the city. The primary source of funding is from corporate sponsors and unity covenant partners. This exciting event will be held October 26-28, 2014 in Shreveport/Bossier City. It s an event for the preacher and their families held annually promoting spiritual empowerment, educational workshops, financial literacy, scholastic achievement, gospel music, exhibits and much more. The Basar Preachers Rally has provided scholarships, food, clothes, and much more to under developed families within Shreveport, Louisiana for the past four years. Your funds or in-kind donation will help us continue our mission of bringing Christian ministers together across denominational lines for the betterment of the Kingdom of God. 3 About Us The birth of the Basar Preachers Rally is in essence the story of a tremendous move of God in this twentieth first century. Since 2010, thousands of people have attended the Basar Preachers Rally almost every year within Shreveport/Bossier. The rally has aimed to bring preachers (pastors, ministers, and elders, minister-in-training) together across Northwest Louisiana in the spirit of unity to share the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ. In Hebrew, Basar means preaching or sharing the good news. Each year we've been successful in bringing preachers together all over our city to facilitate a bond of peace in the spirit of unity while sharing the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ. We ve managed to do so by honoring notable men and women of God who've made significant impacts in the kingdom of God for more than a decades within our city. Using this method has brought unity amongst denominations throughout our city. This call for unity has drawn children and adults of all ages together to witness Christian ministers worshiping together under one roof. Ephesians 4:5 declares that there is one Lord, one Faith and one Baptism and 1 Corinthians 12:12 goes even further to declare For as the body is one, and has many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. Basar has presented the kingdom of God locally with the opportunity to be ONE! In that vein Basar has been instrumental in bringing national voices who personify unity, awarded scholarships to ministers of different denominations, honored leaders across varies denominations, and organized a committee of diverse individuals to plan a major city wide event, multiple workshop and worship experiences to help boost the spirit of unity. Event Description We host a major event each year within Shreveport/Bossier City, Louisiana known as, the Kingdom Connections Summit. The three-day event taking place October 26-28, 2014 themed: The Common Thread that Connects Us All. The Summit aims to bring all of Kingdom of God together to be empowered and uplifted. The summit includes worship experiences, educational courses, family activities, evangelistic and mission efforts. Benefits of Events The annual event benefits our attendees, local citizens, and viewers via internet streaming across the world and our sponsors/partners. A portion of the proceeds is used to cover expenses such as insurance, security, portable lavatories, equipment rental, entertainment, honorariums, advertising and printing costs. The remaining proceeds are used to fund inner-state missions including charitable efforts in the Shreveport/Bossier community and our daily operations.

6 UNITY PARTNERS What is unity? Unity is the state of being united or joined as a whole. What is a partner? A partner is a person who takes part in an undertaking with another or others, esp. a business or company with shared risks and profits. The Basar Preachers Rally, Incorporated mission is to, Bring Preachers Together across Northwest Louisiana in the spirit of unity to share the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ. In Hebrew, Basar means preaching or sharing the good news. Our Unity Partners have helped us become successful in bringing preachers together all over Northwest Louisiana to facilitate a bond of peace in the spirit of unity while sharing the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ. This call for unity has drawn believers of all ages together to witness Christian ministers devoted to unity. We consider unity partners covenant barriers! Our unity partners are those who come into covenant (agreement) with the mission of the Basar Preachers Rally, Incorporated and help us to continue presenting initiatives in the kingdom of God to help Christian preachers come together.

7 BENEFITS OF BEING IN COVENANT WITH BASAR 1. Bonding a. In Genesis 4:9 it reads, Then the LORD said to Cain, Where is your brother Abel? I don t know, he replied. Am I my brother s keeper? i. God s question was Cain answer. We should all know the estate and welfare of our brothers and sisters in Christ. Therefore, the Basar Preachers Rally, Inc. will cultivate covenant unity partners opportunities for establishing bonds. b. Bonding is the process of forming a close relationship with someone. 2. Accountability a. In 1 st Thessalonians 5:11 it reads; therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing. Also Proverbs 27:17 reads, Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another. i. God expects us to be there for one another beyond knowing one another. He wants us to be accountable to one another through wisdom. Therefore, the Basar Preachers Rally, Inc. will foster settings of accountability through our preachers shed and other activities for covenant unity partners. b. Accountability means to be required to be responsible for someone or something. 3. Scholarships a. In 2 Timothy 3:17 it reads, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work. i. God expects us to be capable and ready for our assignments. Therefore, the Basar Preachers Rally, Inc. will provide scholarships to covenant unity partners who have interest in being educated through higher learning. b. Scholarship means an amount of money that is given by a school, an organization, etc., to a student to help pay for the student's education. 4. Ascend a. In Hebrew 10:24 it reads, and let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works. i. God wants us all to soar and what we can t do alone we can definitely do together. Therefore, the Basar Preachers Rally, Inc. will help covenant unity partners lift their ministries. b. Ascend means to go up; to rise or move toward the sky. 5. Resources a. In Hebrew 13:16 it reads, do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God. i. God expects us to share good things to help everyone. Therefore, the Basar Preachers Rally, Inc. will provide any and all available resources to each covenant unity partner. b. Resources are something that someone has to help other increase wealth and knowledge.

To offer scholarship opportunities to ministers who wish to receive higher education in a theological seminary or bible college. 3. To provide resources and materials for ministers. 4. To be able to aid in domestic and foreign missions that are in need. 5. To assist pastors in certain endeavors of their ministry. 6. To pray for our unity partners. 7. To send monthly and quarterly communications.
