We believe that God made good his promise by sending his Son, Jesus Christ, a man in the flesh, a Jew by tribe, born poor in a little village, who left his home and was always on safari doing good, curing people by the power of God, teaching about God and human beings, and show that the meaning of religion is love. He was rejected by his own people, tortured and nailed hands and feet to a cross, and died. Hew was buried in the grave, but the hyenas did not touch him, and on the third day he rose from the grave. He ascended to the skies. He is the Lord. We are waiting for Him. He is alive. He lives. This we believe. Amen.

See you there! Youth Group Tonight The fun is just getting started! Tonight get ready for an evening of games, song, laughs and delicious food! Pick up and drop off will be in the courtyard (rain location narthex). We will be making and delivering prayer rocks for the Room in the Inn women, learning about Youth Real Life Stories, and doing fun- filled activities outside! 7 Guatemala Scholarship Drive (2016 School Year) Deadline: Sunday, Oct 4 Thank you for participating in this joint outreach program of GCPC and our partner, Jerusalem Church, in Coatepeque. By donating to the Scholarship Fund, you have changed the outcome for real children and families. Scholarships help to eliminate one of the many challenges that block children from opportunity: the high cost of books and uniforms. Checks can be made to GCPC, with Guatemala Scholarship on the memo line. Any amount is welcome; it only takes $180 for a full scholarship.
