1 A Child s Hope International ~ Global Larry & Elizabeth Bergeron Pray for open doors with the lost we encounter at the Hope Factory and in the field. Pray that the Church would hear and respond to the cry of the orphan and vulnerable child. Pray for the orphans and vulnerable children that they may know Christ. Pray for wisdom as we allocate the Lord s provision to mission fields around the world. Pray that our book Journey to the Fatherless will reach more churches and families. Pray for our family that each would know they are deeply loved. Wellspring ~ Ohio Wes & Marjie B Pray for Barnabas and Lydia, a married couple from a 95% M*slim country. They came here last fall, and have accepted Jesus! Pray for their development and growth as new believers, and pray for the many decisions they must make regarding the issues with their home country. Pray for God to provide all the Conversation Partners and Host Families needed to match with students at the university and the American Schools. We don t want to turn away any international student who would like to have a Christian friend. Pray for the Bible study in our home. Students from several countries are meeting with us weekly to study the Bible - we are so excited to introduce them to Jesus! (One of the students, from a very closed country, has recently accepted Jesus!) We also have a second group of students asking for a chance to learn about the Bible, so we are getting ready to start a second weekly meeting. Please pray that we can get that new group going soon, and that our family schedule can flex to make this happen. Pray for the American School for Women, the American School for Children, and the American School Evenings. The ESL school we helped to establish has had to restructure into three schools to accommodate the influx of refugees. There are ongoing needs for volunteers and funding, especially this year as we are raising funds to purchase a building. So far God has raised about $270k out of $385k needed! Please continue to pray for the refugees, because they have serious challenges and needs. Please continue to pray for our funding. Due to NAMB s restructuring, we lost our benefits package at the end of 2012, and NAMB began providing a stipend to cover the cost of purchasing our own benefits, but the stipend spins down over a period of 5 years, until the end of Please pray for God to bless the people who faithfully support us. Pray for God to raise up additional leadership for the Household Items Giveaway project. This project absorbs 75% of our time and is very crucial for the overall ministry. We could use a donation coordinator, and ultimately someone who might want to take on this nearly full-time project in the distant future. Pray for Marjie as she works with a small group of American and International musicians to prepare for a concert later in the spring. It is a learning experience, as we share our music and cultures together. Please pray that the unity we experience in making music together would be evident in our performance. Our oldest son Andrew, just got engaged in the fall! Please pray for him and his fiancé Shelby, to walk closely with Jesus. Pray for our son Sam and his wife Brigitta. Her father just passed away, and they have moved back to live with her mom. Pray for God s comfort. Also, both of them need meaningful employment. Praise that we finally got some answers regarding our son Peter s health. His new doctor has put him on a combination of diet and supplements that have made a HUGE difference in his energy level. Pray that he has a 100% recovery. Pray for Wes safety and physical endurance as he moves furniture. He injured his left arm in December, and it has not completely healed yet.

2 Challenge Literature Fellowship ~ Australia & USA Carl & Carolyn Carmody Pray for the continued open doors for the paper around the world, and the finances to keep each project active. Once the Lord opens a door and the production of the paper begins, it is our desire for the paper to be readily available when needed. Pray for the distribution of the Challenge newspaper in the western culture whereby we are continuing to see the transition from hard copy to the digital forms of literature. Pray for our partner organizations in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana and then up into Malawi and Kenya and of course across to the UK and into Argentina as well as Canada as we work with Harold Peasley. Pray for the Lord s wisdom and guidance as we seek to find a new Editor for the work. This will allow Carl to concentrate on promotion, development and fund raising for the paper both in Australia and overseas. Pray for the ongoing finances needed to keep our ministry alive and well. We are constantly promoting for our overseas projects but need funding to cover our day-to-day running costs as well. Pray for the Lord s direction, provision and timing as we seek to commence a number of projects around the world. You Turn Ministries, Inc ~ Malawi Jeri Cook Pray that the hearts of the men, women and children in Malawi will be changed, not only professing faith but living a life glorifying God. Pray for prayer and financial partners who want to take part in seeing God work in the lives of the people in Malawi. Pray for God to intervene whenever the culture tries to override Scripture. Pray for my complete trust to be in God. Elizabeth New Life ~ Lebanon, Ohio Jessica Copenhaver, Alisa Manion, & Betsy Lamb Pray that more abortion-minded women will come into our center for assistance, and that their lives will be touched by compassionate people who model Christ s love. Pray that we can provide ultrasounds to our clients. Please pray that God continues to provide willing volunteers and other partners that have a heart for our ministry. Pray that those who encourage or support abortion will have a conversion of heart. We have a great group of staff! Pray that unity continues!

3 World Hope Ministries, Mzansi ~ South Africa Willy Dengler Pray for our ministry team and facilitators. Pray for us financially as we have been requested to be self-sustaining. Pray for the development of facilitators and leaders who teach our discipleship course in prisons. Pray against the spirit of crime and corruption that is prevalent in our prison. Pray as we partner with other churches in South Africa, extending Discipleship to them and training in Evangelism. Pray for the shortfall of 1000 English Bibles a year. Pray for the inmates who spend many years behind bars, that the Christ life will be real for them. Pray for our other partners in Australia and USA to continue supporting us in ministry. Go & Tell Ministries ~ Cuba Dr. Victor & Marcia Gonzalez Pray for the lost in Cuba, that they would find Christ. Pray for all pastors, missionaries, and Christian leaders in Cuba. Pray for all mission trips to Cuba in Pray for open doors for Bibles and Christian books in Cuba. Pray for Go & Tell Ministries and the Go & Tell Community Center. SCORE International ~ Argentina Will & Alejandra Herndon Pray for wisdom in our flexibility and firmness in rearing our teenage daughters. Pray for spiritual awakening in Argentina. Pray for continued open doors for ministry and the preaching of the Gospel. The Gideons International ~ Global Linville & Diana Howard Pray for God s Word to be put into the hands of unbelievers.

4 Athletes in Action ~ Global Ebi Lkhagva & Kelsey Galyon Pray for our new marriage to continue to grow and reflect God as we grow in life and ministry together. Pray for Ebi s English to continue to improve, and for him to continue to learn American culture as he adjusts to living in America. Pray for connections as we raise support to be fully-funded missionaries. We have struggled to have enough connections to get to full support. Pray for the NCAA Men s and Women s Final Four ministry. Pray for connections with people in the basketball world that need to know God s love and acceptance of them that is not based on their performance. We are taking basketball teams on summer tours to several different countries. Pray for the set up of these tours both here and overseas and also for the lives of our players and the players overseas to be changed and the ministry of Athletes in Action to grow in the countries where we take teams. ONE Church ~ Cincinnati, Ohio Jason & Jennifer McKinney Pray for additional disciple-makers that will engage or even live in the apartment buildings of downtown. Pray for additional disciple-makers that will engage in the businesses of downtown. Pray for favor with decision-makers as this small work seeks big things for the Kingdom in a region known for over-the-top displays and big budgets. H2O Church, Wright State ~ Dayton, Ohio Joshua & Kari Ortega Pray for our core team: for their families, health (physically & spiritually), finances, work, and everything else! Pray for staff, internships, and student leaders to come on board, pray for their financial support, encouragement, zeal, and love. Pray that we continue to connect with the other ministries, along with men & women of influence on WSU as well as in the surrounding areas that pour out onto WSU; that we would be met with favor, joy, and opportunity as we honor, serve, and love one another. Pray our Christ-centered community will grow and multiply with passionate men & women of God on the WSU campus, who know the Lord and hunger to serve where God has called them. Pray for the worship team, admin, prep team, tech team, finances, and resources as we continue Sunday services on the campus of Wright State University! Pray we are able to connect, serve, love, and minister to students (including the international & military) so that they choose to begin a life-changing relationship with the Lord and get into a Christ-centered community. Pray we can share and partner with surrounding churches for support (prayer, mission teams, finances, and resources) toward a specific & strategic people group in the U.S. (college students), who are shaping the nation and its culture.

5 Urbancrest at New Street ~ Lebanon, Ohio Clint & Michelle Otto Pray for endurance and softening of hearts in the community. Pray for understanding of how to best share the Gospel in context and boldness. Pray for the heart of the church to be a heart to reach the lost and to serve out of the overflow of their personal growth in Jesus. NAMB, Toronto Church Planting ~ Canada Dr. Harold & Antoinette Peasley Pray for our need for more church planters and their support in Canada. Pray that I will have strength at this stage in my life to finish well. WALK Church ~ Las Vegas, Nevada Heiden & Neena Ratner Pray for laborers to be raised up, discipled, and mobilized within and outside of our fellowship. Pray for the birth of our student and young adult ministry. Pray for a deeper discipleship culture to cultivate within our fellowship. Pray for our partnerships at Schofield Middle School and Del Sol High School and that we would continue to reach the students, parents, and faculty members. Pray for our leadership team at WALK Church to expand, increase, and continue to develop into Christ like, effective, God glorying leaders. Caring Partners International ~ Franklin, Ohio Dr. Adam & Rhonda Reed Andrew & Carlye Wienhoff Pray that God will bring to us the right person to assist full-time in the administrative tasks of the ministry. Pray for good health and protection as we travel, and for God s wisdom as we make decisions daily regarding the direction of Caring Partners and that we never forget Mark 8:36: For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul. We are praising God for answered prayers 3 more full time missionaries are coming to serve with our medical ministry in 2017! Pray for these missionaries as they raise their support, that the Lord will provide for all of their needs.

6 IMB, Congo Basin Cluster Leader ~ Congo Jeff & Barbara Singerman Concerning the delay of presidential elections and potential for violence in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), pray that there would be a peaceful and just resolution. Pray for protection for Jay and Kathy Shafto serving there, and for wisdom for them in language learning and taking leadership of the work in DRC. Pray for excellent integration and language learning of Steve and Carla Evans who transferred to DRC. Pray for recruitment and successful, effective cultural adaptation of short and long term missionaries for DRC. Pray for the IMB missionaries who are praying about and planning to join the IMB Congo Basin Team, that God will guide. Pray for continued great spread of the use of stories for evangelization, discipleship, cell groups and church planting. Pray for blessings upon our African team teaching orality and discipleship. Pray that God would give great wisdom to Jeff and Barbara in leading the Congo Cluster; in knowing and understanding the seven countries in the cluster and how to engage the lost; in Jeff's writing of his PhD thesis; growing deeper in Christ. Cincinnati Area Baptist Association (CABA) ~ Ohio Mark Snowden Pray for spiritual protection for my wife and me and our family. Pray for us as we minister to hurting pastors and churches who are seeking a new missions vision. Join us in praising God for the churches who are moving from attractional to missional, reaching beyond their members into lostness. Please pray for God to send workers into His Cincinnati Area harvest field (Luke 10:2). Cincinnati has 1.5 million people you and I would consider to be lost, and of those, one million are completely unchurched, unclaimed by any religious organization. But praise God for inviting us to join Him in His mission! Pray for God s guidance and call upon the volunteers that serve on our short-term mission teams. Pray that many lost souls will continue to be rescued. We are strategically seeking the Lord s will in reaching into unreached areas of the globe.

7 Keys Evangelistic Ministries (KEM) ~ Key West, Florida Bill & Sessie Welzien Pray that all our children and grandchildren will continue to seek our Lord Jesus. Pray that the Lord will bless His preached Gospel as it is proclaimed at Mallory Square. Pray that we will have more opportunities to encourage and instruct God s people to be able to present God s Truth in a gracious, bold, and intelligent manner. Praise God for His faithfulness to our family and ministry through all these years! Urbancrest Ministries Connection Center Leader: Jeff Crumbley Pray that we can actively reach the lost in our community. Pray for volunteers that can help with furniture pickup and delivery as needed. Pray for the health of our staff, volunteers, and families. Pray for on-going volunteers to process daily the many donations we are blessed with. Pray for funds for new equipment, specifically a box truck. Disaster Relief Leaders: Mick & Wanda Lovely Pray for the Disaster Relief Center to be established as a relief and recovery hub for emergency managers and first responders in the event of local disaster. Pray for increasing participation of believers as we expand our ministry to serve the needy and homeless within our local communities. Pray for insightful ways to utilize our equipment as a support to other evangelistic ministries. Pray for gifted leaders who will direct elements of disaster relief and recovery. Pray for Mick and Wanda to have wisdom to lead and train believers to serve in disaster relief. Global Missions Minister of Missions: Andrew Trezona Pray for Urbancrest to know God s heart and direction in our outreach to the nations. Pray that we would be obedient to the call that He has placed on each one of us to go across the street or across the world to make His Name known. Pray that we would never become apathetic to the plight of the lost.

8 Urbancrest Ministries Local Missions Local Missions Pastor: Clint Otto Pray that I will stay so close to Jesus and that my relationship with Him is first place in everything. Pray that I will lean on the Lord and not my understanding in all things. Pray that God will build a wall around my heart and I will submit myself to the Lord. Pray that I may have supernatural Godly wisdom and judgment for all the decisions that have to be made that will affect years to come. Pray that my desire is to please Jesus and no one else and to be a peace maker not peace keeper. Mexico Unreached People Group (UPG) Leaders: Jeff & Deanne Clem Pray that God s mercy would fall upon our unreached people group in southern Mexico. (Ezekiel 22:30-31) Pray for deliverance from those who want to stop the spread of the Gospel and unity among believers. (Acts 4:29, 30) Pray that God would prepare the hearts of the people to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ. (Acts 10:30-33) Pray for God s Spirit to give boldness and courage to those proclaiming the Gospel and that the message would be accompanied by obvious displays of God s power. (Luke 10:2) Pray for their support and advocacy to go to the ends of the earth. Praise the Lord for those in our church (and other churches) who are obedient to prepare for cross-cultural service.
