Other business Attendance: iam Stevens, Francine Harmon, Srinivas Mikkilineni, Sophia Brown (treasurer elect), John Duellman Meeting Notes 1. Meeting Called to order 2. Brief introduction of current officers. 3. Vote: Sophia Brown in as Treasurer, Passed 4. All Officers then signed the Conflict of interest policy for Vote: LEAP: Melania Kim, Passed 6. Vote: MSAAC: xxx, passed 7. Srinivas gave an update on the PSAT and SAT courses that are coming and is working to develop a mailer to ensure the classes are well known and attended. It was talked about working with Stone Hill PTSO to ensure Stone Hill students are aware of the PSAT classes. 8. All PTSO/Boosters meeting to be held on 9/14 9. Srinivas will work with RRHS on the International night coming in April 10. Graduation and Senior Night 6/16 a. PTSO will be starting up the committee to plan the event. We had a sign up in the spring and we will use the names from this and solicit more names.

2 11. The idea of a quarterly teacher/staff breakfast was brought up and had support. Having a grade support each quarter, Senior Q3, Junior Q2, Sophomore, Q1, Freshmen Q2. This would be above and beyond the Teacher appreciation week. 12. There are NO Current Teacher or Student representatives on the PTSO, Mr. Duellman is working to rectify this. 13. Back to School Night is 9/21 7-9pm a. PTSO to have a table for i. Membership ii. Volunteer signup iii. Food, Dessert 14. Dates a. Home Coming September 25 th b. Home Coming Dance September 26 th c. College Fair September 27 th i. PTSO would like to sell Water and Snacks d. Club Expo September 30th
