"The Christian's life is nt a mdificatin r imprvement f the ld, but a transfrmatin f nature. There is a death t self and sin, and a new life altgether. The Desire f Ages, page 172. The new birth is as real as is the natural birth. It is recgnized bth by the individual and by thse wh knw him. Let us study hw we can be brn again. 1. Are any t sinful t cme t Yahuwah? A New Man "Lk unt me, and be ye saved, all the ends f the earth: fr I am El, and there is nne else." Isaiah 45:22. '''This is a faithful saying, and wrthy f all acceptatin, that Aninted Yahushua came int the wrld t save sinners; f whm I am chief." I Timthy I: 15. In fact, He says;. "Whsever will, let him take the water f life freely." Revelatin 22:17. Answer: N, He can fully save the wrst sinner. He will send nne away as being t vile. Yahushua came t seek the lst, t help the weak, t reach the lwest man. "Him that cmeth t Me I will in n wise cast ut" (Jhn 6:37). Remember the man with the palsy. His friends let him dwn thrugh a rf and placed him right in frnt f Yahushua wh said, "Sn, be f gd cheer: thy sins be frgiven thee" (Matthew 9:2). And He healed him f the physical and spiritual disease that afflicted him (Matthew 9:6-8). 2. What questin did a certain jailer ask Paul and Silas and what was their answer? "What must I d t be saved? And they said, Believe n the Master Yahushua, the Aninted, and thu shalt be saved, and thy huse." Acts 16:30-31 T btain pardn fr sin, the fllwing simple steps must be taken: A. Lk t Yahuwah. "Lk unt Me, and be ye saved, all the ends f the earth: fr I am El, and there is nne else" Isaiah 45:22. B. Believe n Yahushua, the Aninted. "Believe n the Master Yahushua, the Aninted, and thu shalt be saved, and thy huse." Acts 16:31. C. Repent f every sin."except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." Luke 13:3.

"If we cnfess ur sins, He is faithful and just t frgive us ur sins, and t cleanse us frm all unrighteusness." 1 Jhn 1:9. E. Make things right with yur brther. "If the wicked restre the pledge, give again that he had rbbed, walk in the statutes f life, withut cmmitting iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall nt die. Nne f his sins that he hath cmmitted shall be mentined unt him: he hath dne that which is lawful and right; he shall surely live." Ezekiel 33: Can man save himself frm the guilt and pwer f sin? "Fr by grace are ye saved thrugh faith; and that nt f yurselves: it is the gift f Yahuwah: nt f wrks, lest any man shuld bast." Ephesians 2:8, 9. "By the deeds f the law, there shall n flesh be justified in His sight: fr by the law is the knwledge f sin. Rmans 3:20. "I knw that in me (that is, in my flesh) dwelleth n gd thing: fr t will is present with me; but hw t perfrm that which is gd I find nt. Fr the gd that I wuld I d nt: but the evil which I wuld nt, that I d." Rmans 7: Answer: Man is unable t atne fr the sins f the past. 4. When a sinner is impressed by the Hly Spirit t frsake his sins, what are the steps he shuld take? "But withut faith it is impssible t please him: fr he that cmeth t Yahuwah must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder f them that diligently seek him." Hebrews 11:6. "I believe that thu art the Aninted, the Sn f Yahuwah, which shuld cme int the wrld." Jhn 11:27. Answer: T btain victry ver the pwer f sin, man has an imprtant part he must play. Ntice the fllwing steps carefully and pray that Yahuwah will give yu grace t mve frward. Here are the steps: A. Be willing t frsake every sin. "He that cvereth his sins shall nt prsper: but whs cnfesseth and frsaketh them shall have mercy." Prverbs 28:13. B. Let the Hly Spirit lead yu. "As many as are led by the Spirit f Yahuwah, they are the sns f Elah." Rmans 8:14. C. Be willing t bey Yahuwah's law. "He that turneth away his ear frm hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abminatin." Prverbs 28:9. E. Keep yur eyes fixed n Yahushua. "Wherefre seeing we als are cmpassed abut with s great a clud f witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which dth s easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set befre us, lking unt Yahushua the authr and finisher f ur faith." This means that his life is changed. He n lnger renders allegiance t Satan and sin, but nw cunts himself a child f Yahuwah. He has been transfrmed. The prcess f sin was reversed when Yahuwah created a "new creature" in the Master Yahushua (2 Crinthians 5:17). And they shall build huses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit f them... Mine elect shall lng enjy the wrk f their hands." Isaiah 65: Human language is inadequate t describe the reward f the righteus. It will be knwn nly t thse wh behld it. N finite mind can cmprehend the glry f the Paradise f [Yahuwah]..... In the City f [Yahuwah] 'there shall be n night.' Nne will need r desire repse. There will be n weariness in ding the will f [Yahuwah] and ffering praise t His name. Thse wh were waiting t make themselves mre wrthy f divine favr befre they ventured t claim the prmises f Yahuwah, were making a fatal mistake. Yahushua alne cleanses frm sin; He nly can frgive ur transgressins. He has pledged Himself t listen t the petitin and grant the prayer f thse wh cme t Him in faith. Many have a vague idea that they must make sme effrt in rder t gain the favr f Yahuwah. But all self-dependence is vain. It is nly by cnnecting with Yahushua thrugh faith that the sinner becmes a hpeful, believing child f Yahuwah. The righteusness by which we are justified is imputed; the righteusness by which we are sanctified is imparted. The first is ur title t heaven, the secnd is ur fitness fr heaven. The Righteusness Of Yahuwah 1. What is meant by the Bible dctrine f justificatin? Answer: T justify means t abslve r declare ne inncent wh has been guilty. It is a gracius act f Yahuwah whereby, after He pardns and accepts a sinner, He imputes t him His wn righteusness and declares befre the universe that the sinner is guiltless. 2. Hw many may be justified? "And by him all that believe are justified frm all things, frm which ye culd nt be justified by the law f Mses. Acts 13:39. Answer: Everyne wh believes in Yahushua as his Saviur and is willing t accept His righteusness. 3. Hw many have sinned? "Fr all have sinned, and cme shrt f the glry f Yahuwah." Rmans 3:23. NOTE: "By sin we have been severed frm the life f [Yahuwah]. Our suls are palsied. Of urselves, we are n mre capable f living a hly life than was the imptent man capable f walking. There are many wh realize their helplessness, and wh lng fr that spiritual life which will bring them int harmny with [Yahuwah]; they are vainly striving t btain it. In despair they cry, O wretched man that I am! Wh shall deliver me frm this bdy f death? Rmans 7:24, margin. Let these despnding, struggling nes lk up. The Saviur is bending ver the purchase f His bld, saying with inexpressible tenderness and pity, Wilt thu be made whle? He bids yu arise in health and peace. D nt wait t feel that yu are made whle. Believe His wrd, and it will be fulfilled. Put yur will n the side f [Yahushua]. Will t serve Him, and in acting upn His wrd yu will receive strength. Whatever may be the evil practice, the master passin which thrugh lng indulgence binds bth sul and bdy, [Yahushua] is able and lngs t deliver. "Therefre as by the ffence f ne [Adam], judgment came upn all men t cndemnatin; even s by the righteusness f ne [Yahushua] the free gift came upn all men unt justificatin f life. Fr as by ne man's [Adam's] disbedience many were made sinners, s by the bedience f ne [Yahushua] shall many be made righteus." Rmans 5: 18,19. Answer: Righteusness f Yahushua, the Aninted. NOTE: Satan represents [Yahuwah's] law f lve as a law f selfishness. He declares that it is impssible fr us t bey its precepts. The fall f ur first parents, with all the we that has resulted, he charges upn the Creatr, leading men t lk upn [Yahuwah] as the authr f sin, and suffering, and death. [Yahushua] was t unveil this deceptin. As ne f us He was t give an example f bedience. Fr this He tk upn Himself ur nature, and passed thrugh ur experiences. "In all things it behved Him t be made like unt His brethren." Heb. 2:17. If we had t bear anything which [Yahushua] did nt endure, then upn this pint Satan wuld represent the pwer f [Yahuwah] as insufficient fr us. Therefre [Yahushua] was "in all pints tempted like as we are." Heb. 4:15. He endured every trial t which we are subject. And He exercised in His wn behalf n pwer that is nt freely ffered t us. As man, He met temptatin, and vercame in the strength given Him frm [Yahuwah]. He says, "I delight t d Thy will, O My [Elah]: yea, Thy law is within My heart." Ps. 40:8. As He went abut ding gd, and healing all wh were afflicted by Satan, He made plain t men the character f [Yahuwah's] law and the nature f His service. His life testifies that it is pssible fr us als t bey the law f [Yahuwah]. "[Yahushua] accepted humanity when the race had been weakened by fur thusand years f sin. Like every child f Adam He accepted the results f the wrking f the great law f heredity. What these results were is shwn in the histry f His earthly ancestrs. He came with such a heredity t share ur srrws and temptatins, and t give us the example f a sinless life." The Desire f Ages, page 24, Hw d men receive Yahushua's righteusness? Justified Freely "And nt as it was by ne that sinned, s is the gift: fr the judgment was by ne t cndemnatin, but the free gift is f many ffences unt justificatin. "And he brught him [Abraham] frth abrad, and said, Lk nw tward heaven, and tell the stars, if thu be able t number them: and he said unt him, S shall thy seed be. And he believed in Yahuwah; and he cunted it t him fr righteusness." Genesis 15:5, What des Yahuwah d with the sins f thse whm He pardns and justifies? Answer: A. He casts them int the depths f the sea. "He will turn again, he will have cmpassin upn us; he will subdue ur iniquities; and thu wilt cast all their sins int the depths f the sea." Micah 7:19. B. He casts them behind His back (Isaiah 38:17) and remembers them against us n mre frever. fr I will frgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin n mre. Jeremiah 31:34. C. He blts them ut as a thick clud. "I have bltted ut, as a thick clud, thy transgressins, and, as a clud, thy sins: return unt me; fr I have redeemed thee." Isaiah 44:22. D. He takes them away. In place f frmer sins, He nw substitutes His wn righteusness. Overcmers 11. What des Yahuwah prmise thse wh are clthed with the righteusness f Yahushua? "They shall walk with me in white; fr they are wrthy. He that vercmeth, the same shall be clthed in white raiment; and I will nt blt ut his name ut f the bk f life, but I will cnfess his name befre my Father, and befre his angels." Revelatin 3:4, 5.

"Mrever whm he did predestinate, them he als called: and whm he called, them he als justified: and whm he justified, them he als glrified. What shall we then say t these things? If Yahuwah be fr us, wh can be against us? He that spared nt his wn Sn, but delivered him up fr us all, hw shall he nt with him als freely give us all things? Wh shall lay any thing t the charge f Yahuwah's elect? It is Yahuwah that justifieth." Rmans 8: When individuals are justified frm their past sins, hw shuld they then live? Yahuwah s Law Written On The Heart 16. What is Yahuwah's gal fr thse whse sins He has frgiven? "That the righteusness f the law might be fulfilled in us." Rmans 8:4. NOTE: Wesley declared the perfect harmny f the law and the gspel. 'There is, therefre, the clsest cnnectin that can be cnceived, between the law and the gspel. On the ne hand, the law cntinually makes way fr, and pints us t, the gspel; n the ther, the gspel cntinually leads us t a mre exact fulfilling f the law. The law, fr instance, requires us t lve [Yahuwah], t lve ur neighbr, t be meek, humble, r hly. We feel that we are nt sufficient fr these things; yea, that 'with man this is impssible;' but we see a prmise f [Yahuwah] t give us that lve, and t make us humble, meek, and hly: we lay hld f

16 this gspel, f these glad tidings; it is dne unt us accrding t ur faith; and 'the righteusness f the law is fulfilled in us,' thrugh faith which is in [the Aninted, Yahushua].... "'In the highest rank f the enemies f the gspel f [Yahushua],' said Wesley, 'are they wh penly and explicitly 'judge the law' itself, and 'speak evil f the law;' wh teach men t break (t disslve, t lse, t untie the bligatin f) nt ne nly, whether f the least r f the greatest, but all the cmmandments at a strke.... The mst surprising f all the circumstances that attend this strng delusin, is that they wh are given up t it, really believe that they hnr [Yahushua] by verthrwing His law, and that they are magnifying His ffice while they are destrying His dctrine! Yea, they hnr Him just as Judas did when he said, 'Hail, Master, and kissed Him.' And He may as justly say t every ne f them, 'Betrayest thu the Sn f man with a kiss?' It is n ther than betraying Him with a kiss, t talk f His bld, and take away His crwn; t set light by any part f His law, under pretense f advancing His gspel. Nr indeed can anyne escape this charge, wh preaches faith in any such a manner as either directly r indirectly tends t set aside any branch f bedience: wh preaches [Yahushua] s as t disannul, r weaken in any wise, the least f the cmmandments f [Yahuwah].' "T thse wh urged that 'the preaching f the gspel answers all the ends f the law,' Wesley replied: 'This we utterly deny. It des nt answer the very first end f the law, namely, the cnvincing men f sin, the awakening thse wh are still asleep n the brink f hell." The apstle Paul declares that "by the law is the knwledge f sin;' 'and nt until man is cnvicted f sin, will he truly feel his need f the atning bld f [Yahushua].... 'They that be whle,' as ur [Master] Himself bserves, 'need nt a physician, but they that are sick.' It is absurd, therefre, t ffer a physician t them that are whle, r that at least imagine themselves s t be. Yu are first t cnvince them that they are sick; therwise they will nt thank yu fr yur labr. It is equally absurd t ffer [Yahushua] t them whse heart is whle, having never yet been brken.' " The Great Cntrversy, page What will be the attitude f truly cnverted persns t all f Yahuwah's Ten-Cmmandment law (especially the furth)? "O hw lve I thy law! It is my meditatin all the day." 'Hw shall we, that are dead t sin, live any lnger therein?' And Jhn declares: 'This is the lve f [Yahuwah], that we keep His cmmandments: and His cmmandments are nt grievus.' Rmans 3:31; 6:2; 1 Jhn 5:3. In the new birth the heart is brught int harmny with [Yahuwah], as it is brught int accrd with His law. When this mighty change has taken place in the sinner, he has passed frm death unt life, frm sin unt hliness, frm transgressin and rebellin t bedience and lyalty. The ld life f alienatin frm [Yahuwah] has ended; the new life f recnciliatin, f faith and lve, has begun. Click here t access the KJV nline. There is much cnfusin tday ver what the cvenants are. Especially is the New Cvenant and its applicatin t the Christian misunderstd. The new cvenant is a cvenant f grace. It intrduces Yahushua t the sinner in his struggle t reach the standard f a hly law. It transfrms man frm a hpeless failure t a glrius success. It changes defeat int victry. It lifts man s feet frm the miry clay and plants them upn a slid rck. What is the New Cvenant? It is Yahuwah s prmise that Yahushua by the Hly Spirit shall dwell in the hearts f His peple and impart t them divine pwer t keep His hly law. It is Yahushua writing the law in the heart and nt merely upn stne. It is the restratin f Yahuwah s image in man by perfect bedience thrugh the pwer f Yahushua. It pens the way back t Paradise. Anther cmpact--called in Scripture the "ld" cvenant--was frmed between [Yahuwah] and Israel at Sinai, and was then ratified by the bld f a sacrifice. The Abrahamic cvenant was ratified by the bld f [Yahushua], and it is called the "secnd," r "new," cvenant, because the bld by which it was sealed was shed after the bld f the first cvenant. That the new cvenant was valid in the days f Abraham is evident frm the fact that it was then cnfirmed bth by the prmise and by the ath f [Yahuwah]--the "tw immutable things, in which it was impssible fr [Yahuwah] t lie." Hebrews 6:18. Patriarchs and Prphets page Define the term cvenant. The Old Cvenant "T agree with, t enter int a frmal agreement; t bind neself by cntract. An agreement between tw r mre persns r parties, r ne f the stipulatins in such an agreement." Webster Dictinary. 2. Where and with whm did Yahuwah make the ld cvenant? In the third mnth, when the children f Israel were gne frth ut f the land f Egypt, the same day came they int the wilderness f Sinai. Fr they were departed frm Rephidim, and were cme t the desert f Sinai, and had pitched in the wilderness; and there Israel camped befre the munt. And Mses went up unt Elhim, and Yahuwah called unt him ut f the muntain, saying, Thus shalt thu say t the huse f Jacb, and tell the children f Israel; Ye have seen what I did unt the Egyptians, and hw I bare yu n eagles' wings, and brught yu unt myself. Nw therefre, if ye will bey my vice indeed, and keep my cvenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unt me abve all peple: fr all the earth is mine: And ye shall be unt me a kingdm f priests, and an hly natin. These are the wrds which thu shalt speak unt the children f Israel. And Mses came and called fr the elders f the peple, and laid befre their faces all these wrds which

21 Yahuwah cmmanded him. And all the peple answered tgether, and said, All that Yahuwah hath spken we will d. And Mses returned the wrds f the peple unt Yahuwah. Exdus 19:1-8. Answer: At Munt Sinai and with the children f Israel. 3. What prpsitin did Yahuwah submit t them? What The Old Cvenant Was Nt Nw therefre, if ye will bey my vice indeed, and keep my cvenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unt me abve all peple: fr all the earth is mine: And ye shall be unt me a kingdm f priests, and an hly natin. These are the wrds which thu shalt speak unt the children f Israel. Exdus19:5, 6. Answer: They shall be a kingdm f priests- a hly natin. 4. After Mses had explained the terms f the cvenant t the peple, what was the unanimus respnse? And all the peple answered tgether, and said, All that Yahuwah hath spken we will d. And Mses returned the wrds f the peple unt Yahuwah. And Mses came and tld the peple all the wrds f Yahuwah, and all the judgments: and all the peple answered with ne vice, and said, All the wrds which Yahuwah hath said will we d. Exdus 19:8; 24:3. Answer: All that Yahuwah hath spken we will d. 5. Hw was this cvenant ratified? And Mses came and tld the peple all the wrds f Yahuwah, and all the judgments: and all the peple answered with ne vice, and said, All the wrds which Yahuwah hath said will we d. And Mses wrte all the wrds f Yahuwah, and rse up early in the mrning, and builded an altar under the hill, and twelve pillars, accrding t the twelve tribes f Israel. And he sent yung men f the children f Israel, which ffered burnt fferings, and sacrificed peace fferings f xen unt Yahuwah. And Mses tk half f the bld, and put it in basns; and half f the bld he sprinkled n the altar. And he tk the bk f the cvenant, and read in the audience f the peple: and they said, All that Yahuwah hath said will we d, and be bedient. And Mses tk the bld, and sprinkled it n the peple, and said, Behld the bld f the cvenant, which Yahuwah hath made with yu cncerning all these wrds. Exdus 24:3-8. Whereupn neither the first testament was dedicated withut bld. {dedicated: r, purified} Fr when Mses had spken every precept t all the peple accrding t the law, he tk the bld f calves and f gats, with water, and scarlet wl, and hyssp, and sprinkled bth the bk, and all the peple, {scarlet: r, purple} Saying, This is the bld f the testament which Yahuwah hath enjined unt yu. Mrever he sprinkled with bld bth the tabernacle, and all the vessels f the ministry. 22 Up, make us elhim, which shall g befre us; fr as fr this Mses, the man that brught us up ut f the land f Egypt, we wt nt what is becme f him. Exdus 32:1. 7. What had Israel dne befre Mses had finished his audience with Yahuwah and cme dwn frm the muntaintp? And Yahuwah said unt Mses, G, get thee dwn; fr thy peple, which thu brughtest ut f the land f Egypt, have crrupted themselves: They have turned aside quickly ut f the way which I cmmanded them: they have made them a mlten calf, and have wrshipped it, and have sacrificed thereunt, and said, These be thy elah, O Israel, which have brught thee up ut f the land f Egypt. Exdus 32:7,8. Answer: They made a mlten calf. N0TE: The great bject and secret f the ld cvenant is revealed here. The peple did nt realize the weakness and sinfulness f their wn hearts, r their need f divine grace and help t keep the law; and s, in their ignrance, they readily pledged bedience. But almst immediately they began t cmmit idlatry, and thus t break the law f Yahuwah, r the very cnditins laid dwn as their part f the cvenant. In themselves the cnditins were gd; but in their wn strength the peple were unable t fulfill them. The great bject f the ld cvenant therefre was t teach the peple their weakness, and their inability t keep the law withut Yahuwah s help. This cvenant was designed, like the law itself, ver which it was made, t shut them up t the prvisins f the new, r everlasting, cvenant f grace and lead them t Yahushua. And the lessn which Israel as a natin had t learn, each individual nw must learn befre he can be saved. There is n salvatin fr any ne while trusting in self. Unaided, n ne can keep the law. Only in Yahushua is there remissin f sins r pwer t keep frm sinning. The breaking f the tables f the law signified that the terms f the cvenant had been brken; the renewing f the tables (Exdus 34:1, 28), Yahuwah s patience with His peple. 8. What then was wrng with the ld cvenant? Fr if that first cvenant had been faultless, then shuld n place have been sught fr the secnd. Fr finding fault with them, he saith, Behld, the days cme, saith Yahuwah, when I will make a new cvenant with the huse f Israel and with the huse f Judah. Hebrews 8:7,8. Answer: It had faults. The chief fault in cnnectin with the ld cvenant lay with the peple. They were nt able, in themselves, t fulfill their part f it, and it prvided them n help fr s ding. Yahushua was nt in it. It was f wrks and nt f grace. It was valuable nly as a means f impressing upn them their sinfulness and their need f divine aid. The terms f the ld cvenant' were, Obey and live: 'If a man d, he shall even live in them' (Ezekiel 20:11; Leviticus 18:5); but 'cursed be he that cnfirmeth nt all the wrds f this law t d them.' Deuternmy 27:26. The 'new cvenant' was established upn 'better prmises'--the prmise f frgiveness f sins and f the grace f [Yahuwah] t renew the heart and bring it int harmny with the principles f [Yahuwah's] law. Patriarchs and Prphets, page 372.

23 9. Was the ld cvenant the Ten Cmmandments, the mral law? Answer: N, the ld cvenant was nt the Ten Cmmandment law, but was instead an agreement made between Yahuwah and the peple regarding the keeping f His cmmandments. If ye will bey, ye shall live," was Yahuwah's prmise. T this the peple replied: "All that Yahuwah hath said will we d, and be bedient." Exdus 24:7. This was the cvenant agreement. It was abut the keeping f the Ten Cmmandment law, but it was nt the law itself. The law was nly the subject. 10. What became f the ld cvenant? Better Prmises In that he saith, A new cvenant, he hath made the first ld. Nw that which decayeth and waxeth ld is ready t vanish away. Hebrews 8:13. Answer: It vanished away. 11. With whm did Yahuwah make the new cvenant? Fr finding fault with them, he saith, Behld, the days cme, saith Yahuwah, when I will make a new cvenant with the huse f Israel and with the huse f Judah: Nt accrding t the cvenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I tk them by the hand t lead them ut f the land f Egypt; because they cntinued nt in my cvenant, and I regarded them nt, saith Yahuwah. Hebrews 8: 8,9. Answer: With the huse f Israel and with the huse f Judah. 12. Hw did the new cvenant differ frm the ld ne? But this shall be the cvenant that I will make with the huse f Israel; After thse days, saith Yahuwah, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their Elah, and they shall be my peple. Fr what the law culd nt d, in that it was weak thrugh the flesh, Yahuwah sending his wn Sn in the likeness f sinful flesh, and fr sin, cndemned sin in the flesh: That the righteusness f the law might be fulfilled in us, wh walk nt after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Nt accrding t the cvenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I tk them by the hand t lead them ut f the land f Egypt; because they cntinued nt in my cvenant, and I regarded them nt, saith Yahuwah. Fr this is the cvenant that I will make with the huse f Israel after thse days, saith Yahuwah; I will put my laws int their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be t them Elah, and they shall be t me a peple Jeremiah 31:33; Rmans 8:3,4; Hebrews 8:9,10. Answer: Yahuwah prmised t write His law in their hearts. The new cvenant is the Aninted in yu, the hpe f glry. Clssians 1:27. (See als Ephesians 3:16-20; Philipians 4:13.) 13. 24 Nw f the things which we have spken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, wh is set n the right hand f the thrne f the Majesty in the heavens;... And t Yahushua the mediatr f the new cvenant, and t the bld f sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that f Abel. Hebrews 8:1, 6; 12:24. Answer: Yahushua the High Priest. 14. What is necessary where there is a cvenant? Fr where a testament is, there must als f necessity be the death f the testatr. Fr a testament is f frce after men are dead: therwise it is f n strength at all while the testatr liveth. Hebrews 9:16, 17. Answer: Death. A Deliverer Prmised 15. Hw was Yahushua prmised as sn as sin entered? And Yahuwah Elhim said unt the serpent,... I will put enmity between thee and the wman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thu shalt bruise His heel. Genesis 3:14, 15. NOTE: The cvenant f grace, with its prvisins f pardn and peace, dates frm the fundatin f the wrld. 16. T whm was this cvenant-prmise later renewed? Elhim said unt Abraham... 'Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a sn indeed; and thu shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish My cvenant with him fr an everlasting cvenant, and with his seed after him.'" "I will make thy seed t multiply as the stars... and in thy seed shall all the natins f the earth be blessed.' Genesis 17:15, 19; 26: Wh was the seed here referred t? Nw t Abraham and his seed were the prmises made. He saith nt, And t seeds, as f many; but as f ne, And t thy seed, which is the Aninted. Galatians 3: What shws that the new, r secnd, cvenant and the Abrahamic cvenant are virtually the same? And if ye be the Aninted's, then are ye Abraham s seed, and heirs accrding t the prmise. Galatins 3:29. NOTE: N ne need be cnfused by the terms first cvenant and secnd cvenant. While the ne made at Sinai is called the first cvenant, it is by n means the first cvenant that Yahuwah ever made with man. Lng befre this He made a cvenant with Abraham; He als made a cvenant with Nah, and with Adam. Neither must it be suppsed that the first, r ld, cvenant existed fr a time as the nly cvenant with mankind, and that this must serve its purpse and pass away befre any ne culd share in the prmised blessings f the

25 secnd r new cvenant. In that case, during that time there wuld have been n pardn fr anyne. What is called the new, r secnd, cvenant virtually existed befre the cvenant made at Sinai; fr the cvenant with Abraham was cnfirmed in Yahushua (Galatians 3:17), and nly thrugh Yahushua is there any value t the new, r secnd, cvenant. There is n blessing that can be gained by virtue f the new cvenant that was nt prmised t Abraham. And we, with whm the new cvenant is made, can share the inheritance which it prmises nly by being children f Abraham. (Galatians 3:7, 9.) Since n ne can have anything except as a child f Abraham, it fllws that there is nthing in what is called the new, r secnd, cvenant that was nt in the cvenant made with Abraham. The secnd cvenant existed in every essential feature, except its ratificatin, lng befre the first, even frm the days f Adam. It is called secnd because its ratificatin ccurred after the cvenant made and ratified at Sinai. 19. With whse bld was the new cvenant dedicated? Likewise als the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my bld, which is shed fr yu. Luke 22:20. Answer: Yahushua s bld. 20. Where and hw was this new cvenant ratified? When Yahushua therefre had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bwed his head, and gave up the ghst. Yahushua saith unt her, Tuch me nt; fr I am nt yet ascended t my Father: but g t my brethren, and say unt them, I ascend unt my Father, and yur Father; and t my Elah, and yur Elah. Jhn 19:30; 20:17. Answer: When Yahushua received the vinegar and died n the crss. NOTE: [Yahushua] refused t receive the hmage f His peple until He had the assurance that His sacrifice was accepted by the Father. He ascended t the heavenly curts, and frm [Yahuwah] Himself heard the assurance that His atnement fr the sins f men had been ample, that thrugh His bld all might gain eternal life. The Father ratified the cvenant made with [Yahushua], that He wuld receive repentant and bedient men, and wuld lve them even as He lves His Sn. The Desire f Ages, page What unites all believers under the new cvenant? Ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, were withut the Aninted, being aliens frm the cmmnwealth f Israel, and strangers frm the cvenants f prmise, having n hpe, and withut Yahuwah in the wrld: but nw in the Aninted Yahushua ye wh smetimes were far ff are made nigh by the bld f the Aninted. Fr by grace are ye saved thrugh faith; and that nt f yurselves: it is the gift f Yahuwah: Nt f wrks, lest any man shuld bast. Fr we are his wrkmanship, created in the Aninted Yahushua unt gd wrks, which Yahuwah hath befre rdained that we shuld walk in them. Ephesians 2:8.
