Scissors Paper Stone SG Edition (10 mins) Logistics: 1 x Crescent for 1 Leader 2 x Star for each child Objective: Collect 5 stars & 1 Crescent (Singapore Flag) to win Instructions: 1. Each child will receive 1 star. 2. They are to go around and play scissors paper stone with different opponents. 3. The loser gives the winner his star. 4. If the loser has 0 star left, he/she will follow the winner behind. If the loser still has 1/2/3/ star(s), he/she will go around to collect 5 stars. If he/she has people behind him, each time he loses, 1 person behind him will join the winner.

2 5. After collecting 5 stars, the child will lead his group to face the final challenge (1 Leader with the crescent). 6. The game ends when the child and his group have collected 5 stars and 1 crescent. ii. Game 1 (15 mins) Arts & Entertainment: Don't Forget the Lyrics Logistics: Laptop, Video, PowerPoint slides, Snacks as prizes Introduction: A: Hey, What s the thing you look forward to the most during NDP? B: Ahh It s. A: OH OH, you know what mine is? It s the Red Lions! Don t you think they look amazing in their parachute? Jumping off the helicopter and everyone cheering for them when they land. *SWAG* *Flashes picture of Red Lions* B: Ahh. Mine is. A: Also, don t you think the fireworks look so amazing every year? I will always be there to take photos of the fireworks. You see? *Flashes picture of fireworks* B: Ahh. A: OH, How about the famous Kallang Wave??? B: STOP! It s time for me to say my favourite, IT IS THE NDP Songs! A: Waaaa, Songs? I love that too! *This is home, truly~ Where i know * B: Alright! Let s have a game to see who knows the NDP songs the best then! A: How do you play this game? B: You just have to guess the missing line in the song when the song is paused. A: Alright! I am ready for the challenge! Instructions for game: The emcees will facilitate the game. A leader will have to play the videos and pause it whenever there is a blank blank blank for the children to guess the lyrics. All the answers are found in the PowerPoint slides prepared. Use 6 songs for the game. If there is extra time, go for 8 songs. iii. Game 2 (15 mins) History Pop Quiz: Education, Business Science Technology and Government Logistics: Laptop with wifi to access Kahoot! Leaders phone to access Snacks as prizes for the winning team

3 Introduction: A: Hey, did you know that during NDP, there s also a segment where questions are asked based on the history of Singapore? B: Ah Yes! And every time, the questions are so difficult. And there ll be a video camera facing you to answer the question in front of everyone! Wa, if don t know how to answer, surely very malu one. A: Huh what is malu? B: Aiyo, Malu also don t know. It means embarrassing. A: Orh. Meaning Paiseh ah. B: Let s ask all the kids to help us answer some questions on Singapore so that we won t malu! Family and Home (Father, Mother, Grandparents & children) Introduction TL: Hello children, I am sure that all of you had fun but do you know who made this nation 50 years ago? Have you ever wondered if Singapore could actually survive with no natural resources? Now that we have just pass the 50th mark and embarking on the next 50 years, who will lead us forward? Is it our government leaders, our parents or our GKidz leaders? It is God who shall lead us forward onto this new chapter ahead. We have prospered as a nation till this day is because of our Heavenly Father has allowed us to prosper. What is our role then in this nation? All of us here are chosen people and we have a part to play here. All of you may be still young and may think that you can't do anything but know this that all of us have a purpose from God. We can do it by praying for this nation and interceding for it. It will help to shape the nation. And that is what we are going to do now. i. Prayer for Government Gate Contingent to march out while Entry Music is played Introduce the police, soldiers, etc. and pray for the cabinet members in the

Photos of ministers will be flashed on screen ii) Prayer for Education Gate Contingent to march out while Entry Music is played Introduce the contingent Pray for: o School Principal o Vice Principal o Teacher o Myself as a student. ü Lead the children to say a declarative prayer for themselves character is key. To dedicate their lives to living Christ s character. o Engage children by putting their hands at their heart, head, mouth and lift up both hands to pray for their principal, VP, form teachers. iii) Prayer for Family and Home Gate Contingent to march out while Entry Music is played Introduce the contingent Pray for the fathers TL to pray for children & their families Group leaders to stretch hands to the children and declare the prayer for their families Conclusion Finale - Sing HOME by playing video. Pray this prayer together as we end this prayer time. Dear Heavenly Father, we give thanks to You for this nation for the past 50 years. We commit this nation into your hands that you will bless this nation. A nation that will be glorifying You. Father, guide us to continue building this nation and let Singapore be a nation that You will use to bless other nations. We prayed that as you transform this nation, you will also transform our lives. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
