It was written by Mr. Paul son who appears as a man for a "Church of Christ" at Manchester, Tennessee. He evidently alludes to the LDS Church at Salt Lake City in their promotion of the Book of Mormon through the public media, and then to Joseph Smith in his translation of that book.
