Ohr HaTorah presents our First-ever Women s Performing & Creative Arts Festival by Jewish women and for women only Sunday, March 27, 2011 (Sunday after Purim), from 2:00-5:00 p.m. Congregation Ohr HaTorah, 6324 Churchill Way, Dallas, TX in the Social Hall WE ARE LOOKING FOR PARTICIPANTS, AND WE WANT YOU! IT S GOING TO BE LOTS OF FUN! It s more than just a talent show or art show It s a chance for the multi-talented women of our community to display and share their talents for other women! There are two categories for participating: Performing Arts and Creative Arts (no entry fees!) Performing Arts -- Dance, playing an instrum ent, standup com edy, poetry reading, skits, singing, dram a, or anything else y ou care to contribute. Individuals or groups m ay perform. Acoustic piano, stage, and basic sound system available at no charge Creative Arts -- Display your creations, such as: hand-m ade jewelry, embroidery, v isual art, sculpture, crafts, ceram ics, b eadw ork, q uilts, etc. You may just w ish to show off your w ork, or your creations may be for sale. However, any sales may not take place on-site. You m ay talk about your products and have business cards or a flyer available, but sales must take place aw ay from OHT. W e ll provide a table, and you may provide a free-standing display (nothing attached to walls).

7 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Dressing/costume-change area will be provided backstage, although dressing for performance prior to arrival is recommended Spinet piano (professionally tuned!) for use by participants for either performance or accompaniment will be provided at no charge Size of stage is approximately 16' wide x 12' deep. It is raised approximately 1½ off the floor. Shul will provide table for arts or crafts display, either 6' x 2' or 8' x 2' + chair Admission tickets will be sold at the door: $5/person, $10/family (price subject to change) Light refreshments will be sold at the event Childcare will not be provided, and we discourage bringing young children who may create a disturbance during the performances Invite your women friends to attend! Invite female members of your family! Invite ladies from other shuls!

I agree that should emergency medical treatment be required, I and/or my own accident/medical insurance company shall pay for all such incurred expenses. I understand and agree that all content of both performing- and creative-arts entries is subject to review in advance by The Festival s designated committee ( the Committee ) and that if such content is deemed not suitable for any reason, including logistics or subject matter, the Committee reserves the right to not allow all or part of such content to be included in the Festival, and I will abide by The Committee s decision. I also understand and agree that I will not sell any goods or services on the premises of Ohr HaTorah, but may do so off the premises. I acknowledge that such sales or other transactions are between myself and third parties and have nothing to do with and do not involve Ohr HaTorah. I understand that admission tickets will be sold for the Festival, and that all proceeds will go to Ohr HaTorah. This agreement shall be binding upon my child, and the parents/or legal guardian thereof, m y heirs, estate, and assigns, including m inor children and personal representatives. It shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of Texas and venue shall be in Dallas County, Texas. If any clause, phrase, or word is in conflict with state law, then that single part is null and void and the remaining provisions shall nevertheless survive and continue in full force and effect without being impaired or invalidated in anyway. I acknowledge that this Release supersedes all prior w ritten or oral agreements with me or my minor child or representations made to me or m y minor child.
