And he spread abroad the tent over the tabernacle, and put the covering of the tent above upon it; as the LORD commanded Moses. Exodus 27:18 The length of the court shall be a hundred cubits, and the breadth fifty cubits of everywhere, and the height five cubits of fine twined bleached linen, and their sockets bronze. The midrash states that Moshe heard people expressing suspicion about his appropriation of the money, in terms of whether he kept any for himself. Then, when the children of Israel were to be counted for the first time everyone 20yrs and older had to give one silver bekah for the building of the tabernacle / or the house of the Groom, the sukkah! The groom gives the bride a bekah of Gold / Royalty and the Bride gives the Groom a Bekah of Silver - Redemption. 3 Matthew 27:33 And when they were come unto a place called Golgotha, that is to say, a place of a skull, or one beka gulgolet eqb tlglg for the building of the sanctuary to accept the sacrifices could also be translated as one who is broken at Golgotha! Messiah is the one broken at Golgotha to pay the redemption price so He can take His bride unto Himself! Exodus 40:16 And Moses did so. According to all that the LORD commanded him, so he did. Step 1) v:18,19 And Moses reared up the tabernacle and fastened its sockets, and set up its boards, and put in its bars, and reared up its pillars. And he spread the tent over the tabernacle and put the covering of the tent above upon it, even as the LORD commanded Moses. Step 2) v:21 And he brought the ark into the tabernacle and set up the veil of the covering, and covered the Ark of Testimony, even as the LORD commanded Moses. Step 3) v:23 And he set the bread in order upon it before the LORD, even as the LORD had commanded Moses. Step 4) v:25 And he set up the lamps before the LORD, even as the LORD commanded Moses. Step 5) v:27 And he burned sweet incense on it, even as the LORD commanded Moses. Step 6) v:29 And he put the altar of burnt offering by the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation, and offered on it the burnt offering and the food offering, even as the LORD commanded Moses. Step 7) v:32 When they went into the tent of the congregation, and when they came near the altar, they washed, even as the LORD commanded Moses. Does the creation of the tabernacle parallel the creation of the world? Genesis 1:7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. Genesis 1:9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. Exodus 39:43 And Moses looked upon all the work, and, behold, they had done it. As the LORD commanded, even so they had done it. And Moses blessed them. Genesis 2:1-3a And the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made. And He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made. And God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, Exodus 40:33 And he reared up the court round about the tabernacle and the altar, and set up the hanging of the court gate. So Moses finished the work. Exodus 29:43 And there I will meet with the children of Israel, and the tabernacle shall be sanctified by my glory. Exodus 40:34,35 Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle. And Moses was not able to enter into the tent of the congregation, because the cloud abode thereon, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle. The glory is revealed in the 7 th day. Did something go wrong? Was Moshe unworthy? Exodus 24:15,16 And Moses went up into the mount, and a cloud covered the mount. And the glory of the LORD abode upon Mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days: and the seventh day he called unto Moses out of the midst of the cloud. Leviticus 1:1 And the LORD called unto Moses, and spake unto him out of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man of you bring an offering Nbrq unto the LORD, ye shall bring your offering Nbrq of the cattle, even of the herd, and of the flock. Part 2-The Gospels & Acts from a Hebraic Perspective Luke 23:55,56 And the women also, which came with him from Galilee, followed after, and beheld the sepulchre, and how his body was laid. And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment. We see here they bought and prepared the spices before the Sabbath began. Luke 24:1 Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. Mark 16:1,2 And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him. And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun. Leviticus 23:10,11 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf rme of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest: And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it. 1Corinthians 15:20,21 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; Esther 3:7 In the first month, that is, the month Nisan, in the twelfth year of king Ahasuerus, they cast Pur, that is, the lot, before Haman from day to day, and from month to month, to the twelfth month, that is, the month Adar. Esther 3:8,9 And Haman said unto king Ahasuerus, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the people in all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws are diverse from all people; neither keep they the king's laws: therefore it is not for the king's profit to suffer them. If it please the king, let it be written that they may be destroyed: and I will pay ten thousand talents of silver to the hands of those that have the charge of the business, to bring it into the king's treasuries. Esther 4:15-17 Then Esther asked them to answer Mordecai, "Go, gather together all the Jews who are present in Shushan, and fast for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day. I and my maidens will also fast the same way. Then I will go in to the king, which is against the law; and if I perish, I perish." So Mordecai went his way, and did according to all that Esther had commanded him. Esther 5:1 Now it came to pass on the third day, that Esther put on her royal apparel, and stood in the inner court of the king's house, over against the king's house: and the king sat upon his royal throne in the royal house, Mark 16:14,15 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen. And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. John 8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. Matthew 5:14 Ye are the light of the world. Proverbs 20:27 The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD, searching all the inward parts of the belly. Exodus 40:25 And he lighted the lamps before the LORD; Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Who are we shining for? Exodus 40:13-15 And thou shalt put upon Aaron the holy garments, and anoint him, and sanctify him; that he may minister unto me in the priest's office. And thou shalt bring his sons, and clothe them with coats: And thou shalt anoint them, as thou didst anoint their father, that they may minister unto me in the priest's office: for their anointing shall surely be an everlasting priesthood throughout their generations. 7 P a g e
