And he wrote on the tables the words of the covenant, the ten words. Exodus 34:30-32 When Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come near him. Moses called to them, and Aaron and all the rulers of the congregation returned to him; and Moses spoke to them. Afterward all the children of Israel came near, and he gave them all of the commandments that Yahweh had spoken with him on Mount Sinai When Moses was done speaking with them, he put a veil on his face. But when Moses went in before Yahweh to speak with him, he took the veil off, until he came out; and he came out, and spoke to the children of Israel that which he was commanded. The children of Israel saw Moses' face, that the skin of Moses' face shone: and Moses put the veil on his face again, until he went in to speak with him. But by using this word it makes us think of the church being distinct from Judaism. So when we say when did the church begin no one knows it was in Exodus! hde `edah, a stated assemblage a family or crowd:-- assembly, company, congregation, multitude, In Septuagint translated as the Greek word sunagogay Both words were interchangeable in the Greek. 1 P a g e

2 Just as with Moses 2 nd coming down from Mt Sinai and gathered the assembly so with Yeshua s 2 nd coming down will He come and gather the assembly from the four corners of the world. Matthew 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Exodus 35:2a Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to the LORD: This even has priority over the building of the tabernacle. And when Messiah comes He will introduce a 1,000 year Sabbath millennial reign. Ezekiel 43:1 Afterward he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looks toward the east. Behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like the sound of many waters; and the earth shined with his glory. Ezekiel 43:4-7 The glory of Yahweh came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east. The Spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and behold, the glory of Yahweh filled the house. I heard one speaking to me out of the house; and a man stood by me. He said to me, Son of man, this is the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel forever. Ezekiel 44:1,2 Then he brought me back by the way of the outer gate of the sanctuary, which looks toward the east; and it was shut. Yahweh said to me, This gate shall be shut; it shall not be opened, neither shall any man enter in by it; for Yahweh, the God of Israel, has entered in by it; therefore it shall be shut. Ezekiel 44:15 But the priests the Levites, the sons of Zadok, who kept the charge of my sanctuary when the children of Israel went astray from me, they shall come near to me to minister to me; and they shall stand before me to offer to me the fat and the blood, says the Lord Yahweh: Ezekiel 44:23,24 They shall teach my people the difference between the holy and the common, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean. In a controversy they shall stand to judge; according to my ordinances shall they judge it: and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all my appointed feasts; and they shall make my Sabbaths holy. Isaiah 66:22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, says Yahweh, so shall your seed and your name remain. It shall happen, that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, says Yahweh. 2 P a g e

3 When Moses came down He came with the instructions of building God s sukkah(tabernacle) during the Feast of Tabernacles. When Messiah comes down it will also be at the Feast of Tabernacles which will be celebration every year of the messianic kingdom on earth. Zechariah 14:16,17 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. When Messiah came the first time He revealed the concept of His body that He has been assembling since the beginning of the promised seed to Adam and Eve. 1Corinthians 12:14-21 For the body is not one part, but a number of parts. If the foot says, Because I am not the hand, I am not a part of the body; it is no less a part of the body. And if the ear says, Because I am not the eye, I am not a part of the body; it is a part of the body all the same. If all the body was an eye, where would be the hearing? if all was hearing, where would be the smelling? But now God has put every one of the parts in the body as it was pleasing to him. And if they were all one part, where would the body be? But now they are all different parts, but one body. And the eye may not say to the hand, I have no need of you: or again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. 1Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? Ephesians 2:19-22 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone, in whom the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit. Colossians 1:15-20 who is the image of the invisible God, first-born of all creation, because in him were the all things created, those in the heavens, and those upon the earth, those visible, and those invisible, whether thrones, whether lordships, whether principalities, whether authorities; all things through him, and for him, have been created, and himself is before all, and the all things in him have consisted. 3 P a g e

4 And himself is the head of the body--the assembly--who is a beginning, a first-born out of the dead, that he might become in all things -- himself--first, because in him it did please all the fulness to tabernacle, and through him to reconcile the all things to himself--having made peace through the blood of his cross--through him, whether the things upon the earth, whether the things in the heavens. Exodus 35:25,26 All the women who were gifted artisans spun yarn with their hands, and brought what they had spun, of blue, purple, and scarlet, and fine linen. And all the women whose heart stirred with wisdom spun yarn of goats' hair. Exodus 26:31 And thou shalt make a vail of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen of cunning work: with cherubims shall it be made: John 2:20 Then the Jews said, "It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?" Hebrews 10:20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; Psalms 139:13 For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother's womb. Exodus 36:1,2 Then wrought Bezaleel lalub and Aholiab, baylha and every wise hearted man, in whom the LORD put wisdom and understanding to know how to work all manner of work for the service of the sanctuary, according to all that the LORD had commanded. And Moses called Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every wise hearted man, in whose heart the LORD had put wisdom, even every one whose heart stirred him up to come unto the work to do it: lalub bets-al-ale'; in (the) shadow (i.e. protection) of God; 171. baylha 'Oholiy'ab, tent of (his) father; Their names have messianic significance. Psalms 91:1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow lu of the Almighty. John 1:14 And the Word became flesh, and tabernacled among us. Part 2-The Gospels & Acts from a Hebraic Perspective Mark 15:2,3 And Pilate asked him, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answering said unto him, Thou sayest it. And the chief priests accused him of many things: but he answered nothing. Mark 15:21 And they compel one Simon a Cyrenian, who passed by, coming out of the country, the father of Alexander and Rufus, to bear his cross. Romans 16:13 Salute Rufus chosen in the Lord, and his mother and mine. Mark 15:25,26 And it was the third hour, and they crucified him. And the superscription of his accusation was written over, THE KING OF THE JEWS. Psalms 118:27-29 God is the LORD, which hath shewed us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar. Thou art my God, and I will praise thee: thou art my God, I will exalt thee. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. Mark 15:33 And when the sixth hour was come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour. Psalms 118:16,17 The right hand of the LORD is lifted up; the right hand of the LORD does mighty things. I shall not die, but live and declare the works of the LORD. Mark 15:34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? (which being translated is, My God, My God, why did You forsake Me?) Psalms 118:21-24 I will praise You; for You have heard me, and are my salvation. The Stone which the builders refused has become the Head of the corner. This is from the LORD; it is marvelous in our eyes. This is the day which the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. Mark 15:38,39 And the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom. And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost. Mark 15:42,43 And now when the even was come, because it was the preparation, that is, the day before the sabbath, Joseph of Arimathaea, an honourable counsellor, which also waited for the kingdom of God, came, and went in boldly unto Pilate, and craved the body of Jesus. Leviticus 23:5 In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the LORD'S passover. And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the LORD: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread. In the first day ye shall have an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein. John 19:31 The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away. John 19:41 Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden; and in the garden a new sepulchre, wherein was never man yet laid. There laid they Jesus therefore because of the Jews' preparation day; for the sepulchre was nigh at hand.
