1 Level A We added 2 more Ayahs in Surat Fatiha and repeated it from the beginning. Memorize the first 4 Ayahs of Surat AlFatiha. Arabic We practiced writing the letters Alif Baa and Taa. We learned to write number one in arabic. Practice writing number 1 in Arabic. Bismillah! What you say before you eat, drink and play or sleep. Say Bismillah! You even say Bismillah before you get your wiggles out! (or go on a bear hunt!) Say Bismillah. And please if you can donate a pack of wet wipes for the use in class.

2 Level B We reviewed Surat Al Falaq Ayahs 1-5 and the kids reviewed Surat Al Fatiha. Memorize Surat Al Fatiha and Surat Al-Falaq Ayahs 1-5. Arabic We revised the letters Alif, Baa, Taa and Thaa and Number 1 in Arabic Wahid. We learned letter Jeem and number 2 Ithnan. We did Page 12 in Arabic writing book and in Activity Book page 2. Finish Letter Jeem page 13 in Good Word Arabic Writing. Finish number 2 in Arabic Numbers book. We reviewed who is our creator and our prophet s name. We also talked about how Allah made all kinds of animals, insects, fruits, flowers and families. Please practice page

3 Level C1 We finished learning the meaning of Surat Al Fatiha. We recited Surat Al Fatiha Start leanring Surat Al Fatiha. Arabic We reviewed the letter Haa in different forms (beginning middle end) and reviewed the letters Alif - Jeem We learned the number 6 Sitta and reviewed numbers 1-5. Complete page 6 (Shape and Forms of Arabic Letters Book). Complete page 14 (Arabic Writing Book). Complete pages 8 (Arabic Numbers Book). We learned the Dua for knowledge: Rabbi Zidni Ilma We talked about what you say when you are thankful, AlHamduliAllah and all the different things that Allah has created, Learn the dua for knowledge.

4 Level C2 Practiced Surat Al-Kawthar and the meaning of the words (translation). Memorize Surat Al-Kawthar and read the translation. Arabic We reviewed the letter Haa in different forms (beginning middle end) and reviewed the letters Alif - Jeem We learned the number 6 Sitta and reviewed numbers 1-5. Complete page 6 (Shape and Forms of Arabic Letters Book). Complete page 14 (Arabic Writing Book). Complete pages 8 (Arabic Numbers Book). First pillar of Islam and who is our creator. Page 9 - memorize dua and read the meaning of the dua.

5 Level D1 Today was the last day of Surat Al-Asr. Almost everyone did a great job reciting it. We had a quick overview and we moved to Surat Al-Takathur. I am giving a last chance for the two kids who were not able to memorize. Please do so by next week! ic Arabic We reviewed Arabic Alphabets letters. We started the harakat as well. Continue practicing the first lesson using the link: We corrected the homework and talked about the religious duties in Islam. We also introduced the subject on the five pillars of Islam. 6 Level D2 We reviewed the meaning of Surat Al Asr and practiced reciting it. We read the vocabulary of the Surat. We started Surat Al Maun Memorize First Ayah of Surat Al Maun. ic Arabic We reviewed the Arabic letters. We started a project in class. 7 Level E Today was the last day of Surat Al Qadr. Most of the students have memorized already and I am so proud of all of them. We had a quick overview of Surat Al Qadr and next week we will start a new Surah. Students who did not memorize or still need practice with some verses, I am giving you an extra chance. Please do so by next week. ic Arabic Students were given the chance to read the first lesson of Al-Qaida on their own. I am so proud of their performance. Please review the lesson at home.

8 Level F1 We read and explained Ayah 6 of Surat Al Bayinnah #98 Page 61 Memorize Ayah 1-6. ic Arabic We continued the second lesson of Al-Qaida Nourania where we began connecting letters. We played Arabic letter UNO card game. Listen to the entire second lesson using the following link: We completed the Chapter 3: Hajj in Islam. Complete reading the chapter and do exercise on page 21.

9 Level F2 Practiced Surat Al-Qari ah from Ayahs 1 to 8. Explained the 1-8 Ayahs. We read the vocabulary. Memorize ayahs 1-9 of Surat Al-Qari ah. ic Arabic We revised our first lesson Al-Qaida Nourania. We continued the second lesson of Al-Qaida Nourania first page where we began connecting letters. Please go over lesson 1 with your kids. Listen to the entire second lesson using the following link: We completed the Chapter 3: Hajj in Islam. Complete reading the chapter and do exercise on page 21.

10 Level G We learned the entire Surat Ad-Duha Homework: Please make sure that your child memorizes Surat Ad-Duha ic Arabic We learned the Second page of the second lesson of Al-Qaida Nourania. Keep practicing the second lesson page 8 using the following link: We went into details about how Adam was banished from Heaven, three of his sons and how Shaytan interfered and caused trouble. Next week we are learning about prophet Sheeth, a son of Adam (A.s). 11 Level H We recited Surat Al-Buruj from Ayah We learned the explanation of these Ayahs. Memorize Ayah 10 of Surat Al-Buruj with proper pronunciation. For those who did not memorize the previous Ayahs, please do so. ic Arabic We visited the letters homes (makharij) We discussed the main Makharij which are (Throat-tongue-lips) Please revise the paper that I provided you this Sunday. Write the Arabic letters in the beginning, middle and end form. For those of you who did not do it last Sunday, do it twice. Listen and practice 5 timesb the lesson number 2 with sheikh Nour Haqani using the link: Today we talked about the belief in the messengers of Allah. We talked about some Islamic terms such as Kalimullah Roohuminho and Khatamu Nabbiyin. Please read chapter 6 from page and do the exercises on page 27.

12 Level I (Girls and Boys) & Arabic (Girls) We practiced the first lesson of Qaida Nourania. We started the second lesson.
