They were so I am told seven jenn from Naseebeen \ وص ث ه, in northern Eraaq\ العشاق today. They listened to him and when he had finished his prayer, they turned back to their people to إته warn them having believed and responded to what they had heard. Then, he heard a voice saying: "O!سزقSurraq Be an eye witness, for I had heard the Messenger of Allaah Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam saying to you: The Hadeeth means: "You will die in a desert and will buried by a righteous man." "سر ىخ تؤرض فالج و ذف ك رجم صانح." 'Umar ben 'Abdu Al ع ز ت عثذ انعش شAzeez ' said: "Who are you, may هللاAllaah have mercy on you?" He said: "I am one of the انجJenns who listened to the Messenger of Allaah Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam reciting the Quraan. All of these انجJenns have died except me and.انثغىbaghawee died now." End quote of Al سزقSurraq, and سزقSurraq The last of the seven انجJenns to die هللا 'Abdu Allaahe ben ت يسعىدMas'ood,عثذ may هللاAllaah be pleased with him, was traveling with some companions of Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam when a strong wind started to blow. After a while a stronger wind came their way. Then, the wind stopped and it became quite. When the wind stopped blowing, they saw a dead snake. Ebnu إت يسعىدMas'ood said: "One of us went to the dead snake, tore a piece of his cloth, shrouded and buried the snake. When night came in and it became dark, they heard two women asking them:?" ع زو ت جاتز \ Jaaber "Which one you buried 'Amr ben We said: "We do not know who 'Amr ben Jaaber \ ع زو ت جاتز is." They said: "If you shrouded and buried him to get rewards from,هللاallaah you got it. What happened is this: The Faaseqeen\ The /انفاسم Unbelievers of the انجJenns attacked their Believers, and in this battle ع زوAmr ' was killed, and he is the dead snake you saw and buried. 'Amr ben Jaaber \ ع زو ت جاتز was, apparently, the last of the seven انجJenns who listened to Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam reciting the Quraan on top of this mountain at 'Eshr\,عشز became Muslems and went back to their country and warned their people.

3 3 Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam was returning to Makkah Al Mukarramah\ يكح ان كزيح from Al Taa-ef \ انطائف, where the tribe of Thaqeef \ ثم ف had rejected him, and Allaah\ هللا Most Gracious and Most Merciful turned towards him a group of,عشزeshr ' while he was offering his prayer on top of this mountain in the village of انج Jenns\ who, then, accepted him and embraced Islaam!!! Al Qastalaanee\ انمسطال said: "The Messenger of Allaah Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam went to Al Taaef \ انطائف three months after the death of,خذ جحKhadeejah when few days were left of the month of Shawwaal \ شىال of the tenth year of Prophet Hood." He further said: "Together with him was Zayd ben ت حارثحHaarethah.س ذ The Messenger of Allaah Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam stayed in Al Taa-ef \ انطائف for one month, calling the leaders of Thaqeef \ ثم ف to Allaah\,هللا and they rejected him." 4 4 بسم هللا الرحمن الرحيم ان خهح ان ا ح Yamaaneyyah\ Al Nakhlah Al Four major events took place in this valley of Nakhlah\ خهح located about 62 km South of Makkah Al Mukarramah\ يكح ان كزيح on the Expressway (Tareequ Al Sayle\ انس م (طز ك between Makkah\ يكح and Al Taa if\.انطائف Two of these events are recorder in the Holy Quraan. These four events are: (One) His fourteenth year Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam (One) When the Prophet Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam was fourteen years old the war called Harbu Al Fejjaare Al حزب انفجار األخزAakher took place, and according to.شىال Shawwaal\ some narration in the month of Major events of this war took place in the following four famous days:. ىو انش طح Shamtah\ (One) Yawmu (Two) Yawmu Al Sharebe\ انشزب, ىو which is the most important one of them all. خهح Nakhlata\ that took place in the village of, ىو انحز زج Hurayrati\ (Three) Yawmu al.يكح Makkah\ about sixty kilometers to the South of The Prophet Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam was present at this day in the battle field and he said: The Hadeeth means: "ك د أ ثم عه أع اي ىو انفجار." When the reading was finished, they returned to their people, to warn them of their sins(29). :سىرج انج Jenne\ And again in Aayah one of Sooratu Al {ق ل أ وح ي إ ل ي أ ن و إس ت م ع ن ف ر م ن إل ج ن ف ق ال وإ إ ن ا س م ع ن ا ق ر آ ن ا ع ج ب ا )1(} The Aayah means: Say: it has been revealed to me that a company of انجJenns listened (to the Quraan), they said: We have really heard a wonderful recital(1). 6 6 This expedition took place in the month of Rajab\ رجة of the second year of Hejrah\.انهجزج This expedition was made of eight companions and all of them were Muhaajereen\ يهاجز and were lead by Abdu Allaahe ben Jah-sh ben Re-aab Al Asadee \ عثذ هللا ت جحش ت رئاب األسذ, cousin of Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam, for his mother is أي ح ت د عثذ Umaymah bentu Abdu Al Muttaleb ben Haashem ben Abdu Manaaf ben Qusayy aunt of Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa,"ان طهة ت هاشى ت عثذ ي اف ت لص \ عثذ Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam and twin sister of his father Abdu Allaahe ben Abdu Al Muttaleb.هللا ت عثذ ان طهة \ Allaah Most High هللا ذعان \ revealed concerning this expedition the Aayah two hundred :سىرج انثمزج Baqarah\ seventeen of Sooratu Al و إل م س ج د إ لح ر إم و إ خ ر إ ج } ي س أ ل ون ك ع ن إلش ي ر إل ح ر إم ق ت ال ف يو ق ل ق ت ال ف يو ك ب ير و ص د ع ن س ب يل إلم و و ك ف ر ب و أ ى م و م ن و أ ك ب ر ع ن د إلم و و إل ف ت ن ة أ ك ب ر م ن إل ق ت ل و ل ي ز إل ون ي ق ات م ون ك م ح ت ى ي ر دوك م ع ن د ين ك م إ ن إس ت ط اع وإ و م ن ي ر ت د د م ن ك م ع ن د ين و ف ي م ت و ى و ك اف ر ف أ ول ئ ك ح ب ط ت أ ع م ال ي م ف ي إلد ن ي ا و إ ل خ ر ة و أ ول ئ ك أ ص ح اب إلن ار ى م ف يي ا خ ال د و ن {)714( The Aayah means: They ask you concerning fighting in the prohibited month, say: Fighting therein is a grave (offence). But graver is it in the sight of Allaah هللا to prevent access to the path of Allaah هللا, to deny Him, to prevent access to the Sacred Mosque, and to drive out its members (The Prophet Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam and his companions). Tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter. Nor will they cease fighting you until they turn you back from your faith if they can. And if any of you turn back from their faith and die in unbelief, their works will bear no fruit in this life and in the Hereafter. They will be companions of the Fire and will abide therein(217). إن We will expand on this story when we will report about the expedition itself inshaa a Allaahu.شاء هللا \ ان سجذ Masjed\ Al / عشز Eshr\ How to go to عشزEshr is about sixty two (62) kilometers from Makkah Al Mukarramah\ ان كزيح.يكح From.انشزائع \ Sharaa-e Pass the town of Al.انطائف Ta-if\ you take the Expressway to يكح Makkah\ After fifty nine-fifty seven kilometers from Makkah\,يكح there is a gas station on your right hand side. Get off the Expressway at that gas station and go to the left on the dirt road under the bridge. There you are already in Waadee Nakhlah Al Yamaaneyah/The Valley of Nakhlah Al Yamaaneyah\ خهح ان ا ح. واد It is a very rough road, with a lot of stones.

7 7 Drive for about five to seven kilometers and you will see a big white masjed in front of you, on the side of a mountain to your left. Under the masjed there are few houses in the valley. This masjed is called Masjedu Waade Nakhlah\ واد خهح, يسجذ and it was built by a good business man from Makkah\ يكح by the name of Fahd\ فهذ in 1418 Hejree. The exact spot where Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam performed his salaat, though, is on top of the mountain behind the masjed. This young man told us that he is of the tribe of Banee Sa ad\ ت سعذ of the Huthayl\ هذ م the tribe that live in this territory: it is the tribe of the great companion Abdu Allaahe bin Mas ood Al Huthalee \ انجه م عثذ هللا ت يسعىد انهذن,انصحات may Allaah\ هللا be pleased with him and with all companions of Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam.. ان سجذ Masjed\ This area and village is known also as The The first to climb the mountain and pray on that sacred spot After we climbed the mountain and I was standing next to the spot where the Messenger of Allaah Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam prayed and the seven jenn listened to his reading of the Quraan and became Muslem, Sultaan\,سهطا the young man in the picture whose family is the only people living in this village told me and my travel companion the taxi owner: You are the first people to climb the mountain and stand on that spot. I was very happy to be called by Sultaan\,سلطان who lives at the base of the mountain, the first one to climb that mountain and pray on the spot where my Beloved Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam\ تأت و وأم prayed. I had never seen any picture of that location in the internet, therefore I sent its pictures and how to get there to a couple of websites in Saudi Arabia, one in Al Madeenah Al Munawwarah\ المذ ىح المىوسج and the second in Jeddah\ جذج to upload it and show it to the Muslem around the world. Maybe this lead to the destruction of that masjed, and/or probably to more people coming to know about it, because of the prohibition and of the presence of the police who will make the people curious and wanting to know what is hiding behind it. The Valley of Nakhlah\ وادي وخلح is a large piece of real estate and it had taken us many hours of driving within the Valley of Nakhlah \ وادي وخلح, asking direction to the local people until finally finding someone who knew what we were looking for and giving us exact directions on how to get there.

He died while taking rest under the shade of a tree on the road while going back to Yaman\.ان That is how the life of the king who wanted to fight Allaah ended. هللا خهح انشاي ح Shaamiyah\ Nakhlah Al To the north of Al Nakhlah Al Yamaaniyah\ خهح ان ا ح and separated by it by a large mountain is Al Nakhlah Al Shaamiyah\ انشاي ح, خهح where the idol Al Uzzaa\ انعشي was located. There are police officers not in uniform who harasses and prevent anyone to climb the mountain and they said to me when I came down from the mountain after praying there, together with my two travelling companions: It is prohibited to climb the mountain and to go to that spot. We have to call the authority and check with them. The landscape of the spot on top of the mountain underwent a dramatic change. The top of the mountain has been deeply changed: more boulders have been added and have been moved around. The original spot have been separated from the adjacent mountain and there is a deep trench between the two now. The spot have become two or three spots on two or more levels!: see the photo below. Additional structures to accommodate the men who prevent Muslems from climbing this mountain and to pray on the spot where Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam did pray. The women of the village cannot move freely around anymore, and are confined to their houses: who will take care of their sheep? Wherever a Muslem prays and makes sujood on is a masjed\,مسجذ which means where you make sujood. The Masjed of Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam وادي وخلح Nakhlah\ in the valley of Waadee عشش Eshr\ on top of this mountain at the village of have been destroyed. 29 29 Those who disobey the Messenger of Allaah Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam \ said in Aayah fourteen of Sooratu Al Nesaa-e\ سىرج ان ساء the final abode of those who disobey Him and His Messenger Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam: هللا ذعان Allaah Most High {و م ن ي ع ص إلم و و ر س ول و و ي ت ع د ح د ود ه ي د خ م و ن ار إ خ ال د إ ف يي ا و ل و ع ذ إب م ي ين )11(} The Aayah means: "But those who disobey هللاAllaah and His Messenger and transgress His limits will be admitted to a Fire, to abide therein: and they shall have a humiliating punishment(14)." (Quraan 4:14). Ah! the evil One - Shaytaan\ Satan /انش طا - is but a traitor to man!"(29)then the Messenger will say: "O my Lord! Truly my people took the Quraan for just foolish nonsense"(30)thus We made for every Prophet and enemy among the criminals, but enough is your Lord to guide and to help(31)." (Quraan 25:27-31). Al Baghawee\ انثغى said: "Everyone who hinders men from the path of هللاAllaah is a Evil /انش طاShaytaan doer/satan."

30 30 :سىرج انمصص Qasas\ said in Aayah fifty of Sooratu Al هللا ذعان High\ Allaah Most {ف إ ن ل م ي س ت ج يب وإ ل ك ف اع م م أ ن م ا ي ت ب ع ون أ ى و إء ى م و م ن أ ض ل م م ن إت ب ع ى و إه ب غ ي ر إل ق و م إلظ ال م ين )23(} ي ي د ي ى د ى م ن إلم و إ ن إلم و ل The Aayah means: "But if they hearken not to you, know that they only follow their own lusts: and who is more هللاAllaah For?هللاAllaah astray than one who follows his own lusts, devoid of guidance from guides not people given to wrong doing(50)." (Quraan 28:50). سىرج ان ساء Nesaa-e\ \ said in Aayah one hundred fifteen of Sooratu Al about those who follow another way than the way of the Prophet Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam: هللا ذعان Allaah Most High ج ي ن م {و م ن ي ش اق ق إلر س ول م ن ب ع د م ا ت ب ي ن ل و إل ي د ى و ي ت ب ع غ ي ر س ب يل إل م ؤ م ن ين ن و ل و م ا ت و ل ى و ن ص م و و س اء ت م ص ير إ )112(} The Aayah means: "If anyone contends with the Messenger even after Guidance has been plainly conveyed to him, and follows a path other than that becoming to men of Faith, We shall leave him in the path he has chosen, and land him in Hell - what and evil refuge!(115)." (Quraan 4:115). The punishment for those who hinder men from following the path of Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam Those who have destroyed the masjed of the Messenger of Allaah Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam in the village of Eshr\ عشز in Nakhlah\ خهح and elsewhere want to hinder Muslems from following the way of the Prophet Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam.

31 31 هللا ذعان Allaah Most High :األ مال \ سىرج \ said in Aayah thirty six to thirty eight of Sooratu Al Anfaal {إ ن إل ذ ين ك ف ر وإ ي ن ف ق ون أ م و إل ي م ل ي ص د وإ ع ن س ب يل إلم و ف س ي ن ف ق ون ي ا ث م ت ك ون ع م ي ي م ح سر ة ث م ي غ م ب ون و إل ذ ي ن ك ف ر وإ إ ل ى ج ي ن م ي ح ش ر ون )64( ل ي م يز إلم و إل خ ب يث م ن إلط ي ب و ي ج ع ل إل خ ب يث ب ع ض و ع م ى ب ع ض ف ي ر ك م و ج م يع ا ف ي ج ع م و ف ي ج ي ن م أ ول ئ ك ى م إل خ اس ر ون )65( ق ل ل م ذ ين ك ف ر وإ إ ن ي ن ت ي وإ ي غ ف ر ل ي م م ا ق د س م ف و إ ن ي ع ود وإ The Aayahs mean: ف ق د م ض ت س ن ة إ ل و ل ين )66(} "The Unbelievers spend their wealth to hinder (men) from the path of Allaah\,هللا and so will they continue to spend; but in the end they will have (Only) regrets and sighs; at length they will be overcome and the Unbelievers will be gathered together to Hell -(36)In order that هللاAllaah may separate the impure from the pure, put the impure, one on another, heap them together, and cast them into Hell. They will be the ones to have lost(37)say to the Unbelievers, if (now) they desist (from Unbelief), their past would be forgiven them, but if they persist, the punishment of those before them is already (A matter of warning for them)(38)." (Quraan 8:36-38). The ultimate objective of those who destroy Islamic Heritage The ultimate objective of those who destroy the heritage of Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam is to destroy the Islamic religion. \ said in Aayahs twenty two and twenty three of Sooratu Al :سىرج انرىتح Tawbah\ هللا ذعان Allaah Most High {ي ر ي د ون أ ن ي ط ف ئ وإ ن ور إلم و ب أ ف و إى ي م و ي أ ب ى إلم و إ ل أ ن ي ت م ن ور ه و ل و ك ر ه إل ك اف ر و ن و ل و ك ر ه إل م ش ر ك ون )00(} ر س ول و ب ال ي د ى و د ين إل ح ق ل ي ظ ي ر ه ع م ى إلد ين ك م و )07( ى و إل ذ ي أ ر س ل The Aayahs mean: "They want to estinguish هللاAllaah's Light with their mouths, but هللاAllaah will not allow but that His Light should be perfected, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it)(32)it is He Who Has sent His Messenger with Guidance and the religion of Truth, to prevail it over all religion, even though the Pagans may detest (it)(33)." (Quraan 9:32-33).

32 32 Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam is a light that brought guidance to humanity Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam is a light sent to mankind and jenns to guide them from the darkness they lived in to the light of Islaam. سىرج said in Aayahs fifteen and sixteen of Sooratu Al Maa-edah هللا ذعان High\ Allaah Most :ان ائذج {ي ا أ ى ل إل ك ت اب ق د ج اء ك م ر س ول ن ا ي ب ي ن ل ك م ك ث ير إ م م ا ك ن ت م ت خ ف ون م ن إل ك ت اب و ي ع ف و عن ك ث ير ق د ج اء ك م م ن إلم و ن ور و ك ت اب م ب ين )12( ي ي د ي ب و إلم و م ن إت ب ع ر ض و إن و س ب ل إلس ل م و ي خ ر ج ي م م ن إلظ م م ات إ ل ى إلن ور ب إ ذ ن و و ي ي د يي م إ ل ى ص ر إط م س ت ق يم )13(} The Aayahs mean: أي : من التوارة واإلنجيل مثل صفة محمد صمى اهلل محمد صمى اهلل عميه وسمم. عميه وسمم وآية الرجم وغير ذلك ن ور } يعني : "O people of the Book! There has come to you Our Messenger, revealing to you much that you used to hide in the Book, and passing over much (That is now unnecessary): there has come to you from Allaah\ هللا a (new) light and a perspicuous Book(15)Wherewith هللاAllaah guides all who seek His good pleasure to ways of peace and safety, and leads them out of darkness, by His Will, unto the light - guides them to a path that is Straight(16)." (Quraan 4:15-16). يىس Moosaa\ of انرىراج Torah\ said: they used to hide and removed from the انثغى Baghawee\ Al and the Enjeel\ Bible /اإل ج م of Eesaa\ ع س the description of Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam, and the Aayah of stoning those who commit adultery, and others as well. Light: it means Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam. هللا ذعان Allaah Most High :األحشاب \ سىرج \ said in Aayahs forty five and forty six of Sooratu Al Ahzaab {أ ي ي ا إلن ب ي إ ن ا أ ر س م ن اك ش اى د إ و م ب ش ر إ و ن ذ ير إ )12( و د إع ي ا إ ل ى إلم و ب إ ذ ن و و س ر إج ا م ن ير إ )13(} The Aayahs mean: "O Prophet! Truly We have sent you as a Witness, a Bearer of Glad Tidings, and a Warner(45)And as one who invites to هللاAllaah's (Grace) by His leave, and as a Lamp Spreading Light(46)."

33 33 If you love Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam هللاAllaah will love you هللاAllaah If you love Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam will love you. To love Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam means to believe him and to his Message, to obey him by doing what he commands you to do شز عح and to refrain from what he ask you to refrain from. It is to accept and follow his Sharee ah.هللاallaah if you obey Him in his laws you love :هللاAllaah Similarly is the love to.اإلسالو \ \ said in Aayah thirty one and thirty two of Sooratu Aale :سىرج آل ع زا 'Emraana\ هللا ذعان Allaah Most High {ق ل إ ن ك ن ت م ت ح ب ون إلم و ف ات ب ع ون ي ي ح ب ب ك م إلم و و ي غ ف ر ل ك م ذ ن وب ك م و إلم و غ ف ور ر ح يم )01( ق ل أ ط يع وإ إلم و إ ف إ ن إلم و ل ي ح ب إل ك اف ر ين )07(} و إلر س ول ف إ ن ت و ل و عن أبي هريرة رضي اهلل عنه أن رسول اهلل صمى اهلل "كل أمتي يدخمون الجنة إال من أبى" قالوإ ومن يأبى قال: "من أطاعني دخل الجنة ومن عصاني فقد أبى" عميه وسمم قال : أخرجه البخاري في االعتصام - باب : االقتداء بسنن رسول إهلل صمى إهلل عميه وسمم. The Aayahs mean: "Say: "If you do love,هللاallaah follow me: هللاAllaah will love you and forgive you your sins: for هللاAllaah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful"(31)Say: "Obey هللاAllaah and His Messenger: but if they turn back, هللاAllaah loves not those who reject Faith(32)." (Quraan 3:31-32). Al Baghawee\ انثغى in the tafseer\ ذفس ز of this Aayah reports also the following Hadeeth: narrated Al Bukharee\ انثخار in the Book "Al E'tesaamu\ "اإلعرصاو chapter "Al Eqtedaa-u be Sunane Rasoole Allaah \ تس رسىل هللا صه هللا عه ه وسهى Emulating /اإللرذاء the Sunnahs of the Messenger of هللاAllaah Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam, that Aboo Hurayrah\,أتىهز زج may هللاAllaah be pleased with him, said: "The Messenger of Allaah Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam said: "All my nation will enter Paradise, except those who refuse." They said: "And who refuses?" He said: "Whoever obeys me will enter Paradise and whoever disobeys me has refused."

34 34 Those who have violated their Oath Those who have claimed to be Muslems and then destroyed the Heritage of Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam have violated their oath, and Allaah Most :سوسج التوتح Tawbah\ said about them in Aayah thirteen of Sooratu Al هللا تعالى High\ ه إ ن و ن ي م ف الم و أ ح ق أ ن ت خ ش و م ا ن ك ث وإ أ ي م ان ي م و ى م وإ ب إ خ ر إج إلر س ول و ى م ب د ء وك م أ و ل م ر ة أ ت خ ش } أ ل ت ق ات م ون ق و ك ن ت م م ؤ م ن ين )10(} The Aayah means: "Will you not fight people who violated their oath, plotted to expel the Messenger, and took the agression by being the first (to assault) you? Do you fear them? No, it is هللاAllaah Whom you should more justly fear, if you believe!(13)." (Quraan 9:13). هللا ذعان Allaah Most High The ruling concerning those who forbid and destroy masjeds,سىرج انثمزج Baqarah\ \ said in Aayah one hundred forteen of Sooratu Al concerning the punishment of those who forbid and destroy the masjeds: {و م ن أ ظ م م م م ن م ن ع م س اج د إلم و أ ن ي ذ ك ر ف يي ا إس م و و س ع ى ف ي خ ر إب ي ا أ ول ئ ك م ا ك ان ل ي م أ ن ي د خ م وى ا إ ل The Aayah means: خ ائ ف ين ل ي م ف ي إلد ن ي ا خ ز ي و ل ي م ف ي إ ل خ ر ة ع ذ إب ع ظ يم )111(} "And who are more unjust than those who forbid that هللاAllaah's Name be glorified and mentioned (i.e. prayers and invocations) in هللاAllaah's masjeds and strive for their ruin? It was not fitting that such should themselves enter them هللاAllaah's ) masjeds) except in fear. For them there is disgrace in this world, and they will have a great torment in the Hereafter(114)." (Quraan 2:114).

35 35 هللاAllah Only Believing men build and care about the Houses of Allaah Most هللا ذعانHigh calls the men who frequent and pray in the Masjed real and strong men. Allaah, Glorious and Most High\ سثحا ه وذعان,هللا Says in Aayah eighteen of Sooratu Al : سىرج انرىتح \ Tawbah م إ ل خ ر و أ ق ام إلص ل ة و آ ت ى إلز ك اة و ل م ي خ ش إ ل إلم و {إ ن م ا ي ع م ر م س ا ج د إلم و م ن آ م ن ب الم و و إل ي و أ ن ي ك ون وإ م ن إل م ي ت د ين )26(} ف ع س ى أ ول ئ ك "The Mosques of هللاAllaah shall be maintained only by those who believe in هللاAllaah and the Last Day; offer prayers perfectly (Iqamat-as-Salaat), and give Zakaat and fear none but.هللاallaah It is they who are expected to be on true guidance(18)". (Quraan 9:18). And in Aayah one hundred eight of Suratu Tawbah said:, \ هللا ذعان Allaah most High سىرج انرىتح \ } ف يو ر ج ال ي ح ب ون أ ن ي ت ط ي ر وإ و إلم و ي ح ب إل م ط ي ر ين )206(} The Aayah means: "In it 9The masjeds) are men who love to clean and to purify themselves. And هللاAllaah loves those who make themselves clean and pure". (Quraan 9:108). سىرج Says in Ayah 35 of Suratu Al Nnoor,هللا سثحا ه وذعانHigh Allaah, Glorious and Most : ان ىر \ ك و ك ب د ر ي {إلم و ن ور إلس م او إت و إ ل ر ض م ث ل ن ور ه ك م ش ك اة ف يي ا م ص ب اح إل م ص ب اح ف ي ز ج ا ج ة إلز ج اج ة ك أ ن ي ا ي وق د م ن ش ج ر ة م ب ار ك ة ز ي ت ون ة ل ش ر ق ي ة و ل غ ر ب ي ة ي ك اد ز ي ت ي ا ي ض يء و ل و ل م ت م س س و ن ار ن ور ع م ى ن ور ي ي د ي إلم و ل ن ور ه م ن ي ش اء و ي ض ر ب إلم و إ ل م ث ال ل من اس و إلم و ب ك ل ش ي ء ع م يم )63( ف ي ب ي وت أ ذ ن إلم و أ ن ت ر ف ع و ي ذ ك ر ف يي ا إس م و ي س ب ح ل و ف يي ا ب ال غ د و و إ ل ص ال )64( ر ج ال ل ت م ي يي م ت ج ار ة و ل ب ي ع ع ن ذ ك ر إلم و و إ ق ام إلص ل ة و إ يت اء إلز ك اة ي خ اف ون ي و م ا ت ت ق م ب ف يو إل ق م وب و إ ل ب ص ار )65( ل ي ج ز ي ي م إلم و أ ح س ن م ا ع م م وإ و ي ز يد ى م م ن ف ض م و و إلم و ي ر ز ق م ن ي ش اء ب غ ي ر ح س اب )66(} قال سعيد بن جبير عن ابن عباس إهلل رضي عنهما أنه قال : "المساجد بيوت إهلل في األرض وهي تضيء ألهل السماء كما تضيء النجوم ألهل األرض".

36 36 The Aayahs mean: عنهما : ابن عباس قال "يتمى فيها كتابه". إهلل رضي هللاAllaah " is the Light of the Heavens and the earth. The parable of His Light is as (if there were) a niche and within it a lamp, the lamp is in glass, the glass as it were a brilliant star, lit from a blessed tree, an olive, neither of the east (i.e. neither it gets sun-rays only in the morning) nor from the west (i.e. nor it gets sun-rays only in the afternoon,- but it is exposed to the sun all day long), whose oil would almost glow forth (of itself), though nor fire touched it. Light upon Light! هللاAllaah guides to His Light whom He wills. And هللاAllah sets forth parables for mankind, and هللاAllaah is All-Knower of eveything". (Quraan 24:35). Masjeds are the shining stars on Planet Earth This Light is in houses, or it is lit in houses (Masjeds are هللاAllaah's houses in earth, and these houses shine to the people of the heavens as the stars shine to the people of earth): :سىرج ان ىر Nnoor\ Says in Aayahs of Suratu Al,هللا ذعان High\ Allah, Most "In houses (Masjeds), which هللاAllah has ordered to be raised, to be cleaned, and to be honoured, in them His Name is glorified in the mornings and in the afternoon or the evenings(36): (by)men whom neither trade nor sale diverts them from the Remembrance of هللاAllaah (with heart and tongue), nor from offering the prayers perfectly (Iqamat-as-Salaat\ انصالج,(إلاو nor from giving the Zakaat\.انشكاج They fear a Day when hearts and eyes will be overturned (from the horror of the torment of the Day of Resurrection)(37) That هللاAllaah may reward them according to the best of their deeds, and add even more for them out of His Grace. And هللاAllaah provides without measure to whom He wills(38)". (Quraan 24:36-38): The hypocrites wanted to isolate the Prophet Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam The hypocrites worked very hard to isolate the Prophet Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam by chasing away his companions from him, to extinguish the light of Islaam. Allaah :سىرج ان افمى Munaafeqoona\ reports this to us in Aayah seven of Sooratu Al هللا {ى م إل ذ ين ي ق ول ون ل ت ن ف ق وإ ع م ى م ن ع ن د إل م ن اف ق ين ل ي ف ق ي ون )4(} ر س ول إلم و ح ت ى ي ن ف ض وإ و ل م و خ ز إئ ن إلس م او إت و إ ل ر ض و ل ك ن This is the Aayah seven of Sooratu Al Munaafeqoona\ سىرج ان فمى and it means: They are the ones who say: Spend nothing on those who are with Allaah s\ هللا Messenger to the end that they may disperse (and quit Al Madeenah Al Munawwarah\ ان ىرج!(ان ذ ح But to

37 37 هللاAllaah belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth; but the hypocrites understand not(7). (Quraan 63:7). يسجذ انضزار Deraar"/ Masjedu Al Those who destroy the masjeds of the Messenger of Allaah Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallamand his heritage say: We want to preserve Islaam in its pure form : how can that be achieved by the destruction of its landmarks? Others have said the same long :سوسج التوتح Tawbah\ before them, as in the Aayah one hundred seven of Sooratu Al {و إل ذ ين إت خ ذ وإ م س ج د إ ض ر إر إ و ك ف ر إ و ت ف ر يق ا ب ي ن إل م ؤ م ن ين و إ ر ص اد إ ل م ن ح ار ب إلم و و ر س ول و م ن ق ب ل و ل ي ح م ف ن إ ن The Aayah means: أ ر د ن ا إ ل إل ح س ن ى و إلم و ي ش ي د إ ن ي م ل ك اذ ب ون )205(} And there are those who put up a mosque by way of mischief and infidelity to disunite the Believers and in preparation for one (He is Aboo Aamer Al Raa-heb\ الشا ة,أتوعامش who was a Christian monk who fled Al Madeenah Al Munawwarah \ المذ ىح المىوسج and joined the Roman Empire, and who was organizing for the Christian kingdom of Rome, the superpower of that time as the USA is today, to invade Al Madeenah Al Munawwarah\ المذ ىح المىوسج and kill the Messenger of Allaah Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam and Islaam, but to no avail) who warred against Allaah\ هللا and His Messenger afortime. They will indeed swear that their intention is nothing but good: but Allaah \ هللا does declare that they are certainly liars(107). (Quraan 9:107). Are your Unbelievers better than the previous ones? Allaah Most High\ هللا تعالى addressing the Unbelievers of Makkah Al Mukarramah\ مكح المكشمح at the beginning of the Mission of Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam and to the Unbelievers of all times since then said in Aayah forty three of Sooratu Al :سوسج القمش Qamar\ {أ ك ف ار ك م خ ي ر م ن أ ول ئ ك م أ م ل ك م ب ر إء ة ف ي إلز ب ر )10(} أشد وأقوى من إلذين أحممت بيم نقمتي من قوم نوح وعاد وثمود وقوم لوط وآل فرعون وىذإ إستفيام بمعنى إإلنكار أي : ليسوإ بأقوى منيم { أ م ل ك م ب ر إء ة } إلعذإب { ف ي إلز ب ر } في إلكتب أنو لن يصيبكم ما أصاب إ لمم إلخالية. { أ م ي ق ول ون } يعني : كفار مكة

38 38 The Aayah means: Are your Unbelievers (O Quraysh\ (قريش better than they (Earlier Unblievers who have been destroyed for their disbelief, such as the people of Nooh\ نوح, Aad\,عاد Thamood\,ثمود the people of Loot\ لوط and the people of the Farao? You are not stronger than they were!), or have you an immunity in the Sacred Books?(43). (Quraan 54:43). Those who fight against اهللAllaah and His Messenger Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam Allaah Most High\ اهلل تعالى tells us the rewards for those who fight against اهللAllaah and His Messenger Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam in Aayah thirty :سورة المائدة Maa-edah\ three of Sooratu Al أ و ت ق ط ع أ ي د يي م أ و ي ص م ب وإ ن ف ي إ ل ر ض ف س اد إ أ ن ي ق ت م وإ إ{إن م ا ج ز إ ء إل ذ ين ي ح ار ب ون إلم و و ر س ول و و ي س ع و إ م ن إ ل ر ض ذ ل ك ل ي م خ ز ي ف ي إلد ن ي ا و ل ي م ف ي إ ل خ ر ة ع ذ إب ع ظ يم )00(} أ و ي ن ف و و أ ر ج م ي م م ن خ ل ف The Aayah means: The punishment of those who wage war against اهللAllaah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution or cucifiction, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides. Or exile from the land. That is the disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in the Hereafter(33). (Quraan 5:33). Why Muhammad\ محمذ is the Prophet and not one from us? Allaah Most High\ هللا تعالى tells us of those who were envious that the Message of هللاAllaah was given to Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam and not to سوسج one of their tribes in the following Aayahs thirty one and thirty two of Sooratu Al Zukhruf :الزخشف \ ل ن ز ل ى ذ إ إل ق ر آ ن ع م ى ر ج ل م ن إل ق ر ي ت ي ن ع ظ يم )01( أ ى م ي ق س م ون ر ح م ة ر ب ك ن ح ن ق س م ن ا ب ي ن ي م } و ق ال وإ ل و م ع يش ت ي م ف ي إل ح ي اة إلد ن ي ا و ر ف ع ن ا ب ع ض ي م ف و ق ب ع ض د ر ج ات ل ي ت خ ذ ب ع ض ي م ب ع ض ا س خ ر ي ا و ر ح م ة ر ب ك خ ي ر م م ا ي ج م ع ون )07( {

39 39 The Aayahs mean: Also, they say: Why is not this Quraan sent down in some leading man in either of the two (Chief) cities (Makkah Al Mukarramah\ مكح المكشمح and Al Taa-ef\ 31)Is )?(الطائف it they who would portion out the Mercy of Your Lord? It is We Who portion out between them their livelihood in the life of this world: and We raise some of them above others in ranks, so that some may command work from others. But the Mercy of Your Lord is better than the (wealth) which they amass(32). (Quraan 43: 31-32). اهللAllaah said in Aayah seventy six :لز ش Quraysh\ Unbelievers of of Sooratu Al سىرج اإلسزاءEsraa-e concerning the The meaning of the Aayah is: {و إ ن ك اد وإ ل ي س ت ف ز ون ك م ن إ ل ر ض ل ي خ ر ج وك م ن ي ا و إ ذ إ ل ي م ب ث ون خ ل ف ك إ ل ق م ي ل )54(} "Their purpose was to scare you off the land, in order to expel you: but in that case they would not have stayed (Therein) after you except for a little while(76)." (Quraan 17:76). Render back your Trust to those to whom they are due Allaah Subhaanahu Wa Ta'aalaa\ هللا سثحا ه وذعان said concerning the Aamaanah\ Trust /ا يآ ح in :سىرج ان ساء Nesaa-e\ Aayah fifty eight of Sooratu Al {إ ن إلم و ي أ م ر ك م أ ن ت ؤ د وإ إ ل م ان ات إ ل ى أ ى م ي ا و إ ذ إ ح ك م ت م ب ي ن إلن اس أ ن ت ح ك م وإ ب ال ع د ل إ ن إلم و ن ع ما ي ع ظ ك م ب و إ ن إلم و ك ان س م يع ا ب ص ير إ )25(} The Aayah means: هللاAllaah " Does command you to render back your Trusts to those to whom they are due; and when you judge between man and man, that you judge with justice: verily how excellent is the teaching which He gave you! For هللاAllaah is He Who Hears and Sees all things(58)." (Quraan 4:58). This masjed of Prophet Muhammad Sallaa Allaahu 'Alayhe Wa 'Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam in 'Eshr\ خهح \ Nakhlah /عشز who have existed through the ages for over fourteen hundred years and all his other Heritage belong to all Muslems of the world until the Day of Judgment: those who هللاAllaah were intended to keep and maintain it demolished it: they have broken the command of in this and many other Aayahs, and they came short of the trust of the Muslem Ummah.

40 40 هللاAllaah knows what is concealed in the hearts of men Allaah Most High said in Aayah nineteen of Sooratu Ghaafer: The Aayah means: ي ع م م خ ائ ن ة إ ل ع ي ن و م ا ت خ ف ي إلص د ور )16( "(Allaah\ (هللا knows of the (the tricks) that deceive with the eye, and all that the hearts (Of men) conceal." (Quraan 40:19). Allaah Subhaanahu Wa Ta'aalaa\ هللا سثحا ه وذعان said in Aayahs two hundred four to two :سىرج انثمزج Baqarah\ hundred six of Sooratu Al و ى و أ ل د إل خ ص ام )202( و إ ذ إ ت و ل ى ل و ف ي إل ح ي اة إلد ن ي ا و ي ش ي د إلم و ع م ى م ا ف ي ق م ب و } و م ن إلن اس م ن ي ع ج ب ك ق و س ع ى ف ي إ ل ر ض ل ي ف س د ف يي ا و ي ي م ك إل ح ر ث و إلن س ل و إلم و ل ي ح ب إل ف س اد )203( و إ ذ إ ق يل ل و إت ق إلم و أ خ ذ ت و إل ع ز ة ب اإل ث م ف ح س ب و ج ي ن م و ل ب ئ س إل م ي اد )204( و م ن إلن اس م ن ي ش ر ي ن ف س و إب ت غ اء م ر ض اة إلم و و إلم و ر ء وف ب ال ع ب اد )205(} The Aayahs mean: "There is the type of man whose speech about this world's life may dazzle you, and he calls to Allaah\ هللا to witness about what is in his heart; yet is he the most contentious of enemies(204)when he turns his back, his aim everywhere is to spread mischief through the earth and destroy crops and cattle but هللاAllaah loves not mischief(205)when it is said to him: "Fear,"هللاAllaah he is led by arrogance to (more) crime. Enough for him is hell - an evil bed indeed (To lie on)(206)." (Quraan 2: ). قال الكمبي ومقاتل وعطاء : نزلت في األخنس بن شريق الثقفي حميف بني زهرة واسمه أبي وسمي األخنس ألنه خنس يوم بدر بثالثمائة رجل من بني زهرة عن قتال رسول اهلل صمى اهلل عميه وسمم : وكان رجال حمو الكالم حمو المنظر وكان يأتي رسول اهلل صمى اهلل عميه وسمم فيجالسه ويظهر اإلسالم ويقول إني ألحبك ويحمف باهلل عمى ذلك وكان منافقا فكان رسول اهلل صمى اهلل عميه وسمم يدنى مجمسه فنزل قوله تعالى { و م ن الن اس م ن ي ع ج ب ك ق و ل ه ف ي ال ح ي اة الد ن ي ا } )4(. Al الكمبيKalbee and مقاتلMuqaatel and عطاءAtaa said: األخنس بن These Aayah came down about a man called Al Akhnas ben Shareeq Al Thaqafee He was called Al.أت Ubayya\ and his name is,ت سهزج Zuhrah\ an ally of Banee,شريق الثقفي األخنسAkhnas - which means the one who withdraws: see Quraan 114:4 because he retreated

41 41 three hundred men of the tribe of Quraysh\,لز ش subclan of Banee سهزجZuhrah,ت from attending the Battle of Badr\ غشوج تذر and fight against the Messenger of Allaah Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam after he came to know that the caravan lead by Aboo Sufyaan ben Harb\ أتىسف ا ت حزب was safe and back in Makkah Al Mukarramah \ ان كزيح.يكح This man had a sweet speech, and he was a good looking man too. Al األخنسAknas used to come to the Messenger of Allaah Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam, and would sit down with him and show that he was on Islaam, and would tell him: I love you. He would swear on Allaah\ هللا that he loved him Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam. He was a hypocrite. The Messenger of Allaah Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam would let him sit close to himself, and هللاAllaah brought down these Ayahs. أخبرنا عبد الواحد بن أحمد المميحي أخبرنا أحمد بن عبد اهلل النعيمي أخبرنا محمد بن يوسف أخبرنا محمد بن إسماعيل أخبرنا أبو عاصم عن ابن جريج عن ابن أبي مميكة عن عائشة رضي اهلل عنها عن النبي صمى اهلل عميه وسمم قال : "إن أبغض الرجال إلى اهلل تعالى األلد الخصم" Narrated Al Baghawee\ البغوي that Aaeshah\ عائشة Alayhassalaamu, the wife of the Prophet Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam reported that the Prophet Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam said: "إن أبغض الرجال إلى اهلل تعالى األلد الخصم." The Hadeeth means: The men Allaah\ هللا hates most are those who are the most contentious and most litigious. اهللAllaah cursed those who annoy the Messenger of Allaah Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam Allaah Most High\ اهلل تعالى tells us about the punishment of those who annoy His Messenger Sallaa Allaahu Alayhe Wa Alaa Aalehe Wa Sallam in Aayahs fifty seven and fifty eight :سىرج األحشاب Ahzaab\ Sooratu Al {إ ن إل ذ ين ي ؤ ذ ون إلم و و ر س ول و ل ع ن ي م إلم و ف ي إلد ن ي ا و إ ل خ ر ة و أ ع د ل ي م ع ذ إب ا م ي ين ا )24( و إل ذ ين ي ؤ ذ ون إل م ؤ م ن ين و إل م ؤ م ن ات ب غ ي ر م ا إك ت س ب وإ ف ق د إح ت م م وإ ب ي ت ان ا و إ ث م ا م ب ين ا )25(} of
