2 Leadership - Definitions Leadership is the art of leading others to deliberately create a result that wouldn t have happened otherwise. A dynamic relationship based on mutual influence and common purpose between leaders and followers in which both are moved to higher levels of motivation and moral development as they effect real, intended change (Rost 1991).

6 Courage & Determination Courage and Determination are qualities that every leader must embrace acquire and possess. Courage and Determination emanate from strong Faith and belief in your cause.
7 Mutual Consultation & Unity And make counsel with them in the affair; so when you have decided, then place your trust in Allah; surely Allah loves those who trust Quran ي ح ب ٱل م ت وك ل ي ن ف ش او ر ه م ف ى ٱ ل م ر ف إ ذ ا ع ز م ت ف ت و ك ل ع ل ى ٱ لل إ ن ٱ لل Article 9 - THE BASIC STATUTE OF THE STATE: The Governance in the Sultanate shall be based upon Justice, Shura and Equality. 8 Morality & Piety There is no more powerful way to stay at the cutting edge of life, than to have true morality invested into the generations that follow. Piety, religion and morality are intimately connected with the well being of the state, and indispensable to the administration of civil justice.
9 Justice & Compassion O ye who believe ; stand firmly for justice as witness to God, even as against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or poor: For God can best protect both ياأ ي ه ا ٱل ذ ين ء ام ن وا ك ون وا ق و م ين ل إلق إسط ش ه د ا ء ل ل و ل إو ع ل ى أ نف س ك إم أ و ٱ إلو ل د إين و ٱ إ ل إقر ين إ ن ي ك إن غ ن ي ا أ إو ف ق ير ا ف ل ل ل أ إول ى ك ان م ا ت إعم ل ون خ ير ا ه م ا ف ل ت ت ع وا ٱ إله و ى أ ن ت إعد ل وا و إ ن ت إلو ۥ ا أ إو ت إعر ض وا ف إ ن ٱ ل ل
