HisEducation Education The Shaykh s education began at a very early age. He first studied some Shāfi ī Fiqh, ArabicgrammarandreadmostoftheQur ānwithshaykh usaynal-zuhayrī(mayallāh havemercyuponhim)goingontocompletethequr ān srecitationwithhisson. Following this, Shaykh Foudah was sent by his teacher to the Shaykh and Ustādh, the Reciter,wellversedinthecanonicalQur ānicreadings;shaykhsa idal- Anba āwī(may Allāhhavemercyuponhim).Whenhewasinschool,hememorizedwithhim:Tu fatal- 1 Compiledfrom:

After this, Shaykh Foudah memorized under his tutelage,overtwothirdsofthequr ān,thekharīdaal-bahiyya,andjawharatal-taw īd. Duringthattime,ShaykhSa īdal- Anba āwīwasnotteachingtaw īdtoanyonebesides Shaykh Sa īd because of the focus and desire his student had in that subject. Once, his Shaykhbrought[A mad]al-dardīr sexplanationofthekharīdaandrequestedshaykh Sa īdtosummarizeitsoitcouldbeofsomebenefittothestudentsduetoitssmallsize. By Allāh s Grace, Shaykh Sa īd did that and presented it to his Ustādh who then requestedthathestartteachingittothestudentsofknowledge.underhimshaykhsa īd also studied the basics of the recitation of Warsh by memorizing some small didactic texts.hereadsūratal-fāti a,al-baqara,andthebeginningofāl- Imrāntohimwith Warsh. Sometimeafterthis,ShaykhSa īdbecameincreasinglyfocusedonthescienceoftaw īd anddedicatedmostofhistimetoteachingit,alongwithteachingu ūlal-fiqh]and grammar. Shaykh Sa īd went on to meet the Shaykh in Fiqh, Ta awwuf and the ShādhiliyyainJordan,ShaykhA madal-jamālwhohadmadefirmthemadhhabofahl al-sunnah against those that have deviated from it both in Jordan and outside of it. Underhim,ShaykhSa īdstudiedapproximatelythreefourthsofkitābal-ikhtiyārofal- Maw ilīinthe anafīmadhhab.tothisday,heremainsshaykhsa īd sshaykh. FromamongsthisotherteachersarethechiefMuftīofJordan,ShaykhNū al-qu āh, withwhomhehasstudiedpartsoftheshar al-minhājofal-nawawī.hisrelationship withhimtothisdayremainsstrong. ShaykhSa īdmetoversevenyearsagotheshaykhandmu aqqiqanderudite Allāmah, IbrāhīmKhalīfa oneoftheremnantsofthesalafinourtimes,fromthescholarsofahl al-sunnahwhoiswellversedinthesciencesoftafsīr,u ūl,logic,rhetoric,andgrammar upon the way of the early scholars. To this day, Shaykh Ibrāhīm Khalīfa remains his referencepoint.itwashewhoorderedhimtostandinfrontoftheinnovatorswhohave deviated from the way of Ahl al-sunnah and turned on their heels. He has given the ShaykhanIjāzahinnumeroussciencessuchasthesciencesanddetailedareasofTafsīr, explanationof adīth,thescienceoftaw īdanditsmajorworks,thescienceofu ūl, logic,rhetoric,andothersciences.hesaidthathehadnotgivenanijāzahofitslikesto anyonebeforehim.inhisijāzah,heorderedshaykhsa īdtostandagainsttheinnovators andthosethatopposeahlal-sunnahandonmanyoccasionshetestshimandtheyeven researchissuestogether. There are many other Shaykhs that Shaykh Sa īd has met and has a strong connection withsuchas:shaykh AbdulHādīal-KharsaandShaykhAdībal-KallāsinSyria,Shaykh Abdul Qādir al- Ānī(from Iraq) one of the students of Shaykh Abdul Karīm al- Mudarris,theShaykhoftheMashāyekhofIraq,theMuftīofEgyptShaykh AlīJum a, Shaykh AbdulBā ithal-kittānī whohasgivenijāzahtosomeofhisstudentsanddr. Umar Kāmil. He has also met the virtuous Shaykh Mu ammad Sāli al-gharsī of Turkey and has written correspondence with some Shaykhs, such as Shaykh Wahba al- Ghawjīwholaudedhimandhisworksandrequestedthathewritesomebooksindefense ofthemadhhabofahlal-sunnahandrefutesomewhohaveattackedimāmal-rāzī.he 2

He is currently completing his Masters at the University of Jordan studying Aqīdah. He is doingthisforthesakeofobtainingtheofficialdiplomathatisrelieduponinthisagesoit iseasiertospreadthemadjhabofahlal-sunnahinthefuturewithallāh spermission.
