1 An address to our people in Algeria entitled And Incite the Believers By Sheikh Abu Abdul Ilah Ahmed إ ن الحمد الله نحمده ونستعينه ونستغفره ونتوب إليه ونعوذ باالله من شرور أنفسنا ومن سيي ات أعمالنا من يهده االله فلا مض ل له ومن يضلل فلا هادي له وأشهد أ ن لا إله إلا االله وحده لا شريك له وأشهد أ ن محمد ا عبده ورسوله. My Moslem Ummah in general and our people in Algeria in particular, As- Salāmu `Alaykum wa Rahmatu l-lāhi wa Barakātuh. Allah Almighty says: (Fight then in Allah's way; this is not imposed on you except In relation to yourself, and rouse the believers to ardor maybe Allah will restrain the fighting of those who disbelieve and Allah is strongest in prowess and strongest to give an exemplary punishment) 84 Surah An-Nisa. When we saw the Moslem Algeria the stronghold of Ribat and land of the martyrs suffer from abjectness and degradation, and its honorable people gulp all kinds of humiliation, driven by a group of thieves to the arms of the conqueror once again, we saw that we are obligated to give advice to our people, and incite the people of ardency and virility to stand in the face of this sweeping stream of corruption, and stop the project of selling the country and people before it is too late. The despicable thief Bouteflika intended since receiving the keys to power from the military to hock the sovereignty of Algeria and its riches in the corridors of Washington and Paris, seeking to please them, and seeking for a comfortable retirement for him in the

2 presidential palace to end the his treacherous career, or how do we explain the opening of offices for the CIA and FBI in the capital, and the military bases for the American army in the Great Sahara? Who do we explain the foreign minister Medelci standing before the French MPs in Paris and being exposed to a humiliating questioning about the program of his corrupt governments and its imaginary reforms? Doesn t that mean in politics that Algeria is still a French province? Is that why our fathers fought the occupying France? And is for this we paid 1.5 million martyr? But it is a heavy price for handing over the weapons after the mined independence, and removing the Aqeeda of Walla wa Bara from governance, so that the grandsons of Bigeard and Massu found the road open to loot the authority after they rode the train of revolution before it ended with La Cost and under the cover of nationalism and patriotism. Our people in the land of the martyrs, the oppressors have exceeded the range, and they reached that they sold us for a cheap price to the enemy, we are shocked like we have birds on our heads, and the best of us is coldly sorry to what we have reached from the humiliation and degradation after long years of running after the mirage of the traitor Bouteflika and his false promises. Years where the Algerian who was an example in challenging unjust rulers - wasted many of his ardency, manhood and magnanimity too pitifully, or how do we explain the inability of our youth, men and Daa'iyahs to revolt against these bad conditions like peoples who are less in number and sufferings which used to see in him an example before decades? We say this when the market of jihad Alhamdulillah is open, so what if the flame of jihad faded may Allah forbid that -? Our honorable people in the land of jihad and conceitedness, we are your sons and brothers either you like that or not, and the guide doesn t lie on his people, and I m a sincere adviser to you so give me your ears and hearts, because the matter is important, and our struggle with the ruling regime in our country is an struggle over Aqeeda, and there are only two camps: the camp of Iman and the

3 supporters of Sharia, and the camp of Kufr disguised in democracy and the enemies of Sharia, so we have to see in which are we standing and with which group will he be comprehended, because the person is comprehended with who he befriends, supports and loves, and it will not benefit him the claim of Islam and Iman when he stands between the Hands of his Master if it wasn t confirmed by action. Our people in Algeria of the martyrs, Bouteflika and his associates in plundering intended to distort your sons the mujahidin to prevent you from supporting and aiding them, and he succeeded in that to a great extent, and jihad turned to terrorism on many tongues, and many of our sons and brothers turned away from this obligation that was prescribed upon us like fasting and Salat were prescribed upon us, and were dragged behind the forsaking Irjaa calls, and the calls of groups that take the side of the unjust Tawagit in a clear violation to the guidance, Sunnah, Sira of the prophet peace and blessing be upon him, how much we are heartbroken when we see thousands of worshipers in the mosques but no one of them is fit for jihad, if from every mosques one man came out it would have been enough and more, which confirms the saying of the prophet peace and blessing be upon him: An army of soldiers will never be defeated, because of less in number, how is it not so, when the number of our formal mosques mosque not to mention the small mosques, so how will it be if one mujahid came out from every family, we are a nation of five million family and 40 million in population, but we are rubbish like the rubbish of flood, wa La Hawla Wala Quwwata Illa Billah. Our people, we are your sons and brothers, and you know I swear to Allah that we don t lie on you and you never found us lying Alhamdulillah, Bouteflika and his generals the sons of France and the slaves of America, didn t dare to oppress us except when we abandoned our manhood, ardency and magnanimity, and we abandoned defending our honors with our weapons, only then they increased their aberrance, and their evil volatilized, and their plunder redoubled, after they realized that our most effort is strike from studying and work or closing some streets for several hours, then everyone returns to his home and sleeps safely on false promises, that are used by the oppressors as a tranquilizer for every uprising or popular anger that they see in it a threat to their thrones, until when how much longer will we remain believing their lies, is there no path for us to a revival? We ask Allah that be soon.

4 Our people in Algeria in general and its youth the hope of the Ummah in particular, the winds of revolutions have blown on our Ummah, but we have come back empty-handed and missed you in the squares of freedom after you filled the stadiums, and the traitor Bouteflika can live comfortably, boasting his heresy and democracy openly, after he succeeded with the sorcery of football, glottides and satellite channels in achieving what his predecessors failed to achieve by tanks and armored vehicles. The dire situation which the country and people have reached bear the responsibility of that after the treacherous rulers are the Ulema of the Ummah for remaining silent fro saying the truth for fear and for greed, and even approval of the crimes of Bouteflika and his cronies, forgetting or pretending to have forgotten the saying of the Almighty: (And remember Allah took a Covenant from the People of the Book, to make it known and clear to mankind, and not to hide it; but they threw it away behind their backs, and purchased with it some miserable gain! and vile was the bargain they made) 187 Surah Aal-e-Imran, and if they declared the truth and were sincere in advising the Ummah the status of the of the oppressed people would have been very much better from what it have reached from humiliation, degradation, deformation and foulness, and we are wondering where are the Ulema of the Ummah from the absence of the Sharia from governance? Where are the Ulema of the Ummah from the corrupt rulers committing the ten nullifiers? Where are the Ulema of the Ummah from the spread of debauchery and unveiling among our sons and daughters, and what results from that from immorality and weakness which the coming generations will pay for it? Where are the Ulema of the Ummah from the sufferings of our brothers and sisters in the prisons of their alleged Wali-u-al-Amr (guardian)? Regarding jihad unfortunately they are the farthest people from it like it isn t addressed to them! And if they talk about it they slander the mujahidin, and discourage the righteous youth who are eager to support their religion and their oppressed brothers. But all these doesn t absolve us from the responsibility towards this religion on the day on which men shall stand before the Lord of the worlds, how is it not

5 so, when the armies of apostasy are filled with the sons of the Moslems, if they went out for the sake of Allah our situation would have been different, but they preferred the promise of the generals over the promise of the Lord of earth and heavens, and they reaped only hellfire to those who died from them, and grief and regret to those who remained alive, especially if he became from those who have disabilities, and was thrown outside the barracks, and their number today according to official sources are servicemen from different ranks and specialties, and say the same thing about the new recruits from the Patriot and the dull municipal guard, slaves of every heretic and roisterer, who their numbers are estimated in tens of thousands but they are thousands who are equal to nothing, they are hostile to mujahidin, and peaceful to the corrupt rulers the origin of the disease and roots of the scourge, and now the Tawgut wants to get rid of them after they were weakened by diseases and disabilities, and the hereafter is the most grievous and bitter except those who repented and does good before we get him or his death comes. We today after these difficult years advice those who are engaged in their war against Islam and preventing the implementation of the Sharia to review themselves, and repent from their deeds before it is too late, also we renew our call to all the sincere Ulema, and devoted Daa'iyahs, and supporters of the Sharia people of the ardency and virility to unite the efforts and corporate in goodness and piety (And fight with them until there is no more persecution and religion should be only for Allah) 39 Surah Al-Anfal, and standing and giving aid until we are ruled by the Sharia and liberate the last span of the Moslem lands. O lions of the capital, Blida, Chlef, Médéa, Boumerdès, and Bouïra, this is your day go out to give support to your religion and defend your honors and save your money, Allah Almighty says: (Go forth light and heavy, and strive hard in Allah's way with your property and your persons; this is better for you, if you know) 41 Surah At-Taubah. O Shers of the free tribes grandsons of Tariq and Amirouche, return to your religion and zeal, and stand behind your brothers the mujahidin to retrieve your glories and status between the armies of the coming Islamic conquest Insha Allah.

6 O brave of the North in Constantine and the Aurès the beginning place of bravery and heroism return to your old days to retrieve your lost glory and stolen independence, stand up once again under the banner of Tawhid and disclaim from the banner of paganism the banner of polytheism and Tandeed and you will be successful and gain the pleasure of the Lord of the slaves. O heroes of the West and Ribat in Bel Abbès, Saïda, Mascara, Tlemcen, Tayara and Oran, there is no pride for you except of jihad, and there is no salvation for you except with fighting for the sake of Allah. (Arabic poetry) Killing and fighting is prescribed on us and the beautiful women have to drag their dresses Be sincere with Allah in your religion, and be sincere with Allah towards brothers and neighbors in the Al-Maghrib Al-Aqṣá (Morocco) who pray ardently to Allah under the whips of subjugation, and cry out to you in day and night, don t you hear their cries when it have reached the skies?! Did we lose ardency and our feelings sag to this extent?! O knights of the Great Sahara people of generosity and magnanimity from Baskala to Laghouat and from Djelfa to Hoggar, stand on your feet, and embrace your arms as your fathers and grandfathers who entered this land conquerors and reforming Daa'iyahs to Allah, the only option is arms to embrace glory and salvation from the rule of butcher, there is no way to achieve justice by division of wealth except under the shadow of Sharia that is preserved by the fence of jihad and the clanging of sharp swords.
