We are the only More Light Congregation in New Orleans which means we welcome not only the membership, but the leadership and talents of all genders, abilities, races, and sexual orientations. We appreciate the spiritual and financial support your attendance brings. 6 The FPCNO adult Bible study Takes place every Sunday morning from 9:30am to 10:30am in the Session room. Each week we read and discuss the current lesson from "The Present Word" Bible study series (published quarterly by PCUSA). Our Sunday morning gatherings are informal and typically consists of approximately 6 to 8 participants. All are welcome to attend. Coffee and refreshments are served. Palm/Passion Sunday rehearsal Sanctuary 11am F.P.C. laying of the Labyrinth Grass yard Sunday 9:30pm Adult Bible Study Session room 10am Children s Choir practice Room am Palm/Passion Sunday Worship Sanctuary Our Maundy Thursday service on March 29 at 6pm begins with dinner, continues to a celebration of Holy Communion, and concludes with a service of diminishing light, as we remember the darkness Jesus entered into on the cross. The whole service will take place around tables in the sanctuary. Dinner is a simple fish meal that is being catered, so we need to know how many people plan to participate. Donations to cover the cost of the meal will be taken, with a suggested cost of $10/person. Your presence is more important to us than cost, so please sign up and come, and donate as you are able.
