3 The journey of life is the quest of every human being. From birth until death, the journey is filled with joy and heartache, celebration and disappointment, abundance and hardship. Geographical location, time in history, and ancestral roots certainly influence one s journey, but individual choices shape the direction and the destination. Often, finding life s true meaning becomes part of the quest and a driving purpose behind every step. May the insights you read in this short book inspire you to walk with wisdom, to consider eternity, and to love others. Take a moment to contemplate where you are headed, because as long as you have breath it is not too late to change your course. Teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom.
