7 FAITH FACTS God s purpose in bestowing favour hasn't changed since Moses spoke of all the blessings available to God s people through our covenant. God wanted His people to be successful then, and He wants us to be successful now. Describe the ways that you've seen the favour of God at work in your life in the following areas: Family: Career: Finances: CONFESS THE FAVOUR OF GOD IS ON ME, AND THE FAVOUR OF GOD GOES BEFORE ME. I HAVE ACCESS TO THE THRONE OF DIVINE FAVOUR, AND IN TIMES OF NEED THAT FAVOUR COMES MY WAY. Page 6

8 FINDING YOURSELF FAITHFUL TRUST IN THE LORD AND DO GOOD; DWELL IN THE LAND, AND HE SHALL GIVE YOU THE DESIRES OF YOUR HEART. PSALM 37:3-4 Notice this passage that there are five prerequisites of receiving the desires of your heart. These five steps will set you in position to receive great favour with God. They are key concepts when walking in covenant. 1. Trust Him. 2. Do good. 3. Find a place and dwell there. 4. Feed on God s faithfulness. 5. Delight yourself in the Lord. Evaluate your life based on these five covenant responses to God. In what areas do you excel? List ways you could improve your covenant response. Page 7

9 ANYTIME WE RE DEALING WITH FAVOUR - WHETHER WITH GOD OR FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS - WE RE ACTUALLY FINDING OUT HOW STRONG THE RELATIONSHIP IS. JERRY SAVELLE When you have found yourself faced with closed doors and seeing defeat, how have you responded in the past? Describe the emotions you felt at the time. How would you react if faced with the same situation today? In what way has this lesson changed how you answered the last question? 10 With this lesson still fresh in your mind, write down what you learned. What fresh revelation did the Lord speak to your heart? How has this lesson helped you know Him better? PRAYER FATHER, PLEASE FORGIVE ME FOR ALL THE TIMES THAT I VE BEEN MORE MINDFUL OF MY PROBLEMS THAN I VE BEEN OF YOUR PROMISES. I RELEASE MY FAITH TO RECEIVE A NEW LEVEL OF REVELATION OF YOUR FAVOUR I ASK FOR YOUR GRACE AS I FULFILL EVERYTHING THAT YOU'VE CALLED ME TO DO. I WILL DO IT WITH EVER INCREASING FAITH AND FAVOUR. I PRAY THIS IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS. AMEN. THE MAGNITUDE OF GOD S LOVE IS STAGGERING. HIS LOVE IS NOT THE ON-AGAIN KIND OF LOVE THAT HUMAN BEINGS OFFER US. KENNETH COPELAND Notes: Page 9
