In Your presence is fullness of joy... - You cannot get any happier anytime in your life than the Presence of GOD - Marriage / Birth of Baby... GOD s presence comes and fills that situation [ Acts 3.19 NKJV ] Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord Isaiah is going through Difficult time, then has an encounter with GOD [ Isaiah NKJV ] In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple. Above it stood seraphim; each one had six wings: with two he covered his face, with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. ( Seraphim - plural ) And one cried to another and said: Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory!...recap. - In the temple the LORD s presence comes - Isaiah SEES... his spiritual eyes are open When you and I come into GOD s presence... we see Him with new eyes 3 Things we see in GOD s Presence

WE SEE HOW BIG GOD IS Isaiah see the Bigness of GOD - GOD s Robe fringe fills the Temple...the train of His robe filled the temple - He s high and lifted up - He s seated on His throne...this vision happened when KING Ussiah died KING UZZIAH - Great King who reigned for 52 Years - Became King at age 16 - Immediately he reimplemented WORSHIP of GOD in Israel... GOD blessed him and became Great King - Conquered more Philistines cities - Expanded the territory - Gave Peace & Prosperity to Israel - Few years before Uzziah dies, King of Assyria is conquering everywhere... but will not go into Israel because King Uzziah - When King Uzziah dies... WHOLE NATION IS AFRIAD [ 2 Chronicles NKJV ] 14 Then Uzziah prepared for them, for the entire army, shields, spears, helmets, body armor, bows, and slings to cast stones. 15 And he made devices in Jerusalem, invented by skillful men, to be on the towers and the corners, to shoot arrows and large stones. So his fame spread far and wide, for he was marvelously helped till he became strong. [ 2 Chronicles ] 16 But when he had become powerful, he also became proud, which led to his downfall. He sinned against the Lord his God by entering the sanctuary of the Lord s Temple and personally burning incense on the incense altar. 17 Azariah the high priest went in after him with eighty other priests of the Lord, all brave men. 18 They confronted King Uzziah and said, It is not for you, Uzziah, to burn incense to the Lord. That is the work of the priests alone, the descendants of Aaron who are set apart for this work. Get out of the sanctuary, for you have sinned. The Lord God will not honor you for this!

3 3 19 Uzziah, who was holding an incense burner, became furious. But as he was standing there raging at the priests before the incense altar in the Lord s Temple, leprosy suddenly broke out on his forehead. 20 When Azariah the high priest and all the other priests saw the leprosy, they rushed him out. And the king himself was eager to get out because the Lord had struck him. 21 So King Uzziah had leprosy until the day he died. He lived in isolation in a separate house, for he was excluded from the Temple of the Lord. - When King Uzziah dies... WHOLE NATION IS AFRIAD - Isaiah thinks... What are we going to do now??? - Isaiah then goes into Temple and WORSHIPS... - See vision of GOD - The king has died... BUT the KING is still on the throne Everyone of us needs this revelation... It happens when we gather together and WORSHIP GOD - Please understand how important it is to GATHER TOGETHER & WORSHIP - It s important to hear Speaker - Message - We need to hear the SAVIOR!! - Many come late thinking they only miss Singing - Many times it s during Singing GOD will speak to us FRESH Listen how Important it is in GATHER TOGETHER [ Exodus NKJV ] GOD speaking to the Israelites And there I will meet with you, and I will speak with you [ Hebrews NLT ] And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near. [ Psalms NLT ] I will praise you in the great assembly. [ Psalms NLT ] I will give you thanks in the great assembly; among the throngs I will praise you.

4 Yes, we can stay home... There s difference in watching and Being Here 4 We can sense GOD s presence ANYWHERE... BUT something special about GOD s presence in the congregation GOD does something when we come together! Q: If it s not important to attend church, why does devil fight it so much?? - We can make it to Work... but at 10 a.m. it s hard to get here on time - Cause everything s going wrong - It s tough to Worship after fight with wife on way here - satan does everything to keep us from - Gathering / Worshiping GOD / Having GOD encounter 1. We see HOW BIG GOD IS 2. WE SEE HOW SMALL WE ARE - Not insignificant / Jesus didn t die for insignificant - Compared to GOD... we are very small [ Isaiah 6.5 NLT ] Then I said, It s all over! I am doomed, for I am a sinful man. I have filthy lips, and I live among a people with filthy lips. Yet I have seen the King, the Lord of Heaven s Armies. - Isaiah s great king just died... Yet he saw the Commander of Heaven s army - He sees how big GOD is - And how small he was - OR... How HOLY GOD is... how sinful he was - When we see GOD we cannot help but see how needful we are

5 [ Revelations 4.8 NKJV ] The four living creatures, each having six wings, were full of eyes around and within. And they do not rest day or night, saying: Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, Who was and is and is to come! 5 - RIGHT NOW... GOD is so Holy... Heaven never takes a break saying Holy, Holy, Holy! They re not TOLD TO DO THIS! THEY DO IT!! - Only attribute of GOD repeated 3x / One is not enough - Think about this... Everything GOD TOUCHES becomes Holy - Holy WORD of GOD / Holy PEOPLE of GOD / - Remove shoes you re on Holy GROUND / - His NAME is Holy / POWER / TEMPLE / SPIRIT / - COVENANT / CITY / TITHE / GROUND / WORKS - WORDS / PROMISES / ANGELS / PROPHETS / PEOPLE [ Revelations 4.8 KJV ] But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. A Paradox in Scripture - HOLY = apartness, set-apartness, separateness, sacredness Completely set apart from sin... GOD is set apart from sin - Scripture says You are holy... AND You inhabit praises of your people - GOD takes care of our sins through BLOOD sacrifice of Jesus GOD is holy... but where He dwells is in the PRAISES of His People When we come together and Praise Him... That s where GOD is!!!

6 STORY: Robert Morris tells story... - Woman visits church and is SAVED - Lived with man in Rock Band... says she s moving out - How did you get saved?? / Visitors receive Jesus 6 - During Worship he got overwhelmed how BIG GOD was... Sensed GOD - Thinking how bad he was / Started getting Sick It s the devil, shut up - During greeting Time, pastor welcomed visitors... He went Forward! - Can I help you??... Yes, I m a visitor - I m a visitor, I need to get saved, I m a visitor SAME AS ISAIAH s VISION... Come into presence of GOD 1. Senses how HOLY GOD is / 2. Senses how bad he is 3. WE SEE HOW GOOD GOD IS [ Isaiah NKJV ] Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar. And he touched my mouth with it, and said: Behold, this has touched your lips; Your iniquity is taken away, And your sin purged. Picture of Salvation - This PROCESS continues to happen in life of Believer... Not perfect at first 1. - We come to church / Gather in presence of GOD / GOD shows up - We sing songs that focus our attention on Him 2. - We begin to SEE LORD in His greatness... How HOLY He is

7 - God ask... What is this in your life?? - We respond... LORD that is sin... I m so sorry... Please forgive me Somehow GOD sends that angels with live coals from Alter... Blood of JESUS - Thank GOD and leave KNOWING we ve been Cleansed! - We can Leave with no Condemnation Then Scripture says... your sin purged. - ATONEMENT: At - One - With We can finally be At-One-With - GOD - HOLY GOD / / Sinful People - Atonement makes us at one with GOD - BUT because of the ATONEMENT (Jesus Blood - Brought us Together) [ Leviticus NKJV ] For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul. When GOD points out sin in your life... You ask for forgiveness... You can walk out without GUILT cause the Blood of Jesus covers that sin SIN is NOT a problem with GOD... Only problem with GOD is UNREPENTED SIN STORY: Carpet cleaner asking employee... What s that?? - DIRT - Good, now we can work together GOD: What s that?? - SIN - Good, now we can work together
