7 Corporate Confession of Sin GOD GRACIOUSLY RENEWS OUR HEARTS Heavenly Father, we confess that we have not battled our wills faithfully. Rather than fleeing temptation we have given in. Rather than seeking Christ we have sought our own pleasure. Forgive us. We rest in the sure hope that, because we have trusted in Christ alone, His blood has washed us clean. How we long for your return when we will be permanently freed from this constant struggle and freed to the eternal enjoyment of your glory. Make-Up Directory Pictures TODAY If you have not had your church directory picture taken yet, please do so immediately after the worship service today in the Narthex. This is the last chance you will have for make-up photos. Join us for a SOUPER Bowl Luncheon on February 3rd following Worship service in the Multipurpose Room. Soup, salad, bread, and dessert will be served. Regardless whether you will be watching the Super Bowl later or not, come see our showdown between Traditional Chili and Potato Soup! 12 ANNOUNCEMENTS Arden Pres, in cooperation with sister church Trinity Presbyterian, will be collecting flood buckets and hygiene kits to resupply the Mission to North America (MNA) warehouse in Rome, GA. These will be delivered soon! Information about preparing buckets and kits can be found on the MNA website (pcamna.org/disaster-response) as well as on the Narthex information tables during January. Contact Jim Sherar, for more information. Update: Please have completed flood buckets or hygiene kits to the church by Friday, February 8. If you prefer to make a monetary donation for the purchase of items, please bring to the church office by February 1 or place in the offering today (made payable to Arden Presbyterian and designated Disaster Relief ).
