Halloween Treat Bags Thank you for your generous donations of candy and time to put together 363 treat bags which include candy, an invitation to worship, and a sticker. The bags will be distributed during Trick-or-Treat on October 31. Special Reformation Worship Today at 4:00pm the South Central Circuit of the Michigan District will host the annual Reformation Rally at Salem Lutheran Church, Sturgis, Michigan. The preacher will be the Rev. Galen Walther from the Michigan District office. Worship will be led by the circuit pastors. A dinner will follow at the Centreville Elementary School. Everyone is invited to celebrate our Lutheran heritage of the Reformation this afternoon at 4:00pm. Who Loves A Parade? The 72nd annual Halloween Parade is coming to Coldwater on October 31st at 7:30p.m. The theme is Things That Glow In The Night. Anyone interested in participating please talk to Jamie Moore ASAP. Looking ahead into November! The temperatures drop and so do the leaves. It s time to prepare for the winter. Come to our Fall Clean Up on November 7, 10AM-12PM. Rain date is Nov. 14. Tithe your morning to the church cleanup. Operation Christmas Child We are planning our first packing party on Nov. 14 at 10 am. Please join us to pack boxes and pray for these children. We are still in need of some items to make our goal of 100 boxes a success. We are very close! See the poster in the narthex on ways you can help us meet our goal. Also, if you have any questions see Toni Dalchow or Dusti Donbrock. Thanks! Your Masterpiece Party Saturday evening 6:00-8:00, Nov. 14. This is a social, fun event. You don t have to be good at drawing. We will give you step by step instructions to make a fabulous piece of art that will have your personality to make it shine. The cost is small, just to purchase materials. Watch the bulletin board for a sample of what you will create. Men (Yes, you can do this!), women, teens, 10+ please join us for an evening of fellowship and fun, drawing and eating. An RSVP would be appreciated to Renée Taden, Lupe Meyer, or Lois Bearden. POINSETTIA SALE It snuck up on us but IT S TIME! The Youth are selling these beautiful flowers again this year for two Sundays, 10/25 & 11/1.
