2 2 The Healin g Schoo l Magazine Many have erroneously thought it was God who permitted satan to buffet Job and make him suffer so he would be humble. That's not true! Job's fear was his undoing! By voicing his fears, Job created a platform for satan to come in and mess things up in his life. Job was a man whom God had greatly blessed and protected, and satan knew this, for he said, Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land (Job1:10). Obviously, satan had hitherto tried to attack Job and found that the man was heavily fortified by God; there was a spiritual hedge of protection around him. How then did satan gain access through that hedge to attack Job? Job 3:25 reveals what happened: Job allowed the spirit of fear to take a hold of his heart. Despite God's protection over his life, which even satan attested to, Job lamented,...the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me. I was not in safety, neither had I rest, neither was I quiet; yet trouble came (Job 3:25-26). Hence, God said to Satan, Behold, all that he has is in your power... (Job 1:12 AMP). Job's problem was his fear, and fear hinders faith. Fear is actually negative faith; it's a demonstration of faith in the ability of the adversary to hurt you. The moment Job started talking his fears, he started punching holes in the protective hedge God had built around him. Ecclesiastes 10:8 says, He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him. Job delivered his goods to the devil through the perverseness of his lips by talking and acting fear. Never talk fear or give voice to words inspired by fear. Continually fill your heart with the Word of God, for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh (Matthew 12:34). When you fill your heart with the Word, your mouth will, of necessity, speak from the rich deposit of the Word that's in your spirit. That way, in moments of crisis, you'll find yourself uttering God's Word of faith and releasing power that'll change things in your favour. God bless you.

4 Zimaseke Lebongo All around the world, the Lord is transforming the lives of people from different nations, of different tribes and tongues, in wonderful ways through the ministry of the Healing School. A multitude of people have been gloriously impacted in many ways; the sick have received healing, the oppressed have been set free, and the desperate and hopeless have had their hope restored. The 2013 Healing School Autumn Session in Johannesburg, South Africa, was an avalanche of testimonies and miracles! Four healing services held, each surpassing the previous one in glory. These meetings were inundated with God's anointing and with manifestations of His power. People came from various countries and cities, expectant for a miracle, for an answer, and for comfort. 5 The Healing School Magazine 5 was tangible in the atmosphere as the man of God, Pastor Chris, ministered to the sick with a touch, a breath of the anointing, and a word. There were shouts of joy as many rose from wheelchairs and stretchers; diseases ranging from migraine to arthritis, autism, cerebral palsy, infertility and HIV were all gone in an instant! REAL MIRACLES TODAY Mosa Rebese came to the Healing School with injuries on her left index finger, sustained from a car accident. The hand had been operated upon to repair the damaged tendons, but she still couldn't use it properly. Simple activities that most take for granted became especially difficult for her, and this led to depression. Mosa received her healing at the Autumn Session, and recounts the ministration, I felt like electricity went through my body when I received my healing and immediately, Lynn Goddard I saw the changes appear in my body! Zimaseke Buyeye, a mother of two, was involved in an accident and remained in a coma for three months. When she regained consciousness, she visited several hospitals in the hope that her condition would improve; instead, she was left broke and still in pain. Zimaseke came to the Healing School with the support of a walking stick. When Pastor Chris laid hands on her, she let go of the stick and fell under the anointing. She got up completely healed and now walks without any aid! Little Lebongo Dhlepu was diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis. Her condition had degenerated and the disease affected her spine and her neck. She had a stiff neck and had to wear a neck brace, and was scheduled to undergo surgery to insert steel pins into her spine for additional support. Her childhood was full of pain and far from normal. After her experience at the Healing School, Lebongo is now a walking miracle! Her grandmother, who brought her for the Session, enthused, Today, she is healed and transformed, and no longer has any of the conditions she was diagnosed with! For 20 years, Lynn Goddard suffered asthma, depression and deafness. All the way from the United Kingdom, she came to the Healing School, and her story changed when the man of God ministered to her. He joyfully stated, Now, I'm free from this condition and I'll live my life without any complications. Praise the Lord! Rudi Hirsch 76 year old Balasundara Harrod from South Africa suffered from arthritis of the knees, hypertension and ringing of the left ear for 7 years. With faith for a miracle, he attended the Healing School and the man of God ministered to him. Balasundara recounted, I received my healing and my knees, heart and hearing are now perfectly restored! My expectations were fulfilled and I share my testimony to the glory of God! For 20 years, 65 year old Vijayxant Pardhe suffered tinnitus and had difficulty hearing. With faith for a miracle, he journeyed from India to the Healing School. After the man of God ministered to me, I received healing and my hearing is now perfectly restored! Balasundara Harrod Petrus Frans Nel from South Africa was plagued with gastroesophageal reflux and restless legs. 8 8 The Healin g Schoo l Magazine All around the world, from several countries Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Chile, China, Egypt, Germany, Greece, India, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Norway, Panama, Portugal, Qatar, Slovakia, Switzerland, Syria, United Arab Emirates, United States of America and Uzbekistan hundreds of pastors and leaders journeyed to South Africa to experience the power of God at the Healing School's 2013 Autumn Session Ministers' Visitation Programme. It was such a remarkable, transforming and spiritually invigorating experience for these ministers, right from their first meeting with the man of God, Pastor Chris, which was the Healing Service. Having heard of the mighty works wrought at the Healing School, they were expectant for an awesome experience. They watched the written Word of God come alive as Pastor Chris ministered healing to the sick and cast out devils with great authority; they saw the sick rise from deathbeds and others get out of wheelchairs. Witnessing so many miracles, the ministers marvelled at God's goodness. Among these anointed leaders of God's people across the globe was a group of ministers from Qatar. They were led by Pastor Roy Matthew Kovoor, who related his experience at the Healing Service: I felt electric shocks going through my body. The awesome presence of the Holy Spirit was so strong in the arena that I cried! I thank God for doing these miracles and healings through the man of God, Pastor Chris, just like Jesus did 2,000 years ago. At the close of the service, the man of God welcomed the ministers from Qatar warmly and an amazing thing happened; each of them fell under the anointing as Pastor Chris greeted them, totally overwhelmed by the power of the Holy Spirit!

9 At the special teaching meetings they had with the man of God, the ministers enjoyed rich times of fellowship with the Word and the Spirit of God. Pastor Chris unveiled deep truths and taught them several fundamental subjects in God's Word. George Oomen enthused, The Word of God preached by Pastor Chris was simple, but had a lot of depth in God. He taught on the love of God, the grace of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit, and how to be born again. These subjects were explained in such detail, and this will definitely help me communicate this same message to others with simplicity. One of the most memorable experiences of the ministers' sojourn was the special impartation service. Just as the Apostle Paul imparted spiritual gifts to Timothy by the laying on of hands (2 Timothy 1:6), the man of God laid hands on each one of them. It was a glorious sight to behold, as they received the anointing of God and fell under the power of the Holy Spirit, totally infused with the anointing! Blessy Susan Titus stated with much rejoicing, When Pastor Chris laid hands on me, I could feel a heaviness coming into me, and then I fell under the power of the Holy Spirit. I felt something great had been poured into me, and the man of God gave me an encouragement to speak more in tongues. My experience at the Healing School was great, and I have become courageous to minister the Word boldly. In my country, I will minister to the sick! As the impartation service ended, the man of God proclaimed blessings upon the ministers. It was glorious to see them empowered with a fresh anointing to fulfil God's vision for their lives and ministries, and to impact more lives for Jesus. As the group departed, Pastor Roy stated, My being present at the Healing School has really changed my life and my ministry. I ll pass this same anointing to my pastors, leaders, and all the cell executives. I ll use this fire I ve received to change lives in Qatar and other nations, to the glory of the Lord! The ministers had a glorious time of fellowship with the man of God, Pastor Chris, and were greatly equipped and translated to new realms of glory! They returned to Qatar with new inspiration, insights and ideas, as well as renewed zeal and increased knowledge; full of the anointing of God to make tremendous impact in their ministries and in their country. 10 10 The Healin g Schoo l Magazine For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Hebrews 4:12). A young girl was once given up by the doctors to die; she was confined to her bed and constantly connected to oxygen tanks due to the damage caused in her lungs by disease. One day, she stumbled on a verse of the Bible that says, Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness (1 Peter 2:24). She broke down and said, Dear Lord Jesus, thank You because You bore my sins on Your body on the cross, and now that I am dying, I know I am coming home and will surely see You soon. On reading further, she saw the latter part of the verse which says, by whose stripes ye were healed. Immediately, her eyes lit up and she said, Dear Lord, I just thanked You for bearing my sins on Your body on the cross. I didn't know You healed me too. Lord, I'm sorry I won't be coming home soon! She got rid of the oxygen mask and stepped out of the sick bed! She believed, acted on the Word and received her healing! She took advantage of what had been made available to her in the Word. The doctors found two brand new lungs in her body! The Word of God is powerful, but it won't work for you if you let it remain in the pages of the Bible. You've got to act on it. So, no matter the challenges, be it in your finances, your health, your job or your family, act on the ever dependable Word of God, and you'll surely have a testimony! CONFESSIONS Blessed be God, for His Word is potent and life-giving. The light of the glorious Gospel has shined in my heart, and this Word is at work in me giving life to every part of my body. I do not acknowledge any condition that is not in line with the Word. I give no room to the ideologies of men; rather, I constantly inundate my mind with the Word taking full hold of that which has been consummated by the suffering, death and resurrection of Jesus. My faith is alive and working. My faith in God s Word is the victory that overcomes the world, and it's the only proof that I require to know that all the things I've hoped for are in my present hour possession. I permit in my body only those things that are consistent with God s Word for my life. I give no place to sickness, disease or infirmity in my body! I've come unto Zion the city of the living God. I don't get sick for those who dwell in Zion shall not say, I am sick. I bring my aion under subjection to the authority of the Word. And I declare that my life is an undeniable reflection of God's glory and virtue. I daily bring to bear the rhema of God in my life and my environment, demonstrating the character of the Spirit. My spiritual eyes are constantly open to see, and my heart is a fertile ground for the Word to flourish and prevail. I'm energized from within. I'm walking in victory now and always; I prosper in all things in Jesus mighty name. Amen!

11 The Hea ling Schoo l Magazine 11 have traces of chemicals and bacteria. Thus it s advisable to have more than one piece of these special clothes. Clothes are an indispensable part of our everyday life. They re functional in different ways: they provide covering to the body, add beauty and give warmth, and sometimes, act as an indication of profession and status. Given the aforementioned roles of clothes, special attention should be paid to the hygiene and comfort of the clothes we wear. Properly cleaned clothes not only keep you healthy and free of germs, they also improve your appearance, add to your confidence and give you an extra boost. USEFUL TIPS Put on fresh clean clothes as often as possible everyday. This is essential, especially for undergarments and socks. Clean and neatly ironed clothes keep you fresh, dry, comfortable, and generally give you a more pleasant disposition all day long. Wearing dirty clothes is an absolute no-no! Don t wear clothes you've worn and probably sweated in; these clothes harbour bacteria which cause diseases, and also result in unpleasant odour if not laundered. This is especially true for special work clothes such as coveralls, lab coats, farm aprons, etc. These garments should be washed once worn, as they could Put worn clothes in a hamper for washing; don't drop them on the floor or squeeze into a corner. Care for your fabrics and see them last longer. Avoid stains on your clothes. If your clothes get stained by food or other substances, immediately dab cold water onto the stains so they don t set. Do not rub. Consider wearing an apron when fixing meals in the kitchen. There are other protective clothes for functions that are likely to get messy (e.g. gardening, house cleaning, etc.). Wearing these will save you the trouble of having drips and spills on your clothes. Caution should be applied when going for clothes made from clingy materials such as Lycra, nylon and so on. Not only can these tight fabrics compress the body nerves and make you uncomfortable when worn for a long time, they can also cause numbness, tingling and pain. Moderation is the key. The same way a neat and smart appearance portrays you in good light, unkempt clothing does the opposite. It'll really costs less to maintain a healthy clothing culture, but the cost of unhygienic and unkempt clothes is definitely large in the long run. Make that change today and feel the freshness!
