Greg Finke is the founder and Executive Director of Dwelling 1:14 and author of the book, Joining Jesus on His Mission. Dwelling 1:14 is a nonprofit ministry which seeks to help congregational leaders disciple their people to join Jesus on His mission in the places they already live, work and go to school ( The name Dwelling 1:14 references John 1:14 and the incarnational, missional nature both of Jesus and those who would follow him into the world. Greg offers consulting and training experiences for congregations and their leaders in discipling, living missionally, and multiplying missional communities. Before founding Dwelling 1:14, Greg had been the senior pastor of Messiah Lutheran in Midland, Michigan for 18 years and Gloria Dei Lutheran in Houston, Texas for three years. Greg and his wife, Susan, have three daughters and enjoy life as neighborhood missionaries in League City, Texas. As the leader of Dwelling 1:14, Greg brings experience in discipling and missional living and a practitioner s insights to all he does. He has worked with pastors and leaders all across the U.S. and Canada. He continues to learn with his family and friends in their own missional communities in League City. Greg is a graduate of Concordia University Chicago (1985) and Concordia Seminary, St. Louis (1989). He has served First Lutheran in Temple City, CA ( ); St. John Lutheran in Bakersfield, CA ( ); Our Savior Lutheran, Livermore, CA ( ). He now serves as Executive Director Congregational Revitalization/Missional Education for the California/Nevada/Hawaii District. He is married to Marty, also a graduate of Valparaiso, who now serves as his Administrative Assistant. They are blessed with four daughters/spouses and 11 grandchildren. Ted and Marty have been presenters for Lutheran Marriage Encounter since Debbie Lancina Debi Lancina is the former youth director and now office administrator at St. Mark Lutheran Church. She has served on staff at the church in one of those two positions for 27 of the 40 years she has lived in Santa Rosa and been a member of St. Mark. While at St. Mark, she has also served as a volunteer in the areas of a Sunday school teacher, nursery care servant, and the bell choir. Debi has been married to Clarke Lancina for 27 years. Clarke and Debi have two sons, Gary and Joe, and enjoy the blessing of three grandchildren, including a set of twins! Debi strives to serve in her church community and her greater Santa Rosa community. She is blessed to be a contributor to the Santa Rosa community and has found that this involvement often opens doors to share the love of Jesus. HOP Day (Helping Other People), at St. Mark s was birthed as an activity for the youth group to first help the elderly of the congregation. This effort soon expanded into the community outside the church. About five years ago, she teamed with Jill Allen (another member of St. Mark), to open up a community serving opportunity to the adults and families of St. Mark in an intentional and organized manner twice a year. This has enhanced the community reputation of St. Mark and given numerous members important hands-on training on how to be a Christ-like presence in their community.

4 Aaron Putnam Rev. Aaron Putnam is the city director of LINC Bay Area, a network of individuals, churches and agencies working collaboratively to restore the people of the San Francisco Bay Area through Christ. LINC Bay Area focuses on training new leaders, planting new churches, and renewing our communities. In 2007, Aaron was called to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Hayward, California as a church planter focused on ministry with Hispanics. For the past six years he has served as lead pastor over all the ministries at Good Shepherd. Presently, he is helping to plant new churches in English, Spanish, Tigrinya and Oromo. Aaron graduated from Willamette University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and from Lewis and Clark College with a Master of Arts in Teaching. After spending five years as a public high school teacher in Oregon, he moved to Guatemala and worked as a volunteer missionary with Lutheran Church of Guatemala for five years. Upon returning to the U.S., he entered Concordia Seminary in St. Louis and graduated in 2008 with a Master of Divinity degree. Away from work, Aaron enjoys spending time traveling, hiking, golfing and enjoying life with his wonderful wife Sofia and their four very active boys. Aaron will be presenting with Dawit Bokre. Dawit Bokre Vicar Dawit (David) Bokre currently serves as Eritrean ministry leader and 1.5/2nd generation church planter at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Hayward, CA. Born and raised in the capital city of Asmara, Eritrea, Dawit and his family were faithful members of the Eritrean Evangelical Lutheran Church. In 2003 at the age of 13, he came to the United States and lived in Boston and Houston during the first five years of his life in America. In 2008, Dawit was called by a small group of Eritrean Lutherans in the Bay Area to be a bi-vocational church worker and plant an Eritrean Lutheran Church. After his arrival, the group started to meet in homes and also once a month at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Hayward, CA. As the group grew, they became members of Good Shepherd and started to meet every Sunday for worship in their heart language, Tigrinya. Also at this time, Dawit began his theological training entering the Ethnic Immigrant Institute of Theology program through Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, MO. In 2015, Good Shepherd called Dawit to help plant a multiethnic church in the Hayward community focusing on 1.5/2nd generation children of immigrants as well as continuing to develop servant leaders in the Eritrean and youth ministries. Dawit resides in Hayward, CA with his wife of five years, Saron. Apart from ministry, he enjoys meeting new people, socializing with others in coffee shops, cooking, and watching basketball, football and soccer.
5 Andry Randrianasolo Randrianasolo Dimbiniaina Havanjanahary is known in the Malagasy Lutheran Church as a missionary pastor, a commissioned exorcist, a former Deputy Director of one of the six undergraduate regional seminaries (Sekoly Teolojikam-Paritany Loterana) in Vangaindrano, in the Southeast coast of Madagascar and a Practical Theology Professor in that same seminary. Before ordained as a Pastor in 2005, he was first commissioned as an exorcist on August 2, 1996 and has remained active ever since. The duties of an exorcist in the Malagasy Lutheran Church are as follows: having prayer life, doing evangelism by preaching the Gospel, by practicing exorcism, by teaching the Holy Scriptures, by doing home visits, hospital visits, prison visits, by taking part in mercy works and by giving counseling. Pastor Randrianasolo s experiences as an exorcist were gained from several factors. First, he was raised by parents who are both active commissioned exorcists in the Malagasy Lutheran Church. He witnessed how his father, who is also a pastor, used exorcism as an evangelistic tool in the planting of several churches. Second, the most significant of Pastor Randrianasolo s firsthand experience in the use of exorcism as an evangelistic tool was during his Pastoral ministry in Manampatrana from 2005 to This community located in the remote forested area in the region of Manakara, in the Southeast of the Madagascar, is a place populated by a majority of non-christians who are traditional ancestral religious practitioners led by witchdoctors. The proclamation of the Word of God (first) and the use of exorcism (second) contributed to the numerical growth of that church as well as maintained and improved the spiritual health of the Christians in that church. Exorcism with the Word of God was also a tool the Holy Spirit used that healed the sick both in spiritual and in bodily aspects, converted traditional ancestral religious practitioners to active abiding Christians in the faith in Jesus Christ (included witchdoctors) and led to church planting. Finally, while teaching Practical Theology ( ) at the Malagasy Lutheran Regional Seminary of Theology in Vangaindrano, he continued his research on the need of exorcism as a powerful evangelistic tool in the ministry of the church. In the pursuit of his doctoral study in the United States since Fall 2012, Pastor Randrianasolo continues to do more theological research on the importance of exorcism as a missiological tool in the ministry of the church for making disciples.
