3 We Are Gathered Together We are not alone, we live in God s world. Let us worship our God; source of all love. We believe in God: who has created and is creating, who has come in Jesus, the Word made flesh, to reconcile and make new. Let us worship the Christ; love incarnate who works in us and others, by the Spirit. Let us worship the Spirit; love s power. We trust in God. We are called to be the Church: to celebrate God s presence, to live with respect in Creation, to love and serve others, to seek justice and resist evil, to proclaim Jesus, crucified and risen, our judge and our hope. In life, in death, in life beyond death, God is with us. We are not alone. 8 n honour and in Celebration of our TAPESTRY - Gathering of Women, I and the faith-filled friendship and fun that is always part of our gatherings, gifts have been made through gifts with vision. Our TAPESTRY gifts will be used to plant an olive tree for prosperity & peace in Palestine, to support farmers and food security on the Philippine island of Palawan and to provide job skills training through the River Bend Integrated Community Ministry in Saskatoon.
