Our students looked wonderful. They did a great job as lectors and gift bearers. Thank you as well to our amazing PTG Board for organizing the fun Advent activities in the hall after Mass. A big thank you as well to the Solares/Ramirez families for their generous donation of delicious Yum Yum donuts! Mark your calendars, school will be dismissed at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19 th as we begin our Christmas Break. P.M. Extended Care will NOT be available on this day. Families will be charged $1.00/minute/child for students not picked up by 12:15 p.m. Please make arrangements to have your child(ren) picked up by 12:15 p.m. to avoid these extra charges. Thank you for your cooperation! School will resume on Monday January 7th, School Mass this Wednesday, Dec. 19 th at 11:00 am. Please join us if your schedule allows. Extended Care- Just a reminder that Extended Care will be billed through FACTS starting on December 15 th. Extended care hours from November 13 th November 30th will be automatically debited from your checking account. If you wish to know your curent balance please call the office after 11:00am to speak to Ms. Elena. The next Extended Care billing cycle will be December 3 rd -19 th and will be debited on January 15th. Traffic Pattern-Please be very cautious when parking in the Nutrition Center parking lot. Last week a parent witnessed a child almost get hit by a car. When parking there, please remember you must accompany your child to the yellow tape so that they may walk safely onto the school campus. Hot Lunch- If you wish to order hot lunch January 7 th -18 th the order form is now due. Educational Outfitters- All uniform items are 10% off. The sale price is available in the store or on their web site and applies to all uniform apparel through the end of the year. The discount cannot be combined with any other offer.they will be closing the store for the holidays. The last day of the year is Saturday December 22 and will

2 reopen in the new year on January 3. Families can continue to purchase online and receive the sale pricing through December 31. The discount is calculated automatically on the web site so no coupon code is required. Monday Morning Assembly - Parents, join us every Monday at 8:00 am for our morning prayer assembly by the flag pole. Also, view our daily morning prayer Live Stream on the St. Charles School Facebook page Tue Fri, at 8am. St. Charles School Parents Prayer Group- Every Friday, Mrs. Marina Vera will be coordinating the St. Charles Prayer group. We welcome everyone, bilingual, trilingual to support and pray the Rosary. This will take place in room #13 every Friday after dropping off your student at school.
