1 Mohsen s Message 4 rue Deodat de Severac Paris, France January /February 2017 (From the USA dial: ) (Roland cell phone ) rolandmohsen@yahoo.comrose:yourroseinparis2003@y yahoo.com Dear family in Christ and friends, It s our upmost prayers that 2017 was off to a good start for you all families and church and we are always grateful unto our Father that you are always mindful of us in your daily prayers and make possible for us to continue to share the gospel to lost souls of the French world for so many years will make our 38 th year in the field. January was busy with running to the city hall so we could get a building permit so the company can start working on the front of our building. After nearly 3 months of waiting, we finally got the permit. But because cold weather we had to wait till end of February so they could start the work, and it will probably last for at least two months if not more. We will be glad when it be over. Brother Ken Wilson is coming the first part of April to try to start a church plantation in Caen so he will be with us but mainly to be in Caen with Brother Steven Mendez! I have been preparing tracts and brochures for distribution. yourrose2009paris@gmail.comchurch website: Another good news is that Brother Haston Handley and Brother Scott Ingram both students at the Memphis School of Preaching will be coming to be with us and check out the work and will also help us in Caen. Brother Haston is the son of the elder of one of our supporting congregations in Tuscumbia, Alabama. I am grateful for these young men willing to come and help us. I am continuing my Bible study with Cecilia, a student of law, and she has been coming regularly to worship, sometime at the French morning service and evening English service. She was raised Catholic but does not know much about Catholicism since her parents never practice their religion. I must say that she is sharp and understands quickly, not only she studies with me but also follow a BCC. I was pleased to hear from her own mouth the fact "That she knew know that she was not a Christian and needed to be baptized for her remission of her sin, to be one. I offered to baptize her right away, but she decided to wait little longer. It s my prayer that she will soon make her decision.

2 My studies with Brother Rubenson (20 years old) are going well and must say that he is spiritually growing fast. He comes almost every day for a Bible study with me. Presently I am studying with him all about how to become a Bible class teacher's helper since he expressed this desire and I encouraged him to do it. In February I worked on lots of brochures and tracts and printed lots more than usually. Between the month of January and February more than 1,100 tracks were taken from our building. On February the 8 th I baptized Emelyne Linot Moîse, a 20 year old young woman, so we have a new Sister in Christ! Her baptism is the first baptism for this year. On a Wednesday afternoon as I was working on brochures a young woman came in and presented herself as Lena Blagodorna from Ukraine. She said that she knew me and Rose from 10 years ago, and that she was here in Paris working with an Ukrainian family and was happy to know that we were still here. After working on the brochures, we invited her to come and stay for supper with us. She told us that she did not know how long she would be Paris until the Ukrainians she is working for, decide to go to another country. She was able to stay with us only one month. Sister Colette Chao been helping me with brochure and tracts. With the website In January 4,789 people visited our website from 86 countries and in February 4,878 people from 89 countries. Several members of the congregation are sick and need our prayers. Brother Paul Besse after having brain tumor surgery, now has cancer in his two kidneys, one more than the other so they will remove one and try to save the other. Jean Fénestil who received a kidney transplantation five years ago, now is rejecting them and therefore is back on dialysis. Colette Chao's mother will have carotid surgery at end of March, the artery is 85% clogged. Let us continue to pray for them. In the past few weeks we had several visitors in our evening worship, a couple from Brazil Augusto and Marley Pereira from Recife, and we also had visitors from Texas, Saint Louis, Missouri, New Zealand, from the Philippines and a military couple from Germany. We are always grateful when brethren from different parts of the world visit us and we always warned them to be very careful with pick pockets because there are alot when Springtime and warmer season comes. I am continuing to teach through Imo or skype every Wednesday night the church in Cameroon listens to our Bible class. Beloved family in Christ we are grateful unto God and unto you all for our partnership in spreading the Gospel in the French world. 3 Dear Ladies and family, Happy New Year to All! I hope this finds you doing fine and enjoying the season's beauty. We enjoy having brethren and family in our home. She had visited with us ten years ago. Enjoyed the brethren from Brazil too. We always enjoy Stiven's visits too! So happy the work has started on the building but it surely is noisy all day long! Looking forward to seeing it look nice. I have three faithful students coming for English Bible study. Please pray for these. Her baptism is the first for 2017 and pray that there will be more obedient souls soon. To God be the glory and may we all here reach and teach more souls in The 3-5 year olds are learning the New Testament books, stuggling with the Old Testament books, but learning short Bible verses pretty good and especially enjoy the handwork.
