Leader & Follower Married for 23 years, 2 children Education: Lincoln University, it Columbia College. Activities: Church, Robotics, Family, Sports Paying College tuition

4 A House is NOT a Home. Do we take our family for granted? How do we treat our Spouse and Kids? What Kind of Family do I want? Will God be in the Mix? How can I make it better?

9 Mans Responsibilities to Family: Scripture Proverbs 18: 22 Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD. Genesis 2: 24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. John 10:10 I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. Ephesians 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; John 15:13-14 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

11 Define Commitment? commitment 1 a: consignment to a penal or mental institution 2 a: an agreement or pledge to do something in the future; especially : an engagement tto assume a financial ilobligation at a future ft date dt b: something pledged c: the state or an instance of being obligated or emotionally impelled <a commitment to a cause> 9

12 Teamwork What is the Teamwork? A group organized to work together for a common goal or project. A cooperation, Unity, sharing the responsibilities. Teamwork enables common men to do uncommon things Have you heard the saying? Shared Joy is DOUBLE joy! Shared sorrow is HALF the sorrow.

13 FAMILY A biblical example of what this motto essentially means can be found in Ecclesiastes. Ecclesiastes 4:9 & 10 Two people are better than one person, because they can enjoy a better benefit from their toil. 4:10 For if they fall, one will lift up his companion; but pity the person who falls down and has no one to help him up.

14 Conclusion We need to set the pace. Lead by example. It s up to us to make sure we are GOOD Stewards of our homes 9
