Those who had made a profession of faith, having repented of sins, were Hope Czako, Jazmine Johnson, and Lisa Borselle. We thank the Lord for these three new members and their desire to serve the Lord Jesus Christ in this body of Christ at Cromwell, CT. Mrs. Lilia Harding allowed the church to use the pool at her home for which we are grateful. At least seven sister churches were represented as all fellowshipped around the truth of Scripture, eating, playing, and testifying together. It was great to have Laura, Krista, and Eric Hagglund visit all the way from the Chicago area. How true the biblical statement rings, which states, Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! (Ps. 133:1).

8 Devotional Corner Victory Over Death Devotional Corner 8 Victory Over Death 1 Corinthians 15:54-58 For those who are saved, God reveals that our physical death is a victorious occasion (1 Cor.15:54). The Apostle Paul associates physical death to a sting, as in a bee sting - not a happy occasion as we anticipate it.
