The deployed incumbents are directed to report for duty before the concerned controlling officers/district Educational Officers. The controlling Officers/District Educational Officers are directed to admit the newly appointed Junior Superintendents in concerned District Text Book Depots and then relieve with direction to report for duty before the Controlling Officers concerned in which their service are deployed on the same very date.. The s are directed to forward the LPC and SPARK details of the officers (transfer) and who are earlier deployed to various offices by retaining their lien at the respective s to their new station immediately.. the promotion is simultaneous promotion as Head Clerk and as Junior Superintendent.. The Controlling Officers should verify the stations mentioned in the order and if the incumbents are not to the stations noted against their names, a copy of the order should be endorsed to them.. Officers who are promoted to the cadre of the Junior Superintendent will be on probation for a period of one year w.e.f. the date of joining duty with in a continuous period of two years.. The Head of office concerned are directed to relieve the incumbents and instruct them to report for duty in the new station or office immediately. 8. Report of joining duty/relief of officers will be forwarded to this office in time by the Controlling Officer. 9. The provisional promotions in the cadre of Junior Superintendents/Head Clerks are liable to be changed if any discrepancy found.
